Came here Thanksgiving night. We had a great time. Easy finding what we needed, popcorn, beer, etc. They have a full bar - just saying. Seating was awesome. My group of 5 sat by ourselves. Every employee was very professional and courteous. Well be definitely be coming back to this location....itll probably be our new default place for movies....and drinking...

This is an excellent movie theater. The pics Im sharing say it all. From the ticketing purchase to the bowling alley... Id hang out at the bar just because I can!

I love quite a few other classy theaters in San Antonio, but something about this place stands out for me and its the name coined around Casablanca. This is a great place to see a movie, they have awesome reclining chairs, popcorn, and a few other great features that makes it inviting. Avail yourself an opportunity to grace this beauty, its an experience youll definitely like to witness than be told.

Went to a re-run kids movie intentionally on a weekday. There was just ourselves and one other couple. The theater was very clean, they have implemented some key safety features including staff testing for Covid-19.We had food and it was very good, pricey as is standard for theaters. Will definitely go again similar circumstances.

It was our 1st time coming to this theater, & was really impressed. We saw a movie and the seats were very comfortable. Good place to come and just get out of the heat, only if not interested in seeing a movie, bowl, or play the arcade. We will be coming back. Its our new favorite theater.

Went bowling. Very clean and well maintained. Cheaper than most public lanes. Much enjoyed.

I like the way the popcorn falls into your box, you can put all the butter you want on your pop corn . They have a lot of different drinks, clean lobby ,as well as the theater, and the rest room. large parking lot️ if your there to relax, you can bowl at bowling lanes, or go to the game room either way great place to enjoy.

This place was great under the circumstances the burger was tasty. The seats were great, had allot of room between people. We bought our tickets on Fandango, so all I had to do was show my tickets from my phone. Not crowded had a great time.

Great experience , dont like that you have to but money in a gift card before you can buy anything

Excellent service, food and drinks. Theaters were great. On 9-6-2020, Attendees to the Theaters were not attentive as they should have been. We had a movie time of 945pm., had a manager come open the theater at 9:47pm because attendees were in what looked like a break room. She went in there and told them the theater was still closed. Also, a recommendation would be to put sanitizer pumps in the self drink locations.

Very nice, spacious auditorium. Sound was perfect, not too loud. Clean facilty, including bathroom. Staff was very nice.

This place is so fancy! I love the popcorn, drinks, everything. And the customer service is amazing here. And I love their bowling alley! I would highly recommend you guys checking this place out! Keep up the wonderful work Sankitos!

I just LOVE Everything Santikos, particularly this Wonderful location known as Casa Blanca! I can’t say it Enough—these Guys are truly the Poster-Child of Businesses on how to safely Open & Operate a public venue in the COVID-19 Pandemic times! And shame on me for not Posting sooner on this Great Organization and Premier Location—the Wife and I have been going since week-1 (couldn’t get in on day-1) since this place opening and we Love it ALL: the recliner seats; the variety of foods & beers; the tasty concessions; and almost always the Great Customer Service! But most importantly, that Santikos gives back to our Great Community so generously vía the San Antonio Foundation (I even cheer during their preview)! If you haven’t been here at Casa Blanca to watch a movie or bowl, then you’ve been settling/ cheating yourself on your movie- experience!

Very nice and clean. Friendly staff! You do have to wear a mask and they will ask a few questions. Able to order your tickets in advanced. We felt very comfortable there. Thank you guys.

The appearance of the place is very impressive and the interior is great as well. The seats and theatres are roomy and comfortable and the selection of good and drinks, including adult libations was acceptable and the price decent.

Everything was awesome great prices nice employees but the arcade is really small. For everything else to be done-up so nice it was a little disappointing to see that little arcade

Truly a special experience every visit.This has become my new standard for French Fries, you seriously must try them.On top of that, the fried chicken tenders are better than Raising Canes, and Im not much of a chicken tender guy myself!The environment is great, and really lends a hand to feel like a place to relax and have a good evening.Ive always had a clean seat, and try to only get the large AVX Theaters with the best reclining seats Ive ever enjoyed!

