This place is so much fun and I really like the margaritas here. I would suggest they create more water slides cause six flags is a huge competition for this park but it’s really fun on a day that’s not super packed otherwise expect to wait in long lines. The workers can be a little faster tho when operating the water slides because it looks like they take their time a lot which is tiring to see. They use minimal effort when working.

We had a great time at Sea World San Antonio. There werent that many people due to covid. They are limiting the number of people allowed inside. They are also taking all safety measures to ensure the safety of the patrons. We were able to catch three shows and go on several rides throughout the day. The staff was very helpful and everyone wore masks and hand sanitizer was available all over the park for the public to use. We really liked the fact that sanitizer was available at the rides so soon as you got off, so you could use the hand sanitizer. We had a great experience.

We really enjoyed our day watching all of these beautiful animals! The park took extra measures to keep everyone safe in these crazy times were living in with hand sanitizer available throughout the park and dismissing people in smaller groups from the shows. Wearing a mask in the direct sun on a hot day was a little stressful, but I appreciate all of their extra effort to the park open while keeping everyone safe.

My family LOVED aquatica, even more than the Seaworld park next door. The park has done everything they can feasibly in the wake of covid-19. Masks are mandatory in retail and eating areas. All the slide attractions have the 6ft markings for lines. Reservations have to be made in advance to limit park capacity, sanitizers were everywhere. We went on a wednesday and I would say the capacity was about 40% of what you would normally expect in the summer. It was great! hardly any lines, we were able to ride everything that we wanted several times over. The park itself is beautiful and clean. We would definitely go back!

Took my oldest today. It wasnt crowded and we had a great time. Shes just shy of 48 tall at 6 years old so it was a bummer she couldnt ride many rides. The 1 tube ride she would be able to ride was closed but we didnt find that out until we hiked the 10 minutes over to it. There should be signs about what is closed so you dont waste time. Also, for an older kid who is shorter, there are barely any slides she can go down. There are the 4 little kid slides but theyre pretty lame. They need to add some slides for kids who arent toddlers but also arent big enough for most of the big slides. Well probably choose to go to splashtown from now on because theres a lot more for young kids there and its much cheaper. She did love sting rays falls.

It could use more shade over chairs. Slides were pretty fun, not all open. The price for swimming with the rays is to high. Their are some unique rides that are very cool. Overall worth I aying 25 for but I wouldnt get a season pass here as its pretty small.

Great place, we had the best time. My kids enjoyed every moment especially the stingray pool and we enjoyed the the tube ride that goes under the stingrays, that was awesome. Most rides have restrictions 38 -48 but it wasnt an issue for us because the park is toddler, big kiddos and adult friendly. There is something for everyone, the park is filled with fun adventures. What stood out the most is how clean, comfortable the park is and love the fact that it was not crowded. Located right next to SeaWorld, very well thought and put together with amazing landscapes. Food needs to improve. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be coming back. Highly recommend this place.

They have so many different Splash areas of different water height that you can find the place that will be perfect for any age group in the family. We had a great time and rented a premium cabana ($350 and it included 4 theme park towels, 8 bottles of water, sunscreen, and 4 meals). Negatives: We were one of the first people there, but they ran out of some of the food menu items we picked and had to bring us other stuff. The food was served 35 minutes late. They kept forgetting silverware too. The ground was hot 2-4PM throughout the park (not their fault) and we would recommend wearing sandals then. Positives: all water slides and attractions were open aside from Tassie Twister.

It is a pretty nice experience: clean, decent size, looks as if they are expanding... We took our 6 and 4 year olds, and while they seemed to enjoy the attractions (mostly the animals), they would likely be able to enjoy themselves more once they are old enough for the rides, too. We arrived shortly after opening (on a Sunday, no less), so we avoided the enormous, tidal wave rush that came just as we were leaving 2.5 - 3 hours later, which was nice to not have to be in such a crowd; also paying a few dollars extra for theup front, which was REALLY nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed aquatica! There is plenty to do for all ages. My 3 yr old could ride everything, but 2 slides. There are plenty of restrooms, drink spots, lounge chairs, lockers, etc. We never found ourselves fighting over resl estate. We ate at the grill and it was good and reasonably priced. My only recommendation is DONT buy the fast pass. So many people are buying them that the fast pass line is longer than the regular line. If the line is long, just come back. A very great water park for the entire family. Kids area is very safe, clean and fun. Rides are suitable for older kids and adults. Food is vey pricey, so the all day dine in is really a great option since you could get an entree, drink or water and fruit or dessert every 90 minutes, you get also discount on food and souvenirs if you are a member. The season 99 cent cup refill is also a great idea to stay cool and save money. The place is always clean despite how crowded it is. Staff are very friendly and helpful. ***EDITING TO ADD AN UPDATE: I sent an email to the email Chris provided as a response to my review. That was on 9/22/2020. I STILL have not heard back.***We bought tickets in June to attend the park in July, before the huge spike in Covid cases started happening. With me being pregnant and having young children, we decided it best not to go. We called customer service to see if we could get a refund. 3 of our guests that we had bought tickets for would be flying in from out of state so it was impossible for them to just reschedule. I explained this to the customer service rep and he agreed that he would allow a refund and would escalate my claim so I could receive a refund. That was on July 8th. He told me it would take 7-10 business days and we would receive an email that the refund had been processed. Over a month later, I still hadn’t heard anything so I called back in August. This time I spoke to a woman who told me she couldn’t see a request for my refund on record. This was frustrating since I had spent 30 minutes on the phone with the customer service rep in July. She assured me she would push the refund through and make whatever notes she needed to so that I could get the refund. It’s now September 9th and we still have no sign of a refund. I called again today and was on the phone for nearly an hour. The first rep I spoke to said the refund department is very backed up and there is no time frame on refunds right now. This blew my mind as I’m not sure what could possibly take over two months. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. Her name was Nancy M. At first she tried to tell me there was no record of my order being processed for a refund and told me there is a strict no refund policy and that we could receive tickets to go another time this year. I was extremely upset as I had already been told TWICE before that I would be receiving a refund. Her stating that there was no record of it made me feel like she was implying I was lying. We went back and forth and she swore there was no record of me calling or being told I would receive a refund. Of course not since they don’t send or give any type of confirmation and what was I supposed to do to “prove” myself? Use my husband’s phone to record a 40 minute phone call? So I asked her if she would like me to give her the exact date and time when I spoke to the very first rep since they should have the call recorded (every call states it will be recorded for quality control purposes). As soon as I said this, she magically found it and said “oh, the first guy didn’t write any notes so I didn’t know” and apologized. She seemed to be lying the whole time. She assured me that she “definitely guarantees” I’ll get my refund because she could see that it had already been approved and was just waiting in queue. I’m not sure why she couldn’t see this the 20 minutes prior. She told me several times she would make the appropriate notes under my order number and that I would get a refund. My husband just received an email with new tickets (which is clearly not what was agreed on between myself and Nancy M.) and I feel like I’m being set up so that the next time I call, they can tell me “no, we already sent you tickets. You were never told there would be a refund.”I am EXTREMELY upset and appalled at how shady this whole business seems. It’s completely unacceptable to hold onto someone’s money for over two months and make me feel crazy as if the first guy never told me I would get a refund. So unprofessional. I’m not counting on ever seeing my money and I will make sure that everyone I know NEVER attends Sea World or Aquatica again. I hate that I even have to give one star.

Even talked to a supervisor and pointed out a person without their mask on and he didnt correct that person. He just stood there and said yes unfortunately this happens.
