Baetender staff stands around tells customers to wait at table then wait 10 min to even offer first round would never recommend the place

*Update 03/10/2018They moved the speakers! There is more room, a better view of the booth, and the sound is still great. Good job Lush!This place has so much potential! The drinks are reasonably priced and I love that they bring in some big EDM Djs. The talent can be a bit tough to see however due to the large speakers that obstruct the view from a few angles. I think with a good redesign of the layout, bar, dj booth, and tables, this venue could better support the crowd it brings.

Charge $10/pp to get in and we have to stay seated at table the whole time. BORING! No dancing! I took off mask while standing to talk to friend and mask police came and told me to put it back on even though I was more than 6ft away from others. I asked for refund and thankfully got it. Should have probably remained closed during pandemic.

This place is POPPIN! I went this past Saturday with my girl and if you arrive early enough, you wont end up in the crowd and maybe some extra dance room. The drink I ordered was a long island ice tea and was $8 but Ive tried plenty of those and it was the best yet. I HIGHLY recommend this club. (Especially Saturday nights for ladies over 21;)

This is just a no. They nickel and dime you every chance they get from the cover to the drinks. EVERYONE is rude and unprofessional. It gets filled to the brim and becomes incredibly difficult to get around. The music is whatever. Lastly, they block off the whole parking lot to force you to pay for their overpriced valet.

Not the best club i have ever been to but the bouncers were respectful and the people werent trying to fight every second. Mix of music and its a nice venue. Dont go to burnside just stay on the lush side.

This place adds a 20% “service fee” for all drinks. When I asked why, the bartender said that it was for all orders (whether you use cash or use credit/debit). This fee is not a tip. You still have to leave a tip. So 2 cranberry vodkas that’s $8 to $10 somewhere else can cost you about $20 (after tip). Total rip off. I was also concerned about the 10% charge on top if your cover. So instead $10, you pay $11. This is how they nickel and dime you. Neither the bar, nor the cover provided an itemized bill (I’d post it here if they did).Additionally, we arrived early, (around 1030), but fewer than 10% of parking spaces were non-valet. That is, most of the parking (in the entire business park) were sectioned off with cones, and partitioned off for obligatory valet service. There’s no where to park! You must park valet. I’m not sure how much it was, but my guess is it was over priced. It rained that weekend and we noticed cars getting stuck in the mud when they parked in nearby grassy areas, I suppose trying to avoid being forced into valet.Finally, I’d like to mention that the bouncer was super unprofessional. He hovered over the area where you pay your cover, and smoked hookah at that counter. I suppose it’s acceptable, if you like second hand hookah smoke getting blown in your face. Lack of courtesy for patrons, and shame on management for letting it happen.

Hands down one of the best clubs Ive been to in a long time. The atmosphere is great, but fair warning it does get packed! In my eyes that nothing to complain about! If it was empty I wouldnt want to be there! The music is mostly hip-hop with an occasional taste of Latin music, but it really fits the scene well. I normally dress pretty nice and didnt have any issues getting in. Another bonus was the amount of beautiful women here! I believe the drinks were around $8 or $9, some say thats pricey, but truth be told Im willing to pay that for the experience I get here. Ive been to dumpy clubs with $4 drinks and I wasnt comfortable, so I found a place that plays the music I like and it is nice at the same time. I had a great time, but what really set this place apart was the customer service. I ordered bottle service and was so impressed how attentive they were to my needs. Thanks, Liz and Mike for making my time there so memorable! Ill definitely be back.

Work team had an angry disposition, bar had watery and expensive drinks, bouncers with the same angry disposition to deal with. Could be a better place, but with that work team, wont happen. Cannot recommend the place.

Eh not the best

Used to come here off and on, and had a great time. Service was decent, about what youd expect in a small nightclub. The one star, however, if for what I call valet abuse. Theyve literally converted the entire rear parking lot to valet now, as if drink charges & cover arent enough revenue already? Until we as customers push back on this nonsense, it will only get worse!

For whatever reason the charge for $20 to get out of the line or dress code I was wearing a collared shirt. Button down. And the bouncers still charged me to get in. I want all the cards on every security guard. Cops. And IDs on bouncers. I warned the bouncers to stop ripping customers off and he refused to listen. Gave me unprofessional attitude as if he were the owner and included to threatened to kick me out. i will be back with legal. What youre running is unacceptable. Its over. See you soon.

Music is great on Fridays and Saturday. Be sure to stick to the dress to impress dress code, or youll be charged an extra $10. Warning, it gets very hot since half of it is outside

Wednesday’s are the best EDM nights in town hands down. If you like a busy and high energy crowd this is the place to be Thursday-Saturday. Never had a bad experience here would highly recommend

The owner is really cool. I threw one of my first concerts here with some buddies of mine. I loved the overall layout of this place, I just wish it stretched out back further for more room.

