I love the bathtub, the foods, and the swimming pool we have experienced here in this hotel. We are so pleased with his hotel. The prices are all affordable and worth it. This place is very classic yet classy. I highly recommend this hotel.

They really made us feel at ease. Especially during this time when you want to feel safe. The room was beautiful! And although were werent able to use the pool, our room window was right there, super gorgeous at night. In room dining was perfect. This mini break was really what we needed, even though it was a staycay. Highly recommend.

Was a nice hotel but not so nice front desk clerk

As Ive booked a single room on the Grand Executive Floor, the reception staff gave me a detailed explanation of the perks that I will be enjoying during my stay at the hotel. They also have good food for dinner. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect for visitors wanting to experience the famous Seattle attractions like Pike Place Market, Space Needle, walking along piers etc. Views from the lobby and room are spectacular. The lobby isn’t as impressive as some others I’ve seen but it’s likely due to space limitations and not budget. Goldfinch Tavern does a great job with food, but the brunch could offer some better value for the money. Service is absolutely wonderful and the staff do a great job taking care of the guest. I love that almost all requests were taken care of through texting. I would stay again if given the chance. Pricey but you certainly get all the benefits for what you’re paying.

I will give a 5 stars rating to this hotel because I had great accommodation from this hotel. The room that I had from them was impressive. It was very big and clean. The bed was so comfy and soft. The entire room smells so good. The breakfast they had was festive and delicious as well. Such a lovely hotel it was!

Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooftop pool is incredible and the view can’t be beat. The rooms are spacious with a very homey feeling. The staff is always attentive and kind. The location can’t be beat, steps away from the pier and right in the heart of downtown with amazing shops and restaurants all around. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Well give this property another chance since we love staying at Four Seasons and believe theyll be able to do better next time.SIGH... Our visit was disappointing. I am a big fan of the Four Seasons chain, they are always my first pick when traveling. This hotel is the most disappointing visit Ive ever experienced with the brand. Traveling is a challenge right now, and this property fell short. Their Covid response is fine and on par with other locations; unfortunately at the expense of the usual Four Seasons experience. There were quite a few little things that just added up to an overall letdown.Pros: FS has the best response to Covid overall. This was the 2nd FS weve stayed at since the start of the pandemic and their protocols and execution are impressive. I feel very safe staying at FS. Staff overall still very welcoming and professional.Cons: food and beverage here were surprisingly bad. F & B are crucial when traveling during the pandemic and this property fell way short. One of the most expensive FS in the US... which makes the sub-par experience more frustrating.Well try other hotels in Seattle before considering visiting this property again.

Fantastic experience. At first we were a little underwhelmed by the room itself as for the cost of one night, I guess we expected something more lavish. It was quickly dismissed as we came back from our evening out and were quite pleased with finding turndown service done. The HVAC was best I’d ever experienced in a hotel room, as the noise level was perfect and tight (not rattling or humming, or cyclically droning) and kept perfectly balanced. I do a LOT of traveling for work and HVAC is always an issue for me in some way. Four Seasons was perfect. Staff was accommodating and polished, very courteous and willing to help with anything. Location is fantastic with great views of the Sound, and a 1 block walk to. The Market. LOTS to do and eat nearby too.

Possibly the best service experience weve had anywhere. Simply mentioned that we thought the wine sampler suggestions were excellent & when we got in back there was a complimentary bottle of the one we liked best; chilled and waiting for us. Car service was top notch, staff were all friendly. More of a high-end boutique hotel experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel. Aside from the room fee they do charge $54 plus tax for parking for a regular sized car and they charge $75 per night incentive deposit. Which they refund 4-5 days after you check out.

Spacious rooms. Beautiful view. Food is expensive and small plates. Comfy bed. Bathrobes were a little scratchy. I have lived in Seattle most of my life and this was a great way to experience the city I know and love.

I loved the small touches. The Coffee Concierge, the Washington Apples and the lovely pastries in my room on arrivals. Of course I also enjoyed all the wonderful standard things about the Four Seasons: cleanliness, the decor and comfort and the friendly staff

Location was awesome. Great view. I enjoyed the spa. Room was beautiful with perfect lighting. Staff were nice. Services was on top level. Food was good.

