We moved in September 25 2020 into Camino Creek thinking that it would be a nice place . But nope it’s not we got robbed by the temps from a staffing agency that don’t check they background and let them into our homes unsupervised . Our first Day we had our things stolen from the temp that was left unsupervised in our home . We are still waiting for things to be fixed in our home . Waiting to hear from Camino Creek to see what they are going to do about our things that were stolen. We called Bear county sheriff and San Antonio PD to take a report we’re still waiting now we just received a email from liberty group Telling us that they will not be replacing our things back I guess that’s their insurance they are saying that they can’t do anything about . but yet where are things we’re still waiting for stuff to get replaced. So I advise if you need repair in your home don’t let them in without be supervise or you being home they will go though your things . they hire temps without looking into their background I’m having second thoughts on buying this mobile home. Now we have to get a lawyer to take care of this that we are going through. . I thought that Camino CreekOn December 3 2020 I went into the office to asked about my question on my Balance and Misty the manager come out telling that she can’t talk to me because about what’s going on with the case that is still going on o. Our things that got stolen. Remind y’all that this haven’t to do with what I went in there for . That she have to send me there attention phone number brushes can’t speak to me but what I went there for was about my balances that I’m get changed for that I didn’t know about . So it’s December 5,2020 and guess what going to happen just because she didn’t send me the attorney number they are going to try to change me late fees just because Misty didn’t want to go over my question that I wanted to ask her . I don’t understand this ppls . If everyone can help me with this is be came a nightmare for me living here .

***Poor maintenance department ****I made an “Emergency “ work request for a water leak on 11/7/20. It took 10 days for you to address and fix the problem. I can only imagine what the time frame would be for a non-emergency situation. My water bill will not only be higher because of the leak, but I have yet receive a written concern about my situation. It’s very irresponsible for both the office and maintenance personnel to not communicate in a respectful timeframe. Mindless of the actual application that Yes communities provides that pretty much is intended to prevent miscommunication and improve time efficiency. A big thank you to Andrew, the actual person to address and fix the leak. Although he had to return the next day to replace the bib because the maintenance office did not have one at hand.

It was good to stay there while it lasted. I visit there everyday due to my second job, its okay. I really do not like the rules and policies for things you can get fined for, I just think they too strict. Overall, its okay to live there.

Nice neighborhood but the management is really rude, and maintenance is no good. Got to be calling and calling to get them out to your residence... Kids cant have no outdoor toys and have to be exposed to the Covid19 if they wanna play at playground.

This is hands down Trailer Park Jail. When you first check in to live here the office staff are so nice and friendly smileing faces and all, but when you sign the contract everything changes. The management is so rude, they have thier picks here some people are singled out more then others. You will see homes with window A/C units and is against park rules but my A/C went out and my family can not have a window unit. You will see some people with cars in the grass and while some get rules enforced and others do not suffer the same. It is by far NOT a place to call home. They say that the property belongs to them but if the trees here grow on top of your home then the tree becomes your problem. Children can not have any outside toys, just the blazeing sun and heat, and when my children went to the park they were assulted. They park is full of unsuperviced children who pick on and gang up on weaker children. I would really think twice about renting or buying a home here. But if anyone out there wants to try it my place is for sell. I regret ever moveing here, A rented house or even apartment would have been better then trailer park jail. And no need to resond I have already expressed all this to RM.

The place was not ready to move in when we got here. The place still smells like cat and cigarettes because they didnt replace the carpets that they had cleaned twice. It took forever for maintenance to come take care of the things they wrote down in our walk through the day we moved in again because the place was not move in ready. The biggest problem was their manager Adam but now its not to bad now that he is at another property. We wont be releasing for sure

Good place to live

Great community! Perfect for those who stick to themselves. Pretty safe, many have camera security all over the neighborhood. Yards are kept clean and clear. Private parking spots are perfect (2 per mobile home). Im in a new 2017 mobile home and it is AMAZING!!! Wood flooring, crown molding in every room, large master bath, kitchen and living room. Patios are sizable!! Rent is doable, better than renting or buying an old house with problems due to age. Maintenance is great. Never see any dogs running around loose, unless theyre passing through from the neighborhood in back. Always see people walking their dogs on leashes!!! Too many mobile homes with half or no skirting (embarrassing).

