Just picked up my four framed prints today and was thrilled with how they turned out. Kelley did an excellent job with her recommendations and laying out the options at my disposal. Posted this Duncan one on Twitter to the artist who made it and multiple people complimented the teal frame and how it matched the background seamlessly. Will be coming back for future framing needs!

Professional, customer forward, veteran friendly establishment. My order was placed just before the pandemic shut-down. However, Kelly kept me informed and delivered as soon as allowed. I LOVE Frame Gallery. They always do such a great job. They have framed at least 7 things for me in the past 6 years. The prices are a bit steep but I think commensurate w/other quality framing stores. I would not go anywhere else unless they go out of business!

A few years ago, Frame Gallery framed some very special prints I bought on a trip to Australia. I really liked how they turned out. I was especially impressed with the customer service. When I once again had two special prints that were Christmas gifts for my husband, that had to have high quality framing, I went back. Again, customer service was excellent. I had some ideas and those were worked with and improved on in a respectful and collaborative way. I really love how the most recent work turned out. I highly recommend Frame Gallery.

I was extremely pleased with the framing work done by The Frame Gallery. The staff was very helpful and professional. They did an excellent job with framing a delicate (and damaged) old picture in an antique frame that I provided. They cleaned up the glass and the frame and replaced the picture wire and backing, it looks superb now. I would definitely recommend this establishment and will definitely return the next time I have something to be framed.

This place is excellent and very professional! I had several diplomas framed here as well as a large map I have been wanting to use as decor and they all came out beautiful. They are so detail oriented. I also had some old pictures restored here that came out beautiful. They were able to scan them and photoshop some defects in the old photos.

I arrived with a framing and photo printing request la week prior to Christmas. Not only were they able to assisting with downloading the photo from a disk and cropping the photo appropriately, they also patiently assisted me in the selecting the perfect frame AND had the item ready for pick up two days prior to Christmas. Phenomenal customer service!

About a month and a half ago ago, I contacted The Frame Gallery because I needed to frame an autograph and photo of Andrea Faustini for a friends belated Christmas gift. I must say that I was very impressed with the work they did. They did an excellent job of helping me pick out the right frame and background combo, and I was very glad with the finished product.
