This is great place to visit for some cultural knowledge. The best part is that it is FREE!!! The pictures that I have shared is only a small representation of the diversity of displays and collections. The exhibits, paintings and collections on display constitute of a powerfull testimony of historia, experiences, transformation and passion that each artist displays. A must see if you love art, history and culture!!!!
I was passing by and saw they had the day of the dead display up still so I went in. The center viewing area is small, but that doesnt mean you dont get more than what you expect. The art was well placed, quiet and I really enjoyed the whole set up. Its clean well lit and a great little secret gen of a place.
Free art museum, right next to the market. Definitely recommend stopping by, and enjoying the Latin Art. Youll get to learn about latin culture and experience the varies shops surrounding it!!
Great works of art! They had a spectacular Dia De Los Muertos exhibition.
Its a cant-miss spot for both travelers and locals visiting market square. I always experience art that is eye opening, modern, and incredibly well done here. They do a great job telling the story of San Antonios culture and I cant believe it is free.
Interesting exhibit area, has lots of wall space and show space. Its cool, not crowded and free. Its down in the Market Squre area off of Commerce St.
Very much a hidden gemRight by market squareBeautiful artwork quiet peaceful huge space.elevator available
Great Dia De Los Muertos art exhibit! Interesting and educational. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
The sign outside says no public restrooms but I saw one inside so I used it anyway also pretty good art.
Great exhibit space. Dont forget to check upstairs.
This is a hidden gem! The exhibits rotate. We saw the exhibit 159 that was all work by a specific artist. I like how everything was labeled and you could read about the artists life. There were hundreds of people crowded outside at Market Square, but inside this place was empty, such a shame. Bonus it is air conditioned and has clean restrooms. The gift shop up front was cute too.
Exhibits you cannot see anywhere else on earth
It need somebody how explain thinks
Great place to take a stroll.
Great place if you like local art..
This museum is free, and tho small it was amazing. Some pictures you could transform yourself to that particular moment.
Good climate and it was free. A nice calm air-conditioned break from the market. I just wish they had more artists represented.
Amazing art!! The painting were so diverse and it was beautiful.
We visited the Mijango exhibit. Truly wonderful. A great place to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Very nice place.... and its FREE
Well maintained but a very boring place. Keep your expectations low when it comes to art and creativity.