Ever since the house was placed there it has had nothing but mud in the front yard. Took them a month before they even put asidewalk to the porch. My daughter had to walk on ply wood from her driveway to her porch for a whole month. The past 8months my daughter has been told that the company they use is too busy to put grass at this time. Now they are saying its muddybecause of her dogs. Thats 8 months of lawn maintenance charges that hasnt had 1 day of work done. So my daughter finally bought and layed her own sod. Lets see if they actualy mow and maintain the lawn like they are charging her for. Plus they just raised the monthly fees to the community by $25.

Unprofessional and dont care...I havent even been here a full year yet and theyre already raising lot rent. I have a dirt filled, muddy yard that theyve constantly said would be fixed and its to the point where my sidewalk and patio are stained and it constantly tracks into the house. They ignore my emails, phone calls, and waive it off saying theyre going to get it done when I go 8nto the office yet theyve taken no action. Really wish I didnt move into this community because its been 8 months and Im already having to speak with corporate about the issue. If you can move elsewhere with your home, definitely do it

If you follow the rules (which are printed out and signed at time of move in) and pay your rent on time, you won’t have any troubles. I like that they try to keep the community clean and looking nice because I don’t want to live in a trailer trash place

Place is trying too hard to be like Home Owners association, will fine you if you dont have the curtains they want you to have or if you have bikes on your porch. Got a letter threatening to fine us for a single blind being slightly crooked. The place is getting more expensive too. Might as well get an apartment or cheap house for the same price. Otherwise it would be a 5 star.

Very Poor and rude head of management (Marissa). Does not listen to residents and has the nerve to compare others to herself. No one is the same. Each person has thier own personal struggles and she dare compare them to her! The company hires rude management and does nothing to fix the issues. DO NOT waste your time or money in this community! When told something would be fixed or an issue would be resolved you expwct actions right away but they lie as nothing ever happens. Prices for the rent increase constantly being told that its for renovating the community however, all I see being done is the the speed bumps being painted constantly. No security being done with constant break ins and police are around the community often dealing with domestic cases. Not a good a community. Choose someone else other than Camino Creek. You will be thankful you did.

Great staff

Im so impressed with the new staff here! The new management has held back on taking full charge of everything. The manager has a kind fair and stern reign of the property. I am very impressed. Jasmine has a smile that is to die for which lights up the room. Destiny has a heart as big as Texas for people and animals. Living across and looking at the pool I am very impressed at how the pool can stay so blue. Im very proud of my community and to be able to call it my second home. Keep up the good work!

We just moved into the community a few days ago. We have had a great experience getting into the house that we wanted. Once we moved in there were a few minor issues, but they have been addressed, or are being worked on. I am impressed with not just the service of Destiny in the office but of the whole of the maintenance crew. Everyone that has had to come into our home has been professional, kind and courteous. Destiny has been professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She has sincerely wanted to help us get into our home.Like most places in the San Antonio area, they are in the process of revitalizing the neighborhood, and therefore there are going to be issues. I am very happy with the house and with the community. I look forward to having many great years here.

Yes wants us to pay parking permits to park our cars in the driveway thats on the lot we rent. Theyre threatening to tow our cars without warning. Also sending fees to everyone for having things on their porch that arent even junk. Typical landlords. Save your money and time and rent elsewhere.

I use to love it here it had great people, but now the new management cares more for the looks of the park rather then its residents. Also there are always new things to get charged with here. Rent always increases. The only good thing about this place are the staff in the office and the maintenance guys.

This place is a nice, quiet neighborhood. It sits apart, away from other places and buildings off of Hwy 90. All of my neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. The staff is friendly and approachable. Overall, I like living here and would recommend to others.

