An amazing space for Latino/Hispanic expositions. The staff is friendly and the facility has different galleries and hallways. Its diffusion must be improved. Its a good museum properly located at downtown. You must visit it for immersing in the multicultural context of San Antonio.

This is great place to visit for some cultural knowledge. The best part is that it is FREE!!! The pictures that I have shared is only a small representation of the diversity of displays and collections. The exhibits, paintings and collections on display constitute of a powerfull testimony of historia, experiences, transformation and passion that each artist displays. A must see if you love art, history and culture!!!!

Current exhibition featured was Alberto Mijangos, a prominent artist in Mexican-American culture. It was my first learning about him. Thanks to the museum, I added him to my To know repertoire, and it was free.

I was passing by and saw they had the day of the dead display up still so I went in. The center viewing area is small, but that doesnt mean you dont get more than what you expect. The art was well placed, quiet and I really enjoyed the whole set up. Its clean well lit and a great little secret gen of a place.

Its a cant-miss spot for both travelers and locals visiting market square. I always experience art that is eye opening, modern, and incredibly well done here. They do a great job telling the story of San Antonios culture and I cant believe it is free.

This is a hidden gem! The exhibits rotate. We saw the exhibit 159 that was all work by a specific artist. I like how everything was labeled and you could read about the artists life. There were hundreds of people crowded outside at Market Square, but inside this place was empty, such a shame. Bonus it is air conditioned and has clean restrooms. The gift shop up front was cute too.
