Interesting place for art. Doesn’t maybe feel like there is any cohesion between the different studios and it is a little difficult to get an idea of what is on exhibit.

Great space for the former “Downtown” Galleries to relocate with ample parking near Dogpatch. Kool restaurants nearby too!

Really love what theyre doing here. They always host great events (art shows, book fairs, etc) and are home to some great working artists. Great location outside the city (nextdoor to a Philz Coffee) with lots of street parking.

Cool spot to check out if you are near the dog patch. Was free to get in and there were a couple of really cool exhibits at the time.Would suggest checking online for exhibit hours if something specific you want to see because a few were closed when we were there.

Very big complex with many rooms for exhibits. The stairs to go to the second floor are a bit too big, but thats mostly a style preference because of the seating area next to it. May be difficult to get up there, but it seems there is an elevator. Well lit everywhere and liked the windows that looked out to the parking lot. Parking itself can be found in a lot if you keep driving straight from the building. When I went it seemed to be free but not sure if it is always like this. Otherwise, people can park in surrounding residential areas. There is a nice little cafe next door that I did not visit but seems to be quaint for those looking for something to eat/drink after or before going in to the building. Allowed to have drinks inside the Minnesota Street Project, as they sell some (depending on the host program). I took my own since they were a bit pricey, as expected. Be prepared to walk a lot because, as I said, lots of places to explore inside!

Really nice, open, airy space and a great event venue. Gets a bit crowded with booths and the stairs up to the second floor gallery can be a bit awkward, but it’s all really pretty. And there’s a greet Philz right across the street along with small garden seating next door. Didn’t try the cafe here, just wandered in and around the Art Book event and lamented how uncool I am.

This is a rating for the event space, not necessarily the special exhibits. The gallery is housed in a pristine, modern building, with an adjacent coffee shop! Parking can be found within 1-3 blocks. While I wasnt a fan of the galleries, this is a great location for finding new, local artists or even a date!

Many modern galleries all under one roof means youre very likely to find something you like. However, some are closed at times when the building is open. Its near Caltrain and Muni lines. Phils Coffee is across the street and La Stazione has cappuccino at the 22nd St train station.

A large, clean art gallery featuring a wide variety of highly talented artists. The gallery is for-profit (which just means most of the art is for sale) but entry is free and open to the public. Restrooms and a drinking fountain are all in the back left corner of the gallery. The gallery is right across the street from a coffee shop/cafe. Street parking has a 2 hour limit.

I like the story behind this place and although not all the artwork here is easy to understand or appreciate, the ones I did I really loved. Its a cool space which can easily be converted to an event space. It is also in such a cool and up and coming district that is definitely worth visiting.