To be honest, for the price, it is probably not worth it. However, if you can snag a deal, then it may be worth a shot. We were thinking about making Terranea a Thanksgiving tradition but our stay here was a little below average so we decided that we wont be back next year. There were little things that they did really well so I am giving them 4-stars!

$800.- a night to look at a public storage. Have at it. You get a free cup of coffee in the morning tho after you paid $55.- for overnight parking.

What can I say... once I stayed here its going to be real hard to top any hotel customer service like this! My brother came to Seattle for work (which was his first) and he is always used to staying at my house or other hotels but he needed a place other than mine.What my brother said:You walk in and they open your car door and main door and everyone greets you with the biggest smile and warmest welcome!Finally got to my room and it was beautiful! So much space, great amenities and so clean! The view was beautiful also!Staff is there for you quickly if you need anything and they have everything you need right there in the hotel! They not only clean your room in the morning but have turn down service as well! They fold your clothes and line up all your cosmetics and essentials.The front desk worked so hard to get us sold out show tickets and got us the last two!!When I stopped by Four Seasons Hotel Seattle we ate at the restaurant and the food they served with the conference and everything and I mean everything was delicious and fresh!My brother truly enjoyed my staying at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and will go back!

Steak, salad, and an old fashioned enjoyed on the comfort of the presidential suite. Also had a fantastic and relaxing massage at the spa. Room service was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Gotta order the home made donut holes.

Always Seattles most elagant example of old world charm and class. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. The Georgian room makes you feel like youre back in time. Always a must see during the holiday.

I’ve never reviewed a hotel before. Normally my hotel experiences are very impersonal and it’s just a place to stay while I’m out of town. However, my recent experience at this hotel was extraordinary. From the responsiveness and high level of customer service I received booking a spa reservation via email to the incredible kindness and helpfulness of all the staff we encountered, this was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The food was great, the room and clean and beautiful, the room service was superb. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!

You expect nothing but the best when you stay at a Four Seasons. This was exactly that.A great location with amazing views of the bay. When I checked in I was a little early and my room wasnt quite ready. I met a friend at the bar and very shortly after I received a text that my room was ready. When I got to my room my luggage was already waiting for me.Very large room and an amazing bathroom. Tv built into the mirror. Separate tub from shower. But always the most amazing thing about these hotels is the bed. Wow!Now one little amazing service note which again is the reason you pay for this level of service. I was in a meeting and grabbed my glass of Diet Coke. It slipped out of my hand and went all over the desk, chair and unfortunately my suit jacket. The guy immediately asked me if he could get my jacket taken care of. Another gentleman brought me a new chair and about 3 hours later he brought my jacket back from the dry cleaners clean and pressed. He didn’t ask my name or my room number. Just did it because the opportunity to “wow” was there. That’s just great service.

Had a very pleasant stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and luxurious and the view was amazing. I loved the gym. The food was delicious. I just love four seasons. They never disappoint.

Impeccable service. Cleaning cloth left under glasses. iPhone cables rolled and tied up. Baby plush toys and toiletries provided. Deepest hotel bath I’ve ever seen. Very cute plane you put on your bed to ask for a change of bedding. Perfect for pre or post cruise bliss.

One of the most comfortable hotel rooms Ive ever stayed in. In particular loved the TV set inside the bathroom mirror, allowing one to watch TV while in the bath - not a bad way to finish a day. Four Seasons is in a great central location, and the world famous market is just a block away. The bar and restaurant are superbly located for a meal or drink, no matter the weather as youre overlooking the water. Really great place to use as a base for a couple of days. Would stay again.

This might be one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Talk about soundproofing your rooms! Blackout curtains and good insulation made for AWESOME sleep! Friendly and efficient staff at every turn. You get what you pay for here. Sunday brunch was outstanding with a buffet including bottomless mimosas. Come on! And we live 15 miles away. Tourists in our own city. The best.

Went with the family and had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff (not concierge) were excellent. Our kids loved the welcome packs and individual bathrobes. Welcoming ambience, short duration at elevators, lovely views, functional 24-hour gym, and an accessible car drop-off service. Will definitely repeat the experience.

Great hotel as always, you have to try the chocolates at the store on the first floor by the entrance. The restaurant is delicious and plenty of choices for good wine and the view is great from the restaurant.