Im giving LUSH a 1 star rating for multiple reasons. First time I decided to go, I checked online via social media about the free cover for 18+ up on Friday. I thought, awesome! Im going to go with my girls. However, we arrive and the bouncer charges me $20.00 despite after I showed him the advertisement online. It was very dead inside, so we decided to leave.So, I decided to give LUSH another try and again, saw on the Facebook what was posted the day of. It states free cover for anyone including 18+, 21+men /women. We get to the club and the bouncer wants to charge. That is False Advertisement. How can you advertise something you will not honor?The music is not that great, it is modern but the mix is hard to enjoy and dance to.

As a club owner from Dallas this is absolutely not the place to come for bottle service. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Was Prepared to buy multiple bottles but our waitress was 1. Not customers service driven and 2. Did no type of up selling and acted as if she had to go out of her way And we were bothering her when we inquired about buying multiple bottles. If you want a VIP experience this is not the place to go.

Went this past week for the Kill the Noise show and it was awesome!! The crowd was awesome, the sound was amazing and the service was so great and friendly! Definitely going back!

I absolutely love the atmosphere every time I come here! Great music, delicious drinks and the vibe is aaaaalllllways awesome. This is always my go to dancing spot because of the huge dance floor! Definitely recommend :)

We had an awesome time! The crowd was really diverse. Music was great. Dont plan on sitting down! Try to go when the weather is good so you can take advantage of the rooftop.

Awesome DJ and lavish surroundings. Cute bar tenders and reasonable drink prices. Minors are allowed here though. Felt like a high school party at times.

The atmosphere here is different. And the dj they had there the night I went was excellent. They really try to take good care of theyre customers. Although I think Ill stay away from college night.

Depending on the day of the week this club can be a child’s party or a fun adult night.

I call a promoter a week before to order bottle for the weekend. He said its 450$ for three bottles I got there it wasnt even enough people to I order a bottle so i ordered from the bar. I could not even find him via text or call for about 15-20 min once the club picked up a little bit I got my bottle with dirty cups, the music was not good, he stopbthe music like three times for no reason. the service not on point. I dont recommend bottle service there,cool spot if you have nothing to do just go there kind of place.

This club is stupid.Literally almost got kicked out by someone who worked there because me and my friend rejected him.I only bought TWO drinks that night 7.99$ EACH and some how I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged 7.99$ + a 19.99$ Charge for IDK whatthe bartender did something wrong lmao.These also didnt let my friend in because he was wearing a jersey? Because it was dress up night YET I was wearing a flannel, jean shorts and pumas???????The drinks are over priced as well.Save your time and money..........

Bouncers are horrible. They are charging extra for little things. I called ahead of time and asked about the dress code and when I arrived I was treated horribly and told that what I was wearing (even within the dress code that the manager told me about) was not up to standards. The bouncer tried to charge me for my jeans my shirt and hat. I do not recommend this place because of the inconsistant rules they place

Bouncers were racist on Mexican independence weekend, only let in Latinos. Looked for anything to refuse black folks. I had a button up with Stacey Adams dress shoes and khakis and they said I was sagging and I couldnt come in. My jeans were above my waist...

18+ so kids everywhere & watery drinks just incase underage kids get ahold of a drink...waste of money! also they refused to give my husband water until he offered to tip them!!!!!!!! are you kidding me that is illegal! you are lucky we are from cali and can afford to tip for H20! SHAKE MY HEAD HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I visit for their edm nights. Some good names have come thru, cover is appropriate to show. Had a rude bartender once, but that was some time ago. Like any club, bathrooms are scary. I dont drink so I cant tell you if drink prices are fair or not.

I literally just walked up the stairs and there was nobody on the job. So we walked up to the door. Two me(who weren’t on the job, and I got it on Snapchat) charged towards us in such a hostile way we were startled. Then started to speak to us in such a disrespectful way because we walked up to the door. As I stated hey both were inside,they weren’t on their jobs. We were confused, we asked if everything was ok. They treated us with disrespect, paying customers. So of cours we don’t know what’s going on and my friend asks did you need my Id? The other guy takes it, his older coworker confused tells us to be quitet and and says if you say another word he will then us away. We are still confused and wondering why so much hostility. Anyway this is my first time here and I can say it’s wack asf and for all that hostility I expected way more smh lol never again.

This place is TRASH. I took 6 girls and 1 guy friend with me and the bouncer charged me $20 for not having to collar shirt. and $10 to get in. I got 3 tequila shots for $25. the dj lost Rhythm so many times and it was way too crowded to dance. dont go. spend your money at other places. youll have have way more fun with your girls at cowboys or cantina, live, wild west

Staff was excellent in general. Musics too loud like every single other club that doesnt have the massive resources required for sound engineering a space.

