Decent place to have birthday parties. There is a concession stand that has very few options. My children had a blast here. Theres plenty of space to jump and the sections are divided (toddler section) which made me feel more comfortable with my little one jumping. One of the sides has a slide, jumpy house, pool of plastic balls and foam. Theres a corner with a huge TV and pool tables. There are also full body massage chairs.

4:21pm on a wed. Three cars worth of kids in parking lot. The business is dark. Doesnt look like they are opening up anytime soon.

Did not feel safe leaving my kids at all.

My son said he had the best birthday party of his life here. This is a local spot if you’re truly from San Antonio then your kids will love going here.There are other trampoline parks in the area but they charge through the roof, whistle at your kids every 5 min, and treat the locals like there unwelcome (snobbery). This is the spot to throw a birthday party or family get together and watch the Spurs game on the projector screen.

This place is now Amazing Air, not Amazing Jump. We reviewed their website prior to coming so we were prepared. We come in, pay, and order food. We asked and showed the young lady that we brought our own grip socks and she said they were okay to use. We wait almost 45 minutes for one pepperoni pizza which shouldnt have taken that long as no one was barely their for a Friday night. We asked what was taking so long, they said because its made fresh. Really? It came out burnt with barely any cheese and looked like a 12 year old made it. A man approached us and told us that we needed to go buy Amazing Airs grip socks or he was going to ask us to leave. We informed him that not only did we review their website prior to coming which clearly doesnt say that and the young lady at the counter never mentioned anything and we asked if our own grip socks were okay and she said yes. He told us basically that we were wrong and didnt know what we were talking about. We pulled up the website to show him that no were does it state that you must wear their socks, but it also says that you can be bare foot or wear socks. He proceeded to say that it wasnt their site. Really? It has your name on it. He claimed since they took it over from thw previous owner that all their guidelines were on the site. Not our problem if it says Amazing Air and were at Amazing Air. We ask for a refund, he says no. When he saw we werent paying for 5 kids to get their grip socks when they already had some, he said I will let them jump this time, but next time I wont. Well, there wont be a next time. This was the first and the last time. He was arguing with another customer as well. Not good for business. Will NEVER come back.

My sons birthday party was a blast! Our party room was clean. Anastasia was more than ready to help out and get party supplies on the table and decorations put up. Rachel the manager is awesome and we want to really say thank you to Anastasia our amazing party host. We will definitely be coming back! See you guys soon!!!

We arrived at 1030 this morning and they looked like they were vacant. Another family was there at the door and it was locked. They called the number but no answer. You cant say you open at 10 and are not 30 minutes later. Was bringing my son and his friends for his birthday. Good thing Urban Air was open and right down the street.

Warning anyone planning to spend time or money in this establishment turn back now, and go somewhere else, the discount is not worth it! First the place is not clean or sanitary the bathroom is atrocious. The jungle gyms, and the ball pit are not kid friendly and is lawsuit waiting to happen. The ball pit that is supposed to protect kids falling is so shallow that I can see the hard flooring beneath. The rock wall is too tall for there not to be a harness, and you have to wear socks so its very easy for kids to fall and hurts themselves. The jungle gym netting has tons of holes in which if a kid were to fall through they would easly injure themselves. Also the entire faciltiy was lacking supervision, older kids were invading the 7 and under areas, throwing balls and playing harsh around other younger children, climbing on equiptment inappropriately. I even expressed my concerns and was ignored by one of the staff members. Asides from the faciltiy I bought a Snickers from the snack bar and when I bit into it, it had a funny taste I noticed it had a funny taste, and I looked at the wrapper noticed that it had expired 6 months ago. I went back to the snack bar to address the issue and had to haggle to get money back. I then went to the vending machine to get two sodas, one was supposed to be a gatorade but came as water, the other was a Sunkist. The Sunkist I noticed immediately was flat and looking at the expiration date it had also expired 6 months ago. At this point I wanted to talk to the manager or owner about getting a refund on my visit, because having edible food and safety espically when your servicing children should always be a top priority and during my visit it was lacking. When I asked someone who looked like they work there if they were the owner, they said no so I went to ask someone else for the owner and was told the man I had just asked to was owner so he lied straight to my face! This amount of disregard to service is just unacceptable if I could give -5 stars I would. Steer clear and take your money elsewhere.

