Waited in line for 40 minutes to an event we already had tickets for. Once we got inside the speakers were blown and the bar was inefficiently run with only about two bar tenders for upwards of 500 people. Worst New Year’s Eve event ever! Left after about 20 minutes; don’t waste your money here!

Restrooms have no locks on them. The sinks were filthy and only one worked. 20 dollar entry and dress code for what.The club is big thats a plus but most the women were in vip

Came here for nye event. Doors were suppose to open at 9 they did not open until past 9:30. The sound system was terrible all you could hear was static. The ladies bathroom was a complete mess- one stall would not flush, another two had no locks and the one I was lucky enough to get had no toilet seat. Worst place I have ever been to. Do not waste your money or your time.

Do NOT come here. They will over charge you and not refund you. I was visiting my friend and we came here for her friends birthday party. We bought 2 drinks and the bartender swiped my card about 10 times as if he didnt know how to use the machine. I asked him how many times the charge went through and he said once. I had a feeling this wasnt true and looked on my credit card statement and I was charged twice as suspected. I called and emailed and got in touch with a woman named Jenny Im guessing who is the owner. She was helpful at first to want to refund me but then when she tried to refund me and her machine didnt work to refund me she got extremely aggressive over the phone yelling at me not letting me speak because she was so frustrated. She then hung up on me.Worst customer service ever. Im now filing a claim and disputing this charge with my bank.

I am reviewing this as per my experience on bolly nights which was held on 9/8/2018.This a pathetic place to go. Very very poor arrangements. One in-efficient lady, checking the ticket, for a crowd of few hundred people.She and the security kept shouting on the people. Very rude behavior. It was like charging and harrasing people.

One of my favorite clubs now! Went there last night and it was ah-mazing! Loved the ambience and the crowd! Really friendly staff! Have to visit again soon!

If only I could give a -5 rating. This club doesn’t even require a rating... it’s literally that downhill. Upright pathetic and the most uneducated and filthy staff I have seen. The crowd is slum crowd. If u value your time n money don’t go here. The staff feels u can put on a lot of makeup and act smart... honestly they need to goto elementary school to learn little bit of etiquettes.

Went her for a NYE event, biggest waste of money and worst NYE event I have attended. Sound system speakers were blown out. Arrived at 1030 didnt get in till 11:45 right before they muffed the ball drop they attemped. They were selling tickets to people in line with people who had purchased tickets online. The venue was so over populated, we stayed for 20 minutes and left after the ball drop. 1 bartender for over 1,000 people. There was no way with the amount of people they had in that small space they were abiding by the fire code laws. Worst new years experience ever, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, it’s cheap for a reason - their goal is to sell as many tickets as possible with no regaurd to safety or the customer experience.

Ill give 1 star for the space. I attended with friends throwing a party and arrived early. I was able to see the club with lights on before it opened up to the public at 10:00pm. Club is run down and disgusting, has potential to be a beautiful nightclub. All staff except one bouncer (Carlos) SUCKED! The owner (Jenni) is unprofessional, rude and comes off as a racist hustler. She really needs to clean up her club up! The restrooms look like they havent been disinfected in years. There were empty bottles of Softsoap and Lysol bleach spray on the floor and counters along with dozens of straws and used paper towels prior to the doors opening.Suppsably theres a no boot dress code, but I concluded that the policy may have only applied to the black men who were eventually turned away at the door because I later saw Caucasian and Middle Eastern men and women with Dr. Marten combats and Ugg boots. Bottle service girls werent attractive, but their lack of personality and bad attitudes were uglier than their appearance.Bottom line... this club is really a reflection of the owner and her compassion for her patrons. I personally wasnt treated badly, but I witnessed a lot of foul play... I will NOT return EVER!

Had a good time here. No problem getting in as I dont dress ghetto. Stupid saggers getting butt hurt they cant air out their assholes in the only nightclub in the area that insists on dress shirts, dress pants, clean shoes. Cover no more than to be expected, girls got in free.Big place. waaaaay bigger than I expected. Drinks lesss pricey than SF clubs, more so than bars. Pretty much as expected.Was really busy when we came through. Glad so many ghetto guys were rejected at the door. Who wants to go into a club that has 10x as many guys as girls, and they are all standing around in rat packs waiting to get offended and fight some other group of virgins. Yeah they may have said it was a dress code thing, but maybe its just that you and your losers should consider finding some girls BEFORE going out. lolBathrooms got hella dirty later on, I think some folk in here grew up in barns.Girls all very dressed up, a bit shy though.Security didnt mess with anyone that I saw once inside. Bags got checked, got pat down searched for weapons. Friend had to throw away his flip out knife. Were given lots of lee way in terms of how drunk we could get, only got told once to stop standing on a couch. Felt safe inside. Best to leave early though as theres too many drunk iddiots on the street after 130

Club was empty the whole night and there was a creepy Persian guy that wouldnt leave girls alone when they asked him to. Security wouldnt toss him. Turns out HE WORKED THERE.

Undoubtedly the worst club in California.

This place sucks it overcharges the entrance fee, the drinks suck n the security act like theyre chuck Norris try to provoke customers...i tried getting in here 5 times then finally they let me in...damn this place sucked
