Place is very nice .but the rules are very strict.

Very cool place very peaceful

Its semi-affordable especially given the cost of living in this area. And the grounds and facilities are well kept. The management is not bad but not amazing, and do get the job done.

Very strict place People are nice and neighborly. On the other hand the rent is atrocious and they dont seem to get that all of us have to pay mortgage on top of the rent. We have a pool and clubhouse but all of us are afraid to use it because the managers will stalk us and yell at us. There have been 2 houses that have burnt down in the last 4 years right across the street from each other. and there is a small dilapidated kids park with a splintery wood structure and plastic slide and thats it. I would move out but money is tight plus San Jose is expensive and mobile homes are horrid when it comes to getting money back when selling. Manager is extremely petty and rude she will find a way to keep charging you from parking ticket to time using the pool and gardening. They have the stupidest parking regulations. You cannot park three cars in your parking space even though you can fit three. You cant park in front of your house after 10. Dont move here.

Good place to live if you can put up with the horrible managers. 2 fat , old, angry females that take there miserable lives out on the residents. What is it they say misery loves company. Must be true, as the 2 terrible so called managers act as if they are royalty, doing as they please meanwhile pushing the park rules which dont match up to the state laws out on the peaceful residents.

The management is arbitrary in enforcing the rules. But the grounds are very nice and well kept and it feel pretty safe even with some not so great neighborhoods just outside its fences.