My kids loved it! They spent three hours playing hard. My first impression, where do we pay and where’s the workers? No one to greet you but this small front table to sign a release form. When I finally found where to pay, I told them this was my first time,there and a small explanation of where to go for different age groups. No welcome or explaining of anything. There were also not many people employees walking around monitoring the safety of the kids or areas. It was kinda a free for all. My two year old was jumping with kids 10 years older than him. Luckily the older kids didn’t hurt my two year old. There were many vending machines with nothing in them and when I asked if there was a snack area, no one knew. I finally found the concessions in the very back stuck in the corner where no one could see it. If your hungry and thirsty don’t forget to bring cash! They have an ATM machine but you must pay cash. The prices for concessions are pretty reasonable. There was suppose to be an arcade area but most of the games were out of order. Over all ok experience. I think the admission on the weekday would be a better price for weekend. I would not pay $25 a kid with all the out of order, lack of employees, and no greetings. Oh and no security. If you have more than one kid bring another adult to watch them because any kid could walk out on there own or worse.

Guys I booked a party for my six year old son today on 01/26/19. We paid a deposit bought twelve pizzas and when we showed up their locked out due to non payment of rent. The number no one answers! Ive gotten no response through either of their emails regarding a refund and Im so devistated! My son was so excited people didnt even go his party because we had to change and reschedule his entire party! This is the worst place ever!!!! The website still lets you book parties and pay for your party and yet no response no communication no nothing!!! I lost money because of this!! Do not book your party here!

Lol. Was supposed to open at 2. The employee came in at 2:15 I sat in the parking lot for 10 more minutes. Giving her a chance to open up. We walked in and spent another 10 minutes Looking for her. But the party packages are great

When we first got here there where only hand full of kids! Great I thought. But there were no staff supervising kids in all areas. I was approached by some man telling me all kids needed there socks. Mind you no kids where around me when he approached me. No niceties or an introduction. He was not wear staff shirt nor name tag and didn’t introduce himself. I told him all three of our boys have socks we purchased here. He said oh well fix that and walked away. No apologies. In the hall where he approached me we were across from the obstacle area and no one was supervising and tons of little kids where going into this area even though a hand made sign showing height was posted. Even when staff member came to supervise he never adhered to there own rules.

Wish i could give no stars. Completely and utterly ruined my sons birthday. Paid in full for a party. Showed up for the party and the door had a big chain and lock and they were locked out due to non payment of rent. A phone call would have been nice and email anything. Instead we were left with a couple of left over booths at peter pipers.

This is a really fun place to bring your kids. They had blast. Its way cheaper if you buy your tickets threw Groupon.. They are able to get into everything. Will come back again! Staff are friendly.

I was at a private party there this past weekend. I was shocked to see how dirty this place was! The staff are unorganized, short staffed and not friendly. There were black ants on the wall in the party area, a torn mat near the moonwalk area which could be a tripping hazard. There was duct tape holding up a glass partition.Small children jump and run in this area and at anytime this huge peice of glass can fall! The rug was flithy! Looks like they havent vacuumed in months! I threw my daughters socks away because of how dirty they had gotten. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is Awesome, Ive been to many Jump places having 3nephews and 1niece. The way they have the areas split up for the older kids and little ones is perfect. Go! You will not be disappointed. THEY EVEN HAVE AN AFULT AREA WITH POOL TABLES AND BIG SCREEN TV... ITS BYOB TOO! If you plan on going send me an invite, this place is cool!

We had a birthday party for my 3 year old niece here. All the kids loved it and so did the adults! They have several personalized rooms that looked great. We hax the Princess room. Highly recommended! Will definitely go back!