If you have something out of your house( bike, toys or anything else) althought is still in your lot! The management is a joke, they will take stuff out of your yard.theyll enter your porch without permission, even if you have a gate.youre not allowed to have more two cars on a drive way, yet there are multiple cars on one driveway, AND youre not supposed to park on sides of the sidewalk or your car will get supposedly towed, which it never happened.the rent is outrageous, youre getting so so much money, yet yall are not using the fees to improve the community, and the rent will go up once to twice a year.you cant even swim in the pool in the summertime because its way TOO tiny, and then loud music they will play and bother the residents!All the stray animals in the neighborhood, especially cats.They will try to evict for every little thing, you have like maybe two days to get the hell out.I cannot imagine what people in the most visible places feel, this is why we moved, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Reasonably nice and safe community. Management occasionally takes liberties with the rules with regards to towing. Hopefully the new signs that were put up after the fact on the recent round of towing will prevent future parking confusion. Family oriented community.

I was visiting two of my nieces for a 5 day weekend. It was quite and very much family friendly. Very enjoyable.

My wife and I relocated from West Texas and looked at several places and chose Comino Creek and have been happy with the staff who are very professional. The community is quiet and we have been pleased with our choice.

This is a pretty nice place. They background check and dont allow certain people to keep riff raff out. To us the only drawback is every year they increase the lot rent about $20-$25. That is a lot to us when youre already paying over $400 per month for lot rent. We also have to pay yearly property taxes.

Very clean. Nice roads and neighborhood. Reason for four stars and not five: speed bumps are very high - not good for shocks and springs when used repeatedly. A bit excessive. Overall, a very quiet community located very near Hwy 90, Lp 410 and Lp 1604.

Jazmine has been very helpful and very friendly since we moved. Love it here! Very peaceful and we have good neighbors

If i could post 0 stars or negative stars iwould .tiny pool for I dont know how many tenants living here, no lifeguard , pool water is disgusting. Management have no respect or any sorts of manners. When the landscapers they hire to cut the grass they never do a good job, always half fast job. It used to be better now it sucks and would not recommend living here to no one . So much money almost $400 now for just the property, the small portion of land they give you and then you half all sorts of rules and regulations that they do not tell you about . Your basically paying for a piece of land that you cant do what you want with with . The kids cant even have a small pool in the backyard without these people complaining.

First time to go there. Delicious and the employees were helpful and informative. Loved it!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. This has been the worse renting experience i have ever had. For starters i got a call on Wednesday September 5th saying i was approved and if i paid the deposit ASAP i could move in Friday... come Friday after many attempts of calling i finally got through and they said “oh sorry you’ve been denied” after they said i was approved and i paid the outrageous deposit. they then gave me the run around for a week and a half. They said your approved and your denied about 5 times. Long story short finally come September 20th i was able to move in. I showed up right off of work to sign the lease they still had 30 or so min to be open. The lady then rushed me threw the least not reading any of it because she “had somewhere to be” After walking away and beginning to read the least the lady dated all of it September 18th when in reality it was the 20 th. (Yes i know i should’ve read it before signing). immediately went to where he was living to start moving, once I got back to the house I was renting i tried to unlock the door and the key i was given was NOT TO MY HOUSE. So my first night at home started with having to climb in a window that was luckily open. They then gave me 3 BUSINESS days to change utilities into my name. CPS was not going to be able to come out until the 4th so I called the community told them that and they said “oh that’s fine thanks for letting us know “. I was not charged any extra fees on October or Novembers rent WELLLL NOOOOOWWWW going into December rent i got a letter on my door TWO DAYS BEFORE RENT IS DUE saying i was getting charged and extra 21$ Because my utilities were not turned on in time. I went to the office to try to talk to them and she pretty much told me to bad so sad. Your loss. While saying this IN FRONT OF EVERYONE with a very bad attitude. Oh and also my fire alarms would go off at 3am waking up the children (they did come fix this after i had to talk to the maintance guy myself, he’s the only nice one here). I also had to put a piece of chop block behind my back door becauae it does not seal or close all the way and i was getting a bunch of bugs. I am not happy.NOTE TO ANYONE DO NOOOOOTTTT MOVE HERE. I WILL NOT RELEASE OR RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE.

It would be perfect if several people had their dogs chained up or indoors. Theres been a few times where people just have their dogs running around and attacking people that are just walking down the street. My wife wants to take a walk to the park with our 5 month old son but shes afraid a dog will try to attack again. She was walking down one of the roads there with our baby to her brothers trailer but had to turn back because a dog started to run after her. This isnt safe for children. Cant even walk to visit family. Planning on moving to a safer place soon.

