Even with this ongoing pandemic, parents kept their distance, supervising while children played - freely. It keeps the kids happy and healthy. ️

Great playground across the street from the Ferry Building - use the restroom at the FB since there is not one at this park. Several different climbing/play structures and some swings within a fenced area. There are lovely open grassy spaces adjacent.

My wife and I stumbled upon this little paradise while strolling through San Francisco. We heard the birds from two blocks away and decided to investigate. What an amazing little place. Wild Parrots in the middle of the city! Don’t miss out!

Quiet and peaceful. Except if or the parrotts. They love to squak constantly. If you cut up a RED apple. You can possibly coax the birds down from the trees and have them eat from your hands.

A small park along the Emarcadero. It is great in the evenings when the Parakeets come home to the trees around the park. While the park is green through the year, the main street is filled with cars and is noisy all the time. Go here if you want to walk your dog but thix wouldnt my preferred park if I wanted a quiet place to unwind.

Nice little park with a play area for kids. Gated play area is nice for added sense of security. Annoyingly, only a self-cleaning bathroom in the park as as usual, the cleaning part of that equation is about 0. Better facilities across the street in the pier buildings. Kids enjoyed the playground which includes a small climbing wall which is fun. Nice benches for parents to sit. If youre down this way with kids, not a bad pit stop to run off some energy.

Visiting the San Francisco area and my kids (6 & 7) love parks. This is a very small park BUT it has so much to do in a small area. Great places to play for all ages. It got 4 stars because when I left the park and it was starting to get dark... I wanted my kids right next to me.

This is a gem of a park in the middle of the financial district. It has play areas for big kids and toddlers, including 2 swings and a see-saw. Its surrounded by a lovely grass area and is fenced in so the kids are safe to run around and not risk getting into the heavy traffic of The Embarcadero nearby. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting or shopping in the area with antsy kids who need a break to play safely in an otherwise crowded part of SF

Loved spending time at this park with my one and a half year old. One can easily spend 2 to 3 hours here. The play structures are surrounded by lovely green grass where you can have a nice picnic. The Pier is very close by so you can walk along the water which is a plus. The place structures themselves are designed for older kids as well as a separate structure for younger ones. The little ones play structure is very safe and quite interesting. Overall a great experience.

The kids playground is gated with a half-size fence to keep the kids in, and it actually offers a small push lock on the opposite side that and adults can easily reach. View of the ferries coming in as well. The only down side is the scalding lack of shade and it gets pretty hot standing in direct su light in the summer time. This probably isnt much of a issue for the rest of the year though so I didnt feel like it should lose any stars over it.

Small park but clean. Its close to the ferry building marketplace, so if you walked a lot there, you can come and take a break in the park while enjoying the beautiful views. Some homeless people were sleeping there which made me a bit uncomfortable, but in general, it is a good place. There is a small playground here so bring your kids and they will enjoy it.

Nice place to sit, read, people watch, explore. There is a Maritime Museum in the park...you can also take a quick swim or sit on the beach and watch the swim club out there. Plenty of restaurants in the area and plenty of vendors selling a variety of items. You can also take the cable cars from this location as well.

Really fun play equipment for the kids and huge open spaces. The grass was really too wet to even walk on, borderline muddy. Im not sure if its always like that or was being overwatered or what. It hadnt rained in several days when we went. If the grass is always like that its not functional, just ornamental.