Kids had tons of fun! There is so much for them to do! They did not want to leave. Looked at a competitors prices and Amazing Air was definitely more affordable. The new owners are making lots of good changes to this place! We also ordered their pizza and wings combo! Everything was delicious!

I been taking my kids here for the past 4 yrs, even had my daughters 3rd bday here, she’s now 7, it’s had it’s up and downs, but this time was the worse!!! My daughter jumped down from the rock climbing wall, which she’s done since they’ve had it, and since there was enough foam hit her foot, it’s swollen, bruised and she can’t even walk on it. The young lady WAS nice enough to get me a bag of ice and even wrap it with paper towel, but, my daughters fun time cane to an end, we had only been there 15 minutes. I’ve never seen the place so messed up, the padding was torn and falling off in the ball pit and the edges around the trampolines were coming up. I’m sorry but I will no longer be bringing my kids to this place; Urban Air here we come.

To be honest I don’t even know where to start with this place. It’s gonna be a long review but please read, the only thing I want make clear is DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE. I’m all for supporting vets and their business but this doesn’t not deserve not one star. I had previously asked about coming in early to decorate for my son’s birthday party and I was told that we could arrive up to 30 minutes prior. Well I show up and not only do I get a smirky attitude from the girl at the cash register (who later turned out to be the WORST host ever) she said the previous party that was in the room before us did want to leave and there was nothing she could do about it. About 20 minutes later into my scheduled party time there was still a girl struggling to clean up the previous party (she didn’t take out their trash tho!!) and our host was no where to be found. We saw her a total of maybe 3/4 times the whole 3 HOURS of our party. And I let the front desk know and in return she got “offended” when we asked her to announce the cake cutting and she didn’t come back after. I handled EVERYTHING for my party, the wrist bands, the socks, serving the food EVERYTHING the “host” is supposed to do!!! In addition this place is definitely “east side” from what the guest said at least 2 fights broke out. The place is EXTREMELY hot, all of our guest were sweating and it’s pretty much runned by young HS / college age kids. I didn’t see not one “adult”. They apologized and offered a “discount” but this has been THE worst experience ever. I will never return to this place nor will recommend this place to anyone!!!!

PLEASE READI have been to all of the trampoline places in San Antonio & this by far is the worse one. Let me start by saying its extremely DIRTY. The employees/manager lacked customer service. For being new it sure seems like everything was purchased used & literally thrown together. The set-up was not at all what I was expecting & was very poorly constructed. The ball pit was large but not enough balls for little ones to safely jump into the pit. We also purchased a locker which charged a$1 every time you needed to open it. There were not as many trampolines as other places not to mention you didnt have your own personal trampoline like other set ups. Please DO NOT SUPPORT this company for they clearly do not have this place running smoothly. The first red flag should have been there was no one inside, 2nd the young girl was not busy & took a long time to get us started, & 3 they dont even have a professional sign yet. You get what you pay for!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good place for the kids to jump around however the ventilation is horrible. Not only that, when I went there were ants everywhere. Over priced drinks. Other that, it was okay.

Just had my daughters birthday here 2 days ago was kind of disappointed that they were under construction I mean there was a lot missing in the back but kids had fun. Staff was as helpful as they could be cause the lines were ridiculously long. Will be returning for my sons birthday next month so hopefully its all done . I did love how they remodeled the ball pit area

Had an amazing time. I didnt think we would love it as much as we did. What really sold it for me was the TLC we got at the end. Our children each got a snack, the staff is amazing. Worth it to see their little smiles. The place is clean the bathrooms are clean. The deals are great and the prices are affordable.

