This trailer park is the worst place to rent.property manager is incredibly horrible. she victimizes the tenants.and taunts them over nothing. very racist place. if you live in a shelter stay there .you will be better off. treatment here is unbearable...so bad here that I and my family are in the process of finding another home. ..and we pay are rent..but manager is too much to deal with. very evil person,

The manager Celia is very rude. Ive been calling the office and complaing about the visitor parking and how other tenants that live on property park there just because they dont want to park on there grass, and about the man in 123 who is crazy and always outside shooting his gun. Its sad that nothing gets done about these issues yet all celia is worried about is towing people out the property . I mean really how can we even have family gatherings during the holidays every 5 min were running out to see if our vehicle is still there ? That is so sad! Celia please get it together and stop and think about your tenants for once!! It is trash here literally

Bad experience. The Mobile home was filthy and smelled of mold and mildew. Trees literally fall on top of the trailers there and drug, ghetto people live in some of the homes. Some decent people but the management lady was terrible and did not know how to run the community there. Wild dogs running around there attacking children . I highly recommend going someplace else. Thats what I did. Not worth a cent. The only time people move here is when your desperate.

@ Philbert Rodriguez Westwood Estates has a contract with direct tv. Spectrum told me all Westwood Estates had to go online fill out a form give them the ok to run the lines. That is why we dont have spectrum nor any internet.

The management its horrible. They dont work with you and are hard to get Ahold of. And if they need something from you or want you to do something like cut your grass they harass and fine you. They raisethe rent every year. My mother has stayed there for the past 7yrs and rent has give up every single year. They do not take Cate of the property and the pond always looks horrible

The manager seemed to stalk us when we went to visit an elderly disabled friend, because we parked in a vacant units 2 parking spots. Smh talk about unfriendly and unprofessional. No visitor parking anywhere and certainly not handicap parking either... SMH

Be causios with the lady in the office, Celia when giving your deposit for a rental trailer.In September 2018, my tenants were going to rent her Trailor, and they gave her the deposit, then she told them that her Trailor was not going to be ready by move in date and that the deposit would.be refunded in 3/4 weeks. Its December and in October she said the check was processed wrong and end of November it would be a couple more weeks. I asked her for the supervisors name so my tenants could call and she hung up on me. She is horrible and so unprofessional.Reporting to BBB.

This is the worst place to live i would never ever recommend this place to anyone. The rent goes up all the time the water is always getting cut off and they will not work with you for anything, They tell you that you are responsible for everything that happens in the home that they are not responsible for anything which i think is very wrong being that we are renting not buying. The Park Manager is horrible and very rude. There are way to any CATS running around and way to many DOGS, The park it self is a mess and nasty. The Cats that run around have diseases they attacked a kid and he was hospitalized the park manager was informed and still did nothing about it.. DONT MOVE IN THIS PLACE!!!! Soon as my lease is up im out..

No visit parking,only two spot for mobile home...the lines in the parking spot are fade and dont see very much where do you have to park,if you parking wrong the manager( some rude lady ) call the tow truck and dont warn you (i think was robbed) pay $250 to recover my truck

It is the worst place to rent a lot at. My wife mother purchase a mobile home there . Her mom passed away in July my wife was trying to lease the lot from the manager there a she wouldnt lease her the spot . Wife went to court and the judge ruled in my wifes favor. the manager still wouldnt rent her the lot . So today the after her moms birthday the manager is hauling my wifes trailer away. If I were yall looking for a place to move your trailer I wouldnt move it here the manager has other plans for your trailer. She seems like a thief.

While living here for 4 years, the cost doesnt go up too much, but the water sure does get shut off. A LOT! They usually turn it off in the middle of the day, which is unpleasant.. Especially with no notice over the past year and youre in the middle of a shower. I wouldnt recommend this place.No hay agua en la dia frecuentemente. Ellos apagarlo sin previo aviso!

I have been a resident for about 16 days and have nothing but trouble with the owners this will be the first time Im going to break a lease but there is no way I will be apart of this they tell you 1 thing then when you move in its something different would not recommend this park to anyone
