MAM is an amazing agency who work day and night for their talent. Both Anne and Dustin treat you as with respect and patience. They are always there to answer questions and help you get the best out of yourself. My son, who is a junior actor, has been with them for a year and a half and has had nothing but positive experiences. They have helped him grow professionally and have given him so many wonderful opportunities. Im glad he became one of MAMs talent and am thankful for all the hard work MAM has put into his career.
Was contacted by the Seattle division and scheduled to come in. The day of I show early and the office was locked. My appointment was at 3:30 and I received no phone call, only an email at 3:00pm saying the agent was sick and would have to cancel. This was quite the distance for me to travel and I was given a half hearted apology. When I aked if we could reschedule on a weekend, ANY Weekend, I was told yes and then given the run around. After 2 days of trying to pin down a time I was sent a very rude email by Dustin saying that I was high maintenance. Essentially he came from the stance that he did not care about the inconvenience he caused and the money lost by people who make it to their appointments and that talent is treated as though WE are lucky these agents even consider us. AFTER emailing the owner a few weeks later I was toldbtge situation will be addressed. The relationship between agent and talent should always be 50/50 in no way should am agent EVER hold themselves on a higher pedastool then the people they represent.