Best club I been in n awhile

Two different instances, I had run into unnecessary altercations with the staff at this location and two other instances, I had my friends run into two different instances as well. My two issues was when I ordered a beer ($4.50) and a water (tap). The bartender brings us the drinks aand the bill. The bill is $7.50. My friend sees it and tells the bartender(nicely) that he may have overcharged us. The bartender gets SUPER defensive and tells us that my plastic, kiddie cup of water was $2. Literally a cup that is filled to the brim of ice and you can finish in four sips. We look confused and he starts dropping his title on us. Im head bartender. Thats just the way it is. See all these people? We serve all of them and it takes service to get a water. My friend looks at him surprised and tells him but they are already charging us $10 to get in? Bartender just shakes his head and says thats the way it is. He gave a very macho and rude way of saying all of this. Upsetting. My other altercation was that I was leaning on the counter near the from entrance. No one around me. A bar back comes up to me to say I cant lean on it. As Im ALREADY walking away from it, he is shoving me away. He didnt need to touch me since I was already doing what he asked. Again, upsetting. My friends had different altercations. Front entrance girl gave him a rude snarl JUST FOR ASKING WHEN THEY CLOSE. My other friends were almost ripped off from another employee selling wristbands to people in line, then we head up to get in and the bar back who gives them issues and yells at them since he thought they either stole or faked the wristbands. Started getting very confrontational with my friends as I watched from behind them. Horrible service, over priced, and too small space for the amount of people they let in to make money.

Total buzz kill and I didnt even have a drink in my hand yet. The music was great however the bouncers in the front rip you off. Was charged $20.00 to enter I asked what was the reason & he says because you cannot wear Jordans. I paid and asked if there was another charge inside he said he didnt know. I entered the club and they wanted to charge another $10.00. Thats when I told two important guys about the situation. Both knew the bouncers just pocket money for themselves. I asked other guys with shoes on and they were only charged $10 by the bouncer. They were going to give my money back but I let it go obviously he needs it more then me....I dont appreciate LUSH at all.

My friends and I tend to go on Wednesday when they have name dj’s playing. Never had a problem until yesterday. Some guy in the vip section tried to fight my group of friends and his friends calmed him down and apologized. Said he was on drugs. Of course now we’re uncomfortable so we’re watching him to make sure he doesn’t try to get rowdy again. A girl in the same vip section comes down and claims she “works” there and asked us if we have a problem because we keep looking around. Sorry, we’re aware of our surroundings?? She asked us “what’s up” in a very rude tone in hopes we’d start an altercation. She cornered my friend on a separate occasion to try and fight her as well. Left half way through the show because we felt targeted by this so called “staff”. We were in no way being rude or trying to start ANYTHING on our part.

Awful when it comes to parking Id rather eat a dead skunk on the road than try to park here. Dont mention the prices of the drinks Id rather have sticky shoes to walk in all night than to pay what they ask for.

Music was okay (not great, but it didnt suck), drinks over-priced (but thats normal at places like this), the view was nice, the crowd wasnt dancing very much.

This place was really bad. .. The manager was dressed like a piece of white trailer trash and insisted on a strict dress code basically you have to pay no matter what to get in because the bouncers want to make money off people... Once inside youll notice that the place is much too dirty to wear anything nice anyways. Also the manager was definitely strung out on something, looking pale in the face like he was doing meth or coke in his free time. I confronted the manager when he was talking trash behind my back about me and my friends and he got really defensive and called security so my friends and I ended up jumping him before security got to us. Then we pushed the bouncers out of our way and left. All in all it was a terrible experience this club is disgusting and run by a tweaker, never going back again.

I thought it would be upscale, based on the website, but when we got there, it was ghetto. No seating, and barely room to walk. Staff and guests were rude. Drinks were overpriced for the atmosphere (girls in skin tight short dresses twerking the booth seating). Not my kind of establishment at all, maybe it is more for the 20 something crowd.

Environment was okay. The service however wasn’t satisfactory. I don’t know if it was just my bartender but she wasn’t very attentive, plus she ended up tipping herself out at the end of the night. Basically doubling my original tab.

I enjoy attending their Wednesday EDM nights, as Im an old-school raver that hasnt stopped dancing! Or enjoying this style of music. Theres usually a door cover for headliners, BUT if you know a promoter, you can usually score cheap tickets ($10), and thats to see big names like Kill the Noise, Pegboard Nerds, Delta Heavy, Breathe Carolina, Bonnie X Clyde, Martin Garrix... the list goes on! The local resident DJs throw down sick sets as well. Trap, house, and hardstyle usually bang out the speakers, but youll hear breaks and DnB sometimes.As the club name states, theres an outdoor rooftop lounge (and bar) with ample space to dance or stand around and mingle. Plenty of lounge sections to relax with your friends. Enjoy hookah services! Theres an indoor bar as well. The centre stage is only slightly elevated, allowing you be at high five or fist bump status level with the DJ(s). Theres also a couple of VIP areas and bottle service. Great sound system and visuals!Im always making new friends. Great vibe! Always look forward to coming on Wednesdays to dance my ass off and enjoy great music with even greater people.

Wish I had the choice to give zero stars. Dj kept yelling over the music, which was super annoying. Club was so overcrowded I didnt even have room to enjoy myself. If there was a fire at least half of us wouldve gotten trampled. I know for a fact it was way over capacity. Never going back again.