Nice, quite and clean

I have lived at Camino Creek for 5 years, and now that the new manager, Marissa came in, things have been changing for the better. Im happy with the change and appreciate her attempts to go above and beyond to satisfy her residents.

Been here 8 years; since we moved here we have seen 3 different management teams come and go, each just a little worse than the other. The manager now doesnt listen to what you have to say. She talks down to you in a very condescending way. Lot payment raises at least once a year sometimes twice with nothing to show for for it. The only improvements weve seen have been to the office. Ridiculous late fees. Told the office someone was camping out, not once but twice, under our mobile home and was told security would be on the lookout. What security?! Just an occasional sheriff deputy who drives around every once in a while. Quick to send out notices on decks needing attention. Parking is horrible. Always a threat of getting towed. Cant wait to move out of here!

I have been asking the office manger/staff repeatedly for months to fix my outside hose faucet and they still have not fixed it. I called the office today and asked again and she says they are busy fixing leaks. I also told her that no one has ever came to fix my window that leaks and floods my kitchen floor and she says they are busy. I have also for MONTHS asked them to figure out why my laundry room smells like sewege and they have yet to come by. I pay my rent every month and follow the lease but they do not follow on their end. All they give is excuses when they have to fix things but harass everyone on the first of the month for rent. This place is a joke. The manger is aweful and lazy and enjoys sittinG on her lazy butt. I will not be renewing my lease and dont recommend anyone to move here. Btw they like to go up on the rent every year..

Staff are not helpful you can call and leave all these complains but nothing will ever get done. When people that live next to you are a problem n they have known bout these people but dont want to do nothing about them .. I promise you they dont care. they are no help what so ever.... After our lease is up we will not stay here and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO COME AND LEASE A MOBILE HOME FROM THEM.....

U all have a out rate ever year u all go up in the land we do not live in a Dominions and yall got people moving in that later have 8 people living in a 3 bedroom home. That are able to work but dont work that are that just make loud all all time of the nite have trash all over the yard which comes to the other yards and the people that live in their house mobile home dont give respect four other residents there theyre having nasty stuff going on their vehicles disrespectful and when one goes to the office and complaints they seem not to care they go through managers like crazy not even a year people last it and theyre getting away how can one solve the problems are the workers dont even last year have reported kids are walking see what people have the yards so late or it could disappear but once again workers there are not concerned at all.then the workers there fix the something there and ask the home owners there for money for fixing it. Money in the side. For their pocket .and I know am not the only one that has this dam problem. So when Camino creek reads this will roll their eyes and say so what. But if they had a problem o. Yea then they would take of the dam Problem.

Nice Clean quiet neighborhood

I have lived in this park since 1986. Every since Yes Communities bought this place it has gone down hill. Every management they have had are worthless. They fix nothing up but love to raise rent constantly but provide nothing. I plan to move out of this dump. I recommend not moving here.

My mother bought a 20 year old mobile home here about 6 months ago with a generous down payment and a 10 year mortgage shes planning to pay off in 5. She couldnt be happier! With either the home itself or the park -including our neighbors and particularly with the onsight staff, Jazmin, Destiny, Misty and Marrissa. Jazmin Green was apparently phenomenal to work with and ma considers her more that just one of the reps for the park/property management co, she considers her a friend. Growing up weve owned 2 houses in 2 different metro cities in Tx and rented houses or appartments in Texas and Iowa so I have a healthy sampling of properties for comparison and this place is great! I was worried about how close we are to neighbors and noise but its been a nonissue. The only time I ever hear a peep is when I have my bedroom window open and even then its no different than any of the housed weve lived before and is much better than every single one of the apartments. It really makes me question why all the stigmas around manufactured housing...maybe some features are a little well...little like the entry doors...overall this place is better built than I ever expected. And apparently the maintenance or repair costs are a fraction of the cost in a traditional house which makes my mom happy. Thank you Camino Creek, and Yes properties...you ROCK!!!

The Mobil homes here are in good conditions, good location, pet friendly and more. The prices are a bit higher so make sure you make a good decision before you buy.

