I purchased a full set of 211 irons and had them delivered in July 2020. After a few weeks I noticed that the ferrules were starting to separate from the head. I spoke with CS who said it wasn’t a big deal and that the ferrules were mainly there for aesthetic purposes and doesn’t impact the integrity of the club. They did offer to repair them, but I didn’t want to wait another 4 weeks without any clubs (no loan clubs could be offered) and put off sending them back until the weather got worse. Yesterday the head of my 9 iron flew off during a swing. By now I had lost confidence in the quality of the clubs. I paid a lot of money for these and purchased them because of their claims of high quality that I thought would last me many years. I asked if I could get a refund and was told that I was past the warranty period (They are 4 months old). I spoke with a supervisor and he couldn’t understand why I had lost confidence in the clubs(?). I was offered a hat of my choice for my inconvenience!! I’ve never written a product review before, but have been ultimately disappointed by both the product and the level of customer service of PXG that wanted to share my experience.

Went there for a putter fitting and was extremely pleased with the process and the outcome. Also had a tuneup fitting done on my year old PXGs. James (fitter) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great facility!

I live in Canada and ordered the goods to freight forward company for my father-in-law who lives in South Korea.The accessories such as the golf bag arrived safely. But the equipment was delivered to the wrong place.I asked you to check through FeDex. But you told me that the delivery was complete. Because I asked to deliver to the freight forwarder So, you said there was nothing could do for me.I thought obviously had a problem and asked to PXG to file a claim with FeDex , but it was not accepted.They kept insisting that it was my Freight forwarders fault.Eventually I filed a claim with FeDex, and FeDex said they would refund it soon after.And they said you guys, not me, should make a request. Only then did you take care of the matter.Did I get a proper apology from you guys? No.Did this solve the problem? No.You were supposed to refund my equipment price and t it was $924. I paid an $90 for shipping. But you didnt tell me about the shipping cost, so I asked you to refund the shipping fee. So you decided to refund 60 dollars except of the one already delivered. But I only got a refund of 60 dollars. I didnt get $924.I asked you to confirm after the about 10 business days you said.You said you confirmed the refund with your team, but it wasnt.I told you the card company to check it out maybe twice. Then finally you asked me the last four digits of my card.You didnt explain anything to me. And said it would be a reprocess. I think you guys probably only gave me $60 for a refund.So did I get $924? Yes.Did I get an apology from you? No.If I had asked FeDex for confirmation as I first requested, I wouldnt have hated your brand so much.Im not good at English, so you might laugh at my writing. It doesnt matter. I only hope it helps another consumers decide to buy your merchandise.

Had a fitting session to get new irons, potentially...Was reluctant to pursue PXGs due to the higher price but ended up purchasing 5-GW plus 54* and 60* wedges of the 2nd generation 311s at a nice discount. My fitting specialist Jason adjusted the lie to +1* and now the sweet spot gets in the way more frequently with my normal swing. First class place with first class service, highly recommend PXG for your golf club needs.

I just wanna start by saying what a fabulous experience!!!! I was fitted by Tyler earlier this month and he was top tier. I was waiting eagerly for my clubs and received my 0211 irons and x0811 driver. Clubs are completely fabulous. Thank you to Mr. Parsons as I am part of the 1st responder program. Mr. Parsons and the rest of the PXG team have dropped the gauntlet on the golf world. You have a customer for life !!!!!

Very little stock. Receptionist was lukewarm. The room with the clubs is not accessible and when asked a guy who must have been a fitter said access to the room was for scheduled appointments only. I have a gen 2 set and wanted to look at STs and hit some balls...doesn’t seem to be an option. Odd for PXG to have a fancy showroom with very limited apparel and no way to test clubs.

PXG Team,I felt credit needed given where credit was due. Being in the sales industry myself, I can’t stress how important customer service is. It’s very easy at times to put the company we love first, or give priority of big sales before little sales. However, when the rubber meets the road a happy customer is a return customer; even if the product doesn’t reach expectation. While I have not been on the side of a PXG product not reaching my expectation, I have been a reciprocate of a very high and professional level of service.My PXG representative, Rob Maruska, in Missouri has exceeded my expectations of service. Yes, he did a fine job at fitting me, but it’s been his timely follow up no matter how small the question that has given him this status of service. Whether an update on a PXG Operator putter was requested, to wedge questions with my New PXG Gen II Irons, to the most recent hat inquiry, Rob responded quick, set realistic expectations and delivered on those expectations. Rob deserves this recognition.Thanks and KABOOM BABY!

Well where do I start? I had my PXG fitting last September and since then I have never hit so many fantastic golf shots, I literally am apologising to my playing partners saying it’s not me it’s the clubs !! My short game has improved out of sight driving must be 35 yards longer and straighter don’t even talk to me about putting !! Just got my PXG 0311XF Extreme Dark irons in the bag for a round at the range today. Long, high bombs with such a buttery feel. Ive had nearly 100 sets of clubs...these are staying in the bag. Next up, the 0341 3 Wood! I just found the best set of clubs...PERIOD!!

We just happened to be in the area for the weekend, and found out about the headquarters being close to us. As a beginner golfer, my good friend recommended us to go check it out. We came in as a group of 4, checked in the front desk and we were told to look around, and fitting was by appointment only. From then on, we were never approached by anyone else and that was disappointing. I didn’t come in to get golf clubs fitted, but came in to see, experience, and learn about what PXG is all about. And let tell you, I walked out after 20 mins later knowing nothing more about PGX than before. It’s was pretty much just walk in, look, and leave. Still clueless as why I should buy their brand.

Was hoping to drop in and find out more about the PXG clubs. There is a small show room you can look around but you need an appointment to have a complete club fitting to talk to anyone. They had an opening for a fitting in 4 days but I said I just wanted to find a out a little more not go thru the whole process yet. Even though I was the only customer in the place with lots of staff I guess that wasnt an option. I looked around their small showroom, nobody asked if I had any questions and I left.

Where do I start, this is by far the best experience I have ever had getting fitted for golf clubs. I am a 17.3 handicap and I can honestly say I was treated like a PGA professional when I was fitted. not only did I get treated the best ever by the fitting department ,Rachael and Kendra in the retail Department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with my merchandise. my hat is off to all the staff at PXG as well as Mr Parsons for the program that he has for us military as well as all the first responders. I dont recall any golf company ever having a program like Mr Parsons, thank you all again. I can honestly say my irons are the best clubs I have ever hit. I have never been able to spin a shot on the green until now and my score has definitely dropped. I cant wait to get my fairway woods.

I am a 67 year old 11 HDCP, Last year I purchased a used PXG driver, 0811 9*. Being a club maker I wanted to compare it to my titleist 917 D2 9.5*. I put the same shaft in both heads, spined, same length, same weight, same swing weight, same shaft stiffness. Went to the course, marked 20 balls with a X, 20 without, Hit 5 at a time with each club to be fair. 18 of the 20 PXG drives were longer than the titleist 917. I have been playing the PXG since, sold the titleist.
