Loved it! Took it down to Tempe Town Lake for 2 hours round trip. Beautiful weather and great exercise. I will definitely do it again.

Great paved trail that runs from Tempe town lake to North Scottsdale around Westworld. It avoids riding on main roads using bridges and underpasses to get by. Its beautiful and well maintained. The path runs through parks, golf courses, and several restaurants/bars to stop at along the way.

Love love love this bike path. It is a long bike path with a wonderful scenery. My favorite part is the little path that’s next to the lake. We were able to spend a few hours here biking and hanging out!

Where can you park if you are out of town? The map is very difficult to read and understand good starting points that provide parking.

The Greenbelt Path is great for recreational cyclists who want a scenic safer ride, avoiding vehicular traffic. This path can take you from Tempe Town Lakes near ASU to Shea Blvd in Scottsdale. The path runs through and along a string of parks and golf courses. Tunnels under major roads allow you to avoid traffic. The path can get a little congested near McCormick area at times, which you may want to consider.

Safe, fun and fairly flat. Great for families. Most intersections have underpasses you can go under and avoid traffic.

Amazing piece of infrastructure that is a huge amenity to the area! Tip of the hat to the forward thinking city, planners, engineers, and citizens to prevent us from having a repeat of the trapezoidal concrete eyesore known as the L.A. River!

This bike path has a charming combination of lush greenery, the blue of the lakes, and sands of the golf course. the path is well maintained, and not very crowded in the summers. good for pedestrians and cyclists. enjoy a smooth ride along this beautiful path.

You can ride this path and its many linked paths for miles and miles. Winds through or next to desert, golf courses, baseball field, ball parks, volleyball courts, skate parks, shopping malls, resorts, canals, swimming pools, etc. This bike path system is truly world class, and barely ever exposes you to automobile traffic. If you like cycling then plan to spend at least a day exploring these paths, and make sure you bring your wallet so you can enjoy some of the amenities along the way.

Love it! But on rainy days be very careful of the slippery sidewalks. I ended up being hospitalized for several days after crashing while biking.