I wouldnt recomend having a dog. High fees and cant even have ur dog outside with you.get random fees for many things.and staff has alot of poor communication skills lately.I would not recremend renting to own financing a home.seems nice place until u trapped in a 5+ year agrement with bank...then office dont do good hob with u. Write u up for dumb stuff all time. Never comunicate well.worst place I lived in texas so far hope to pay off trailer as fast as I can and move to own land not to mention the roach issues around here if u walk at night time u can see really big roaches walking along outside peoples trailors like go to walmart and get anti roach spray. And roach spray barriers for few buck spray every week to kill or prevent them from going in trailer and making more babies. I spray outside for protection about 2 times week after reading reviews and physically seeing them out on some trialors late at night

I lived here for a year. When the lease was up they took the whole $1200 deposit. The office was hostile about it.Terrible location as well. Takes 45 min roundtrip to closest store. Construction everywhere

1st i went to ask what it took to apply. Upon getting my paperwork, Destiny told me TWICE (7yrs w no felony, & 3 yrs w no broke lease) I asked twice becuz my husband did a stupid thing when he was 17yrs old.. He is 44 now and has had a clear record since. Anyway, since it was only up to 7yrs that they were gona check we thought ok we Are in the clear.. But NOPE!! After they got our money, ran our backgrounds threw a cheap ass website, his popped up & I had a felony on mine (which by the way) it wasnt me, it picked up someone else info (How do i know) well i went and picked up the paperwork so I could get it debunked, it said I was African American which Im not. & lived in Wisconsin which i dont well I paid an extra $50 to get finger printed & then paid another $5 at the court house to get another background check done and (BEHOLD NO FELONY ON ME) DUH!! Well even tho I was able to clear my name and show that my husbands felony happened in 1983. They werent having it. I told them I was going to call corporate and the main manager called & said that they never said they had a time limit on felonies or broken leases. Ha well then u might want to tell your own employee who should know the rules!! i told her off as well nd hung up. Im so glad we didnt get approved here. We got a place, renting to own and the neighborhood it great. Guess this was Gods way of saying dont go here these ppl are crooked!! Beware and make sure you have them document what they say.

This place is ridiculous.... As soon as our lease is up we are gone... when you call and get no answer then you are expected to not have a job so these people say that if you need to speak to maintainace issues you have come into the office to talk to someone.... that makes no sence and then charges that are being charged to you for pest control when you moved in and have been telling them that roaches are in the ground and all over the next door neighbors house! But all you are told is that they will fix it for 4 months and then you get charged for it? No.... i dont like Destiny she is a the one who did this to us and tried to call me a liar and my husband a liar for it. But it was all done by phone when they use to answer it.... Today i come home to a paper on my door stating that we owe extra money when our rent was due on the day it was dropped in the drop box which was the fifth it was dated for the fifth and i will be taking this issue up with corporate. This place should go down as the worse place to rent from. (Daryn Mabry#213; is the name you need to look up if anyone responds to this)

This place sucks .... management has no regards for residents privacy, they post late notices on door facing out so others can see. There have been robberies ...hitting three mobile homes in one day. There is no noise curfew ppl playing loud music way after midnight. Management does not want to hear from residents nor do they care.

On 11/16/2016My daughter called me at 240 pm when she got home from school and as she was opening the door she called me right away and told me that we were robbed it gets me upset due to I walked down the street later that day and several neighbors advise me that they were robbed and that a total of 3 homes were robbed in one day in bright day lightAnd that they complaint to management and they advise them we do have a suspiciousn of who is robbingBut till this day they have not given them any info so I inform the police if management has informed them of any suspicious robbers of what they are driving nd they had advise they have not mention anything to themWhat gets me if the community knows whats been going on just like there good to put on our door that are rent is due on the 1stNd to clean are patios etc why cant they worn there residents of these thieves going into homes stealingThey let them do damage control nd them you have to find out stuff on your own when it could be avoided and give out courtesy flyers letting residents know but I hope they get caught soon

Been here 18 years. The most recent batch of women put in are by far the worst weve had. Ive had my electricity stolen by an contractor they offered $5. Ive had property vandalized, a late fee over 24 cents I forgot to put on the money order (Im sure I have a quarter in my purse.) These females in the office are idiots.