The cleanliness of this place is great. Food is wonderful for cinema food. Bowling alley is fun and theaters are wonderfully sized. Only complaint was the game room is really small for the size of the neighborhood it serves, I wish it were as large and roomy as the palladium one. Also the previews in the theater don’t show, the screen is blank. Other than that, staff is nice and snack areas are good.

The popcorn is so good here was pleasantly surprised the seats are good definitely going back here again

This place is huge! Lots of parking but you may have to hunt for a spot because this place keeps busy. Seating is great and theres a ton of options for food - they even have some screens with the option to order and dine right in your seat.

Bowling side service was slow. Took 15 min to even find anyone that worked on the bowling side even though we asked several other employees for assistance just so we can pay to bowl. Once they arrived however everything went smoothly. Kids had a blast. They had railing assistance for younger kids and it was a kid friendly place. Bathrooms were in the movie theater section but they did have family option bathrooms available. Overall a fun experience and we loved their kids bowl free Thursdays with just shoe costs. Would recommend for a fun family night.Wanted to add a new review because the movie side was awesome!

Very cool theater. You can bowl or sit at a bar and take the edge off. I went to see Metallicas S&M 2. The sound and picture were great. I just wish the seats had a locking mechanism to sit you upright instead of being reclined all the time. The seating is spacious though. My boys and I enjoyed it and will definitely make another visit in the near future.

We always have a great time when it comes to the moves to the bowling. Nice to have other food options besides popcorn and soda as well.

They are taking all necessary cautions to remain open during this pandemic. We watched a movie very comfortably without worry

Please go to the movies! There is no place with better Social Distancing and it benefits the community in the long term. We can NOT afford for the theater entertainment business to fall! Everything from relationship growth to economic failure will follow if we do! Support your local theater, if anything, we have all learned we cannot be cooped up in the house without a way to enjoy getting out and this is the easiest and safest way.

Best theater ever. Super careful due to the pandemic. Tons of space so that you can social distance and staff is always over the top nice.

Very nice, ordered tickets ahead and was very easy process. Lots of room upon entry. Seems well organized too. Prices are about what you expect to pay. Seats were awesome fully adjustable to a full recline.

One of the best movie theaters in San Antonio. They offer the best prices, strong drinks at the mini bar and great seats during movies. Although I would note that their food is...VERY overpriced and not the best quality...But anything tastes good if you are drunk.

Entertaining place with some great food. Definitely somewhere to take the family and have tons to do for most of the day between blockbuster movies, food, bowling, and the arcade. The family and i will definitely visit this Santikos location in the near future.UFO Buster Radio Approved

Love this theatre and the bowling. Especially sense showing older classics during thede times. Watching all the Harry potters currently. Only complaint, dont see how popcorn and a drink is $15.... talk about upselling percentage.

We are visiting from out of State. I thought this theater was great! Super fun! Great seats with lots of room.

Its very cool, movies & bowling ...The arcade was closed (Corona Precautions) but considering the state of everything right now, I was still impressed... Would definitely recommend this place!

I love the Casa Blanca movie theater! Between watching quality movies, going bowling, and participating with some of the other entertainment venues, this is a great location to spend and evening at. The even sell hand scooped ice cream - absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend visiting!

They take good care of this place and the staff was friendly. I dig it. I will return to see if theyre consistent however

I would highly recommend coming here. Love how you can get your tickets in advance and pay at the kiosk when you get there. I normally go with a group of family. We always go 2 hours prior of the movie were about to see. Before going to watch the movie we like to go bowling and have a few drinks. The bowling here its a little pricey but its so much fun. Time passes by fast when youre having a great time. Everyone is so friendly.

Lovely place...you could see a movie, get something to eat and then end up at the bowling alley or play some games. Amazing spot

Nice theater. But the corridor isle LEDs in the theaters are way too bright. This was a constant annoyance while trying to watch the movie. Other than that the theaters very nice even has a bowling alley and look to be a Wood-Fired Brick Oven for pizza.