The service here is outstanding, and you cant beat the location for view, shopping & convenience. Cozy lobby fireplace and complimentary afternoon chocolate fondu bar welcome you from a chilly walk around the market.Rooms are nice but unremarkable, and dont have a coffee machine. The mattress in our room could use an upgrade, or at least a flip over, as it felt more like sleeping in a hammock.

The sheets are amazing (and available in their store, for anyone who has $500 to drop). The staff is courteous, and always greets politely. There are a variety of refreshments that rotate throughout the day, and taste amazing. The location and views are great.

Excellent, exclusive, elite hotel in downtown Seattle; ocean bay view; central location close to the famous Pike Place Market, shopping, excellent restaurants & shops. Although many people walking the streets, beware of homeless drug addicts roaming freely in downtown due to the legalization of marijuana, tent cities and local meth/heroin epidemic that city officials have allowed to spiral out control. Awesome hotel, beautiful city but be careful walking the streets.

Excellent accommodation. But I won’t ever be able to stay there again. My last stay was two years ago during the Christmas season, and my room, generous size, two twins, was about $175/night. Now that same room is something like $975/night. If you can afford it, it is a great place to stay. But I am priced out, left with a nice memory of a nice stay.

The service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

After being diagnosed with endocarditis and given less than 8 weeks to live I went to make a call my family in front of this hotel. The security guard literally without even looking to see who I was comes flying out the front doors demanding me off the property like a wild animal. I could understand maybe if I looked homeless. But Im dressed cleanly and was clearly trying to make a call. To be treated as badly as this I hope the news gets ahold of this and seems you dry. I couldnt even call anyone of my family members in another state to let them know whats going on. If something wouldve happened between then and the time it took me to get far enough away so I wouldnt be on your property (since he wouldnt tell me if I could use a sidewalk near there) i couldve easily lost consciousness and passed without them knowing any wiser. All because your security was being arrogant and abusing his power. Im taking this to the fullest extent if its the last thing I do. People are getting way out of hand with the professionalism when they think someone might be homeless. For the record Im not homeless so this makes it even more disrespectful.

Temporary Home

Its always a treat staying at a hotel like the Four Seasons. Thankfully I get to enjoy the perks through business. The rooftop pool and the amazing staff are just a few things enjoyed at this hotel. Everytime you walk through the lobby the staff checks on you and a lot of them remember your first name. It is amazing and so nice to feel like royalty now and again. Food is phenomenal.

Perfectly located. Great service. Attention to detail. I accidentally booked a room with two double beds. Rooms seemed large enough to accommodate to queen beds.

This place is beautiful and the staff are extremely courteous. It would be 5 stars if 1 elevator wasnt broken. There is a line waiting to go up and down. Still, despite that the team is GREAT!!!

My fiancé and I were considering the Four Seasons as a possible venue for our wedding. I scheduled an appointment to do a tour, and when we got there we waiting 20 minutes for the catering director, Jaclyn, to show up and do our tour. The concierge called multiple times, and finally after 20 minutes we decided to leave. I forwarded the confirmation email to the concierge as proof that I really did have an appointment at this time. I am shocked that this happened at a hotel of this caliber and definitely wont be doing the wedding there if they cant keep a simple appointment.

The service was first class. My wife had a wonderful spa treatment. Yohan at the front was especially friendly and helpful.

Always great to be at Four Seasons, the standard of service is always the best.

Expected a little more in the way of customer service from a Four Seasons. Mattress was horrible. House keeping was not consistent - some threw away trash and brought clean glasses while others did not. The view of the bay and the bathroom in our room almost made up for the mattress and lackluster service.

Came here for a wedding and WOW! What a beautiful property. The staff was perfect and so accomodating, the food was excellent and the views and decor were beautiful. I especially loved the roof top pool pre the wedding festivities. Highly recommend!

Had dinner here before the SAM remix. Had the pork chop. Its difficult to find a well prepared pork chop, and this one delivered in spades. Service was excellent, food on-point, and atmosphere was calm. Couldnt ask for more in a fine dinner.

Ehh.. it was ok.. a like pretentious.. but hey.. better hotels tend to be.
