Decent selection, highish prices. I also bought a paddle here I don’t feel to be Wild at Heart quality, which is a shame considering they have impossibly high standards. The paddle broke during it’s first use, it was supposedly bullet proof, but it broke clean in half.

I LOVE this place! My friend and I bought some items here this past summer, and had the best time talking to the great people working there! They were so knowledgeable and easy going, and I walked out feeling like Id made new friends! I had paid cash for my items, and somehow lost my receipt which i needed to have for the warranty on one of the items. I was distraught! I called 5 months later to see if there was a remote chance that they could help me out, and Amanda went above and beyond to find that cash receipt for me FROM 5 MONTHS AGO! I am thrilled! I will be back again and again! Store and Customer Service are both 5 STARS!!

Good selection, been here before, but for some reason this time I felt like I was being circled by hawks. Both employees were pacing around me no matter where I walked in the shop. I had one item in my hand the whole time. A fashion item in a box. I felt like they were breathing down my neck aimlessly flipping through hangers strolling behind me.... Finally I just asked “ok what, do you get a lot of theft in here or something???” I went back in to ask about this experience because I was just so shocked, really. The woman said “well I was put off that you came right in and didn’t make eye contact with me.” And also said “no I think something else is at play here to make you feel this way.” Apparently eye contact needs to happen, or you’re a shop lifter. What a shame. Some people know what they want when they walk in and don’t want to interact. I’ve been in here four times before and never had this issue. But it was unsettling enough that I will not be back. Very very strange experience.

Favorite little adult store with the most knowledgeable and genuinely helpful staff. Small place so not the selection of a corporate run adult store but its a much more personal and enjoyable shopping experience. I absolutely recommend checking it out.

I was visiting my fiance in Seattle, and we saw this store online and thought it sounded like fun so we went to check it out. Im definitely never going to a chain store again! This place has the most insanely awesome selection of BDSM-type items Ive ever seen in a store, all beautifully handmade, and almost all LOCALLY made! Everything is skillfully handcrafted, and I love that its a small locally owned store that sources from local artists.The owner, Lisa, was absolutely fantastic. I fell in love with a necklace that was quite pricey, we decided to splurge -- but she actually was so excited someone wanted to buy it, since itd been taking up shelf space for so long, she cut the price for us. Definitely a great way to give a customer a good first experience. We also told her about a disappointing experience with the WeVibe, and she adamantly said that if she had been the one to sell it to us, she would have taken care of it -- the other store didnt. She talked us into considering the WeVibe 4 Plus, and when we decided to get it she even gave us a little discount as an apology for bad service that wasnt even her fault.Unbelievably nice staff, fantastic selection, and mostly locally sourced? Yes please! Im never going to another shop, this is the winner for me. Cant recommend it more, looking forward to a return visit.

The owner is great and you couldnt ask for an easier person to talk to and ask questions about the most intimate items you own. If you dont find something there to excite you, then your tastes are very rare.