Awesome big screen - prices are best in town for sure. Apparently under new management, so the changes being made are pretty good. Kids had fun - knocked out early that night...so definitely bringing them to get rid of all that excess energy again

We had my granddaughters birthday party there this afternoon in the princess room. The staff was friendly the place was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The pizza was pretty good.Its definately someplace we would have another party again. The kids had a BLAST! Thats what was most important to me. They never got bored!Great friendly owner also. Had a party here and we are a military family and wanted to support this military owned establishment. The kids had a blast but the staff was not helpful. I was unable to enjoy the party as I was doing all the running around and was unable to find my party host.My party host was terrible . The front desk was extremely slow and took forever to get kids socks and wrist bands. Ive seen staff walking around doing absolutely nothing .Update on above review. So I returned to amazing air as the manager did offer to take care of us on our next visit since we were unsatisfied with our birthday experience. I did notice a change. The staff were all busy and working. It was nice for the manager to invite us back and show us the changes they have made. Food was good and wings were great. We were impressed and will be returning and recommend others to check this place out.

Over priced not worth the money honestly. If more jumpers join your party they do not tell you that you will be charged extra for incoming people and by the time you know it you have a bill of nearly $400 that your forced to pay. Please stay clear of this place smells like cigarettes by the pool tables, its dirty , under staffed and really a gloomy place.

Was here for my friends daughter bday party. It was hot, no air conditioning.Kids had fun tho. But we will not be going bk.

Place has risen in cost, is the same as it was before. However, now they force you to buy their grip socks at additional cost. Which make no sense. Even if you have grip socks, they have to be purchased anyhow. We’ve been here plenty of times without having to do that. Now we are expected to hold on to these socks if we return or be forced to purchase again. Thank you for that.

I will say my child had fun while at this establishment though we were like helicopters always around. Here were my issues 1. In a designated area where you have it posted that only children under 7 can be there, then it needs to be enforced. There were grown teenage boys playing in this area rough housing and throwing themselves into the pit area from the trampoline. What if one of them landed on a child that was smaller? 2. You have fans that are ment to be on the ground just roped to the rafters, swaying even when not on. 3. You have an employee painting in a small child area during operation hours WHILE CHILDREN (SMALL CHILDREN) ARE IN THE AREA PLAYING! Also the paint was on the floor in a pan just waiting for a child to get in it, And the bucket of paint as well. The area was not blocked off from the kids. Also was the paint safe to be done around kids? Most paints do have toxic smells and very strong chemicals. In my opinion it was not well managed in the case of not making the employees enforce posted rules to ensure the safety of smaller kids. We used to love coming when it was amazing jump and wanted to try this place out and unless these issues were to be corrected I would not recommend bringing younger kids here.

These guys have missed on their rent payments and the owner has changed their locks and put notice on the main door. They dont even care to update their website or provide any update to the customers. I drove 25 minutes just to find the door closed at 8pm on Friday and found this on their door.Google should update this as a closed business here.

We take our kids here every Sunday. The owner is retired military and makes sure the staff are catering to you while you are there. Great place!

Great visit. Very reasonable prices. Staff needs a little help. Desk people were all standing together on there phones, while one young lady helped everyone. She was really good and courteous. Other then that all other thing went very good!

We Went Their for a Birthday Party on December 15,2018. My Son went missing inside the building and I went to tell Them that he was Missing and all the Workers did was Stand around and didnt care what i said. After I found him. I went back up to the Counter and Gave them a Few Choice Words. You have bunch of young Kids that work there. By the Time I found my Son. He was up by the Front . He could have Easily Walked out the Front Door and Staff wouldnt have even Paid Attention. I think that the Staff needs to be better Trained on Security Issues that will come up. At this Point I Give Your Staff a Big Fat F For the Grade. I will never Come back again at all.

Wasnt quite what I thought, the pictures made it look like it had deeper ball pits and sponge pits, but it was still a blast. Me and my 8 yr old had fun. Worth going to, and they also have somewhat private good size stalls for parties too. Kids will love it.

We had my daughters birthday party here recently. We purchased the birthday package for 10 kids I was disappointed with the so called decorations that came with the package. I was disappointed with the host we had.Most of all our family and friends had a great time with the kids. Lexi that works the front was very helpful with everything. They could use more people like her. I would still recommend this place for families to out and have a good time with their children.

