My 5 year all does not feel comfortable with the instructors. The instructors on 6:00pm class on Thursdays are not welcoming at all. They never approached my child. We were on the side watching. My kid did not want to go coz she’s shy and intimidated. If only the instructor approached and even say hello to my child; it would made a big difference. We were there and the instructor never made an eye contact with us. I was expecting and hoping that if you’re working with the kids, you have to be compassionate and understanding, be accommodating- should be part of their job. I’m totally disappointed with the instructors. How can they just totally ignored my child presence?!

Poor communication!!! Not happy we were charged for childcare after I canceled making the responsible decision not to take my child with fever and flu! I finally left a message on the machine after no one would answer the phone making me think they weren’t open yet. I did not think to first check their policy on their website, as I would be told later, I was busy getting my kid meds and the other off to daycare to give them more time to open and answer the phone. No one contacted me in return that day after I did leave a message. It wasn’t until the second day I called again to cancel and yet again, no one answered the phone! I told my husband to go by to check in after dropping off our other child at daycare. He was told I did not call early enough to cancel, by 10 minutes, according to their policy located online! Otherwise we could have been refunded 50%. Keep our money Alamo Gymnastics, your welcome that we didn’t bring you the flu!

If you have not registered dont bother, the initial visit was great, then my daughter missed the session, I called and was told they were busy and call back, no one answered. Then I went a head and registered my baby on line for another day. When my daughter went to class for 30 minutes no one was there to sell her leotard, then when someone did, they said she can not go to class and needs to go home, there is no make up day. I tried calling for 2 hours, the voice mail kept on saying they are open to 7 but no one is ther to answer customers, no manager to solve issues. BAD BUSINESS

I have a friend with high functioning autism, ADHD, DID, POTS, EDS type 3, massed cell, gender dyphoria and a ED, would you take them to do training since they want to become a contortionist and they are really flexible and are a pretty good kid for a ten year old?

My daughter use to be in gymnastics until she decided she no longer enjoyed it. She was in gymnastics from age 7 until 10. When we moved here she started at the Alamo Gymnastics. We called them right away to have her evaluated and leveled. They did a great job with her considering she has Autism and ADHD. They were so patient with her and met with me and even learned all her ques. They learned her triggers and what to say to calm her. They helped ensure if she wanted to stay in gymnastics she could be successful.Ill forever be greatly for them allowing her that chance to be apart of that group of girls.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party here. Id never been before, so it was a little bit of a gamble, but totally worth it. The kids had so much fun and our hosts were great. I would definitely recommend for kids birthdays.

Based upon prior birthday parties attended at Alamo Gymnastics, we decided to hold our daughters 5th birthday party there. At the time of booking, two months prior to the party, we were told that our party would consist of one hour of gym time with 2 party hosts, and we would have access to the party room directly attached to the large gym. Five days prior to the party, I received a phone call to let me know that they changed their party times so they could double book parties and our party room would now be located in the building next door (causing 1-5 year olds to walk across a parking lot), since another birthday party would be using the adjacent party room. The director who called offered no recourse or compensation (other than her apology). Additionally, during the majority of our gym time, we only had one party host since the other host had to clean up after the other party. By double booking parties, Alamo Gymnastics has chosen profits over providing a quality birthday party experience. The party room in the adjacent building was both inconvenient and confusing for our party guests. Additionally, we felt like we intruded on the other birthday party since we had to walk through their party room to get to the gym floor. I will say that the party hosts were very helpful, but I felt sorry for their exhaustion for having to juggle multiple parties. It is unfortunate that such a fun birthday experience for my daughter was overshadowed by company greed. Needless to say, in the future, well hold our childrens birthday parties in other venues.