This was my familys favorite place to watch movies and bowl. Today we bought tickets to a show and picked our seats using the app. When we arrived to the theater, we saw that our seats were already occupied by another family. We checked the seats and theater to ensure we were not mistaken. We found an attendant to express our concerns. He stated that he would check their tickets after he checked ours. After checking them he wanted to put us in different seats instead of having the individuals that were in the wrong seat move. We opted to sit in the empty seats in front of where we should have been sitting. Then we saw two individuals come and claim the seats we were offered. I find this to be counterproductive due to the fact that we selected seats prior to going to the theater. This movie theater has gone down over the years and simple things like seating should never be an issue. Please work on this issue and return this theater to it former glory.

Place is very nice. Food, bowling, tiny mini arcade, nice screens, gelato. One of the best theatres in town. I really enjoy the ticket boxes. Modern. Maybe not the most efficient yet, but better than most places

Love this location! One time my family and I had a bad experience but Eli (GM) and his staff went above and beyond to make.it right. Truly a great staff, always clean and friendly. Even on busy nights it doesnt feel like chaos. Definitely mine and my familys favorite theater.

Very clean. Staff seemed bored. I tried to order and told the guy I couldnt hear him. He just kept repeating something, but it was loud and I dont hear well. He wouldnt speak up. It was frustrating.I did order food from inside the movie while seated in the very comfy seats. The chicken strips and fries were AMAZING!

Update 8/8; loved The Wizard of Oz. Great date night movie for moms and dads!!This is the best movie theater ever. Customer service is always good.I just wish the throw back movies would be scheduled in the dinner theaters.

Casa Blanca gets a 5 star rating for convenience and cleanliness. They have multiple kiosks to print or purchase your tickets. It has a large entertainment area that includes bowling lanes and an arcade. They have a bar area with a variety of drinks from draft beer to frozen swirled margaritas! They have a a great selection of food from appetizers to entrees and the desserts are the best part! From gelato to cheesecake, they will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth! The theaters are clean and spacious and they now have the option to order while your in the theater and have an employee bring your drinks and food to you!

My seats I thought were originally mixed up and someone else also purchased the same seats, manager was helpful and switched them without any issue. Turns out the family of 3 were in the wrong theater. Not the theaters fault lol

Service was fast and easy to retrieve reserved tickets. Getting through the concession line was fast. It was great that they had all of the options they did for food and drink. It allows for people to come and relax before or after the movie. The seating was comfortable and the theater was clean.

My kids love this place, I love the multi age activities if not just hoing to watch a movie.

Very comfortable seating, sound system is perfect and screens are big and crisp. The bathrooms were clean. I would have given 5stars but the young girl at the counter where I bought tickets was a bit rude. I thought the screen to select seating was a touch screen as it has been at other theaters I have been to and she acted frustrated with me for not knowing that it wasnt.

Clean, everything was up to covid protocol standards including these arcade areas

This is an amazing theater. I saw Harriet Tubman here and it was immaculate. Even the restrooms were clean. The employees were pretty nice too. They smiled and everything and didn’t treat me like I was a rush case holding up the line.It was pretty cold in there though so if you go, you may wanna take a jacket, throw or blanket but if you like to cuddle because you’re cold, this will be the perfect place for you . I just moved here to San Antonio and Santikos was the very first theater I’ve visited so far and now I don’t want to go anywhere else!

This theater is amazing! Very clean theater and looks well taken care of. Comfortable seats and great service. Many other things to do other than movies such as bowling. Part of the Santikos Entertainment. Highly Recommend!

All too convenient, serve alcohol, bowling alley and small arcade, wide food variety and of course all usual movie snacks (still terribly overpriced though). All this with up to date convenient technology to get it to you by phone wherever you are, including waiter service in the superb theatre seats, which recline and come with little desk tables and a waiter call button. Screen and sound also top tier. If you want a high class movie experience come here

Attended a movie at this theater. The movie was excellent. The theater is something else.It has great seats one can get quite comfortable in. It has a restaurant with bar, bowling alley and arcade center.

I love this movie theater. Its always clean and comfortable. I love the fact that I can push a button and someone comes to take my order. I dont even have to wait in line for my tickets. Pay online, scan it and go. A great experience.

