One of the most enjoyable places in Seattle and totally worth the entry fee. The constant sound of wall to wall pinball machines and all the flashing lights sends the reward receptions of your brain into overdrive. You can play as much as you like and they serve food and drinks but expect a wait for those. Just play the pinball machines until your break need fingers go numb and get food elsewhere.

Such a fun, tucked away place in the heart of the International District here in Seattle.$18 for all day play one entry. Or upgrade to multiple entries for the day. All but two games are currently on free play and honestly its a sweet deal. Many of the games have a small placard above them with the history of the machine. They have it laid out from earliest machines to newest machines in pretty much a circlen starting with the earliest on the right near the door continuing upstairs and around that room before circling back down and heading back to the door with the newest machines. A great range of different types of machines and friendly staff. They have a good selection of beverages and cup holders on each machine. A few small tables and stools upstairs if you want to take a quick break. It probably gets a bit busy on weekends but mid-week through the winter its dead in there and you can pretty much have your pick of the machines!Highly recommend if youre looking for an entertaining afternoon doing something a bit different! Plus... pinball is just awesome!

If you only have a short amount of time in Seattle, this is one of the places you should visit! Located in the Chinatown-international district, this kitschy, little museum is one of the most unique things we saw on our trip! You pay a flat rate to play most of the machines for as long as you’d like. One of our favorites was the Revenge from Mars machine on the second floor! While the pinball was obviously ridiculously fun, the highlight of our visit had to be their adorable golden retriever mascot! This place far exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be visiting again if we’re ever in the Seattle area!

Very fun experience at an excellent price. Theyve got dozens of games from new ones all the way back to the 60s. A little crowded, but thats as it should be, and come planning to wander outside until theres space to get in but its more than worth it. Lots of good stuff to do in the international district as you sit on the waiting list. Ill definitely be going back soon and often.

If youre looking for vintage games, you wont find a better selection anywhere else. If youre a seasoned player looking for a good pinball arcade...I say keep looking. Unfortunately mechanical problems plague the machines here and $20 for unlimited plays sounds good initially, but youll quickly find that you can get more mileage out of the same cost at other arcades. Still, if youre a novice its not very intimidating when everything is free play instead of feeling like youre really fighting for that 50 cents back

My parents owned a ski lodge when I was growing up, and I developed an early love for pinball as a kid there during the 70s. The Seattle Pinball Museum brought back a lot of fond memories! You pay an admission fee, and then its open play for as long as you like. It can get crowded at times, which can make getting to the machines you want a bit challenging.

I have visited twice now and both times were great. The price for playing is reasonable and the staff are very helpful if you have an issue with machines. There were a couple of rules that they had and they made sure they laid them out completely so there wouldnt be any misunderstandings. I thought that was very nice. Pros: Well maintained games, proximity to light rail.Cons: The high cost, that they close 30 minutes before they say they do, and the really terrible attitude of the older female owner (with the adorable dog).We paid extra for the full day pass that allows you to return. We stepped outside an hour before close for 5 minutes and when we returned 55 minutes before close, it was locked. Their sign/website says they lock the doors 30 minutes before close and let you play until close, so they apparently decided to close early that night - a Saturday. We left our bicycle helmets inside, so tried calling/knocking for 15 minutes with no response. Turns out the aforementioned female owner told us she had heard the phone, but ignored it because she was busy doing some mundane register task. Then, as we were explaining that we left our helmets and went in to get them, she had the worst indignant attitude ever - like it was somehow our fault. She didnt even apologize. My husband and I are regulars in the Seattle pinball scene, but we will not be coming back and cant recommend others do as well. There are so many other options out there for good pinball arcades in Seattle (Jupiter, Add a Ball, Flip Flip Ding Ding, Icebox, Full Tilt, etc.).

This place is super fun for us pinheads! Good staff who are responsive to trying to keep the machines in good order. If you are into gaming history, or just mechanical devices in general, this place is an absolute must when youre in Seattle. The place feels a little crammed but only because they crammed so many different tables into a relatively small space. Two floors of blips and beeps, cha-chings and KNOCKs of enjoyment. Drop your jaw at the worlds largest pinball machine (Hercules by Atari) where hand-sized paddles hit a base-I-mean-pin-ball at bumpers and alleyways. Time travel to the tables from the 60s, grin at the racy table art of the 70s, and let the T1000 boost you up to the 90s tables glitz and gadgetry. Youll feel like you experienced a nostalgic time warp by the time you get up to our decades games like Metallica, Tron, and the holographic Wizard of Oz. Respect to the curators, staff, and gamers who put up with the stench of beer and poorly ventilated air here, I constantly was stifled by the odor on both floors, but that aside I didnt care with all the sensory stimulation I could handle from the gun-triggers, bonus-ball mini-games, and a great evening of admiration for the artists, machinists, and physicists involved in the art of Pinball. #BALLIN

Seattle Pinball museum is amazing! We took our sons there yesterday and had the best time. Not only did they have a huge selection of old and new pinball machines but all the staff and owners were so nice and welcoming. As soon as we walked in the door we felt like they were genuinely happy to see us and you could tell how much they love what they do. They also have the sweetest 4 legged employee named Cash. He is such a sweet dog and helped my son a lot. My youngest gets very nervous of loud noises and new places a lot of times so he did not want to stay but as soon as he saw cash and petted him he was so much more relaxed and started to enjoy himself. I’m so glad they have Cash there to help make it more a more relaxing environment for the ones who may have anxiety like my little one. By the time we got ready to leave he was a pro at all the machines that he was so nervous about when we first got there. I love that you can play all the games as many times as you want and even the oldest of them have been taken care of so well that they work amazingly. I hope we get the chance to go back before we move.

I could (and did) spend hours here. Admission gets you the opportunity to play just about every game in the place, and there are a lot. Some of the machines are not that fun, but they really give you a feel for the progression of pinball through time.Note that some of these games are products of their time: cowboys & Indians games, an Arabian nights game, and a lot of games with scantily clad women. The games themselves are really fun, but it could also be a teachable moment with kids about stereotypes and racism when you leave. Or you can just play a lot of pinball.

This place is awesome!! Not only is it a museum but you get to play with the exhibits, which is every kids dream isnt it? They have really cool pinball machines dating back to the 50s and 60s plus everything dating up to todays crazy pinball machines. Lots of old classics and the free play for $20 is all day long is such a great deal. They even serve beer here which made the experience all the more awesome. I will say it gets pretty crowded in there and sometimes people get bored and abandon the game halfway through so youre stuck finishing up their game before you can start yours. So even if it gets a little claustrophobic its still a really cool experience if you are into pinball even a little.

It was disappointingly small, over priced, and the heat in the place was insane. We got the feeling the owners keep the heat cranked to either drive people out of the store quicker or to encourage you to buy drinks. We bought a return pass (which comes with a 33% price hike yikes!) but could only stand to stay in the place an hour at a time. The photos online made it look like there were a lot more games. For $23 I would have liked more selection and better general accomodations. All the stools for pinball were upstairs for example...and heat rises so it was nearly unbearable up there.BTW it was 53 outside so not like the old building AC was having trouble keeping up. It was legit the heat cranked up.I did enjoy the historical cards and the staff was helpful and polite. The puppers was an enjoyable addition.

Its hard to cool a space with arcade machines, but you just have to get a bigger AC.A bigger space. I know space isnt cheap in Seattle, but trying to play pinball while people are trying to buy braclets to play and go upstairs (Addams Family machine) was really annoying.
