The facility is large, clean and safe. I really appreciate that they are taking all COVID related precautions to the keep the kids safe while providing them with the much needed social and physical activities. All the coaches are absolutely amazing with kids (especially coach Von) and my son has significantly improved his skills since joining Dreamteam Academy. More importantly he leaves with a big smile on his face after each session and looks forward to his next session eagerly!!! The owner Mimi is also very responsive and extremely professional and seems very dedicated to ensuring the childrens well being both mentally and physically. Highly recommend this facility for basketball training for kids of all ages.

I absolutely LOVE Dream Team Academy. It is so hard to find the perfect combination theyve created here. DTA is a special community that feels a lot like family. The coaches are exceptionally skilled, patient, and invested in the personal development of each kiddo, ensuring that they master the basketball foundations, then layering more advanced skills so that players and the overall teams can be consistently successful.Their camps are fun, convenient, super-cost effective, and welcome any kiddo regardless of their experience with basketball. I brought 2 of my boys to camp as their introduction to DTA. They had very little experience before that time and were VERY nervous because of it, and both had a blast. Since that first camp, theyve attended multiple other camps and continue to enjoy it more and more each time.We even have a birthday party there in 2 weeks for my soon to be 10 year old. He is sooooo excited!The staff, coaches, and director have done such an incredible job to build this home of a basketball training facility for our kids. There is really nothing quite like it.

My daughter has been with Dream Team pretty much since they opened about three years ago. When she joined she was only a first grader and now she’s a fourth grader. She has done both the clinics and the club team and she has grown exponentially! Mimi, the owner, truly has a passion to see these kids develop and grow and she gets extremely excited when she sees it happen right before her eyes. Coach Von, the head trainer, is absolutely amazing! There is no other trainer like him. His energy and the way that he interacts and relates to the children is unbeatable. The clinics are small enough that he has the ability to work with each child one on one and fine-tune their skills. For example, my daughter’s shot was always off and he noticed that her elbow needed to be brought in. Once she did that, her shots just started to fall. I wish there were more stars than five that I could give this organization. You will never find a Coach Von anywhere else. They are always accessible and responsive and will truly listen to any concerns that you may have. A must see for sure!

I am a former player as well as a coach and I live here in Cave Creek. I coached for many years my own children along with hundreds of others and realized that it was time for my own boys to find a new home as they had gotten older and needed to learn from others. I did my research and narrowed training facilities down to 3. I was offered a free training at all facilities for 1 hour to see how my boys and I liked the program and we decided on Coach Von and Dream Team by a landslide. The fundamental teaching style was applicable to players their age and is what was missing from most programs. Without these building blocks no player will be successful. I am happy with my boys progress as well as the encouraging, yet firm, coaching style and intend to have a long relationship with this organization.

We have known Dreamteam Academy since they inaugurated. Mimi is one of the most friendliest person I have ever met who has always made sure to respond on time and keep the parents updated. Coach Von is simply the best, the way he worked with my older son and increased his confidence on court, we will always be thankful for that. We are definitely with the club during these tough times and just cannot wait to get back to routine once it is safe to.

Weve been part of the dream team family for over a year now and cant say enough good things about it. Not only has our son learned and developed skills on the court, but also he has gained confidence for life off of the court. The coaches and the staff have pushed him to practice to be a better basketball player and to pick up a book and read, which in itself is a miracle. Its a clean, safe, healthy environment.

We love Everything about DreamTeam Academy. My son has thrived as a basketball player and a team player. The facility is top notch. I am so impressed with the design and well thought out lay out of this place. It has so much to offer. Everything from complementary healthy snacks, filtered water system, state of the art kids dream game room, homework room, relaxation room, parents hang out zone with monitors to watch practice. This place has thought of everything. Not to mention the great staff and owner. Coach Von is a great coach and all around great guy. The kids respond Well to his instruction and respect him very much. Coach Von has been a great role model, character builder and encourager. The other staff is top notch as well.I can’t recommend this place enough. It is a all around great place for the whole family. It does not disappoint. My son absolutely loves DreamTeam. He plays football as his primary sport, but wanted to get better at basketball, because he loves it. DreamTeam and their coaches have been amazing with him, and hes learned so much, and building his confidence on and off the court. We also enjoy the holiday camp days, and weeks, its a great opportunity to get better and hang out with friends! We are so grateful for Mimi and her coaches! THANK YOU!

DTA is a top notch organization for youth basketball. They are well organized, very accessible, and certainly knowledgeable in the FUNdamentals of youth basketball. My son (10) thoroughly enjoys practices and games, and we could not be happier with his experience over the past 2 seasons. In this day and age, there are many organizations that are driven by financials and really dont understand youth sports. DTA gets it...and that is worth every penny!

The coaches and staff at DreamTeam Academy offer the best fundamentals and care in the valley. Coach Von’s curriculum has proven success with my daughter. She’s fallen in love with basketball due to her confidence on and off the court. She has made huge progress and will be trying out for her school team next year. We just had my sons 6th Birthday Party at DreamTeam Academy. It was the perfect place for his party! The kids all enjoyed themselves and played basketball, did drills with the coach then they had pizza & cake upstairs in the party room. I would definitely recommend DreamTeam to anyone looking for a place to have a Basketball birthday no matter what age (I think a lot of the dads may have had more fun than the kids).

Dreamteam Academy is a great place to bring your kids. Ms. Mimi runs a great organization and coaches Von & Lanae do an excellent job working with the kids. My son looks forward to the practices, the camps, and the clinics each time. Keep doing what you do Dreamteam Academy!