They have amazing service and I come here almost every other week. I love the variety of food and a lot the different options they have an arcade which I stop by while waiting for my movie to begin and there howling ally is really nice. I love the recliner seats they are so comfortable and I always get the best seats with the app. I have always loved it here and always will. I will happily return when another good movie comes out!!!

One of the best movie theaters around. Has a bowling alley, bar with tons of TVs, arcade, and stick floors. Not every screen has the same comforts, some have full recliners while others just have the basic leather seats that tilt back when you kick off the persons chair in front of you Screens range from 65ish to 150ish people. You might want to bring a pee cup, because the bathrooms are pretty far if you are on the wrong side.

Very nice and clean. My reclining seat at the time sounded like it may need some maintenance soon because no one like a loud squeaky chair in the middle of the movie. Also, maybe a sign to direct where your drink station is because they are not in the open/front. They are in the back by the theaters. We will be going back again though

I do not like movie theatres. Theyre just not my jam. But as far a movie theatres go this one is awesome. Clean, plenty of concession lines, the self service drink refills near the theater, plus reclining seats, wide aisles, and drink/popcorn holder armrests make this place a dream. My nephews love the arcade. And this thing has sweet restaurant and bowling alley built in.I dont go to movie theatres often, but when I do its the Santikos Casa Blanca.

Good food, cold beer!

Absolutely the best theater in town. With motorized reclining seat plenty of seat room and functional arm rests for drinks and snacks its the best way to enjoy a movie unless you have your own private home theater which most of us dont have the pleasure of. While waiting for the movie to show I like to sit at the bar and watch people bowl. The cafe is average but a bit pricey but its to be expected getting movie food. Even if you dont live by its definitely worth the drive.

Jose and the wife here to give our opinion of Santikos Casa Blanca Theater.We absolutely love seeing movies at this location. The staff is great and always helpful, the building and parking lot are kept clean. The prices are a good value for us for both movies and snacks. We do only go for movies, however, and so we cant say anything about pricing for bowling, the restaurant, or bar.

This theatre does not disappoint. The service was awesome and we came back to watch another movie here. Never really desired to go to the movies twice in one week but the atmosphere is great. We got to dine in while watching our movie and also got a nice alcoholic beverage. I cant wait to come back again.

I cant say enough great things about Santikos in general. By far my favorite movie empire. I love the staff at Santikos. Every time I have gone, people are friendly and smiling. Those reclining seats are just exceptional as is the space allowed to walk in the aisles.

Love this place. Great place to enjoy with family and friends. We went bowling for the first time as a family as we waited for our movie. We had a blast and the 7 year old won by 20 points. Ill beat him next time.

First time we had ever been to this theater, went to see Avengers: End Game. We were stunned by how fancy the theater was, compared to every other theater weve gone to over the years. We were rushing to our movie, otherwise wed have taken in everything the theater had to offer. Pizza, pastries, games, typical movie theater food, heck they had a bowling alley...we couldnt believe it. The theater itself was nice and clean with comfortable reclining seats that gave plenty of leg room so no kicking in the back! Really enjoyed this place.

This place has it all for a good family night out. They have good food, a bar, and arcade, even a bowling alley! The theater seats are also very comfortable.

This is such a cool movie theater. I moved here not long ago and heard it was new. Loved the comfortable movie theater chairs. And loved that they have a bowling alley and a bar inside.

So much fun! So much to do in one spot....movies,gameroom,bowling, bar and food. Its very clean and the theaters are the perfect size. Big comfortable seats , even the ones that are not recliners!

I love the atmosphere at this theater. It is clean, very well kept the employees are friendly and attentive. The bar is clean very nice has huge and many tvs to catch some games and enjoy company. The bowling is nice and you can order food and they will bring your food and order right from your seats. The kids and family love it

My wife really likes it, the food is maybe a little less expensive than The Alamo draft house and orders dont get mixed up as often. The seating is good and typically you have lots of room so overall, pretty good for a weekend/weekday movie experience