Great place, more then just a trampoline park, it had ninja course, foam pit, rock wall, toddler area and I relaxed watching the spurs game on their huge projector screen. If that was not enough I got the all day pass for my kids, which was alot cheaper then the other parks, and they allowed me to bring in my own beer. I will book my sons birthday parties here cause they have 10 huge party rooms with TVs. My sons couldnt get off the game room playing Ft.night for free.Awsome player

Do not waste your time and money. Go and see the place before you book anything. This place is very misleading and disorganized. The place does smell old and is lit poorly. Management could care less obviously. No wonder they boldly put on website no refunds. Read the reviews and go see for your self . Shame on you people.

It was a lot of fun but we was new to the place and they was very serious about us using amazing air socks because we had urban air socks. So we purchased socks but then as we are in the trampoline area there was lots of people who did not have amazing air socks So that was a little frustrating

This place is completely horrible and the business should literally be put down. Its a well known fact this business owner removes bad reviews that show the truth about this business. All you have to do is look at how much time is put into monitoring his reviews rather than actually putting time into his business. First off, the place is dirty and not clean. Secondly, they blast music that has foul language. Thirdly, there is no such thing as customer service here. The owner has been known to threaten customers and guests. A lot of what is at the business is broken down and/or a potential hazard for a child. There are a lot of ways that a child can get hurt here and its completely due to negligence. The fact that the business has been shut down before by the Fire Marshal and the fact that the business owner did not offer refunds to the people who were scheduled for that period of time speaks volumes about they do not care about you or your childs experience here. I would avoid this location and go elsewhere.

We went on a weekday afternoon and the kids had the place mostly to themselves. That was fun for them and the reasonable price was fun for us. The girl at the front desk was very nice. The trampoline area was pretty big and clean, albeit a little dated. The obstacle course in back had a large ball pit and obstacle course. However, the obstacle course really needs refurbishing. The safety nets were worn and torn and the foam pieces in the foam pits looked dingy even from a distance. Its definitely time to replace them. When the kids came out, one said that dust flew when she jumped in. Out of 4 kids, three came out of it coughing and with runny noses. Two who had asthma later had difficulty breathing.

Came on a weekend for some decent price fun. Found the place to be just what we needed. It had a little for everyone!!! Socks were not priced ridiculous. Manager was very helpful. Definetly recommend!!! The low star reviews probably expected something they saw on TV. Hahaha

This place is horrible, if I can give it 0 stars I would smh... Just had my son and nephew party here today.. They enjoyed themselves don’t get me wrong because they kids, 3 years olds.. But the place was kinda dirty, equipment need cleaning, the bounce houses are sticky, they need to sanitize the place I’m disappointed having to spend like 200 some dollars there.... They didn’t have any air (A/C) my kids left the building sweaty and hot.. Someone can pass out in there!! I just can’t recommend this place to anyone until they fix everything!!!! I’m mad

Kids loved it! Took a 20, 15, 11, 10, 9 and 5 yr old and they all had a great time. It was clean with lots to do for all ages. Trampoline, dodge ball, obstacle course gym area, snacks & lots of comfy seating. Spent 2 hrs there and they are all beat! Theyre excited to do it again.

I have Been trying to call for two weeks to book a party and no one answers. I also sent two emails and still no response.

Kids had a blast, but I did notice the lack of staff to help run the front desk and monitor the different areas. There were signs in each area stating the ages that were appropriate for that area and no one was around to enforce these age limits or requirements. Parents were rolling around in the ball pit when their sign specifically stated 7 years and younger only. Why even put up the signs?

I was double booked for a room for my sons birthday. From the moment I showed I was unhappy the staff instantly went to working on how to fix the problem. My son was able to have his party in the room we we’re suppose to have thanks to the wonderful staff and the manger Filipe!!

Coward owners of this place deleted someones great review explaining all the problems this place has. Deleting those reviews just shows that you have no idea how to handle customers and address problems in a mannerly way. Ive been here before and I can say that this is the worst place ever. First, this is in the ghetto and the entrance does not exactly look welcome. The inside inst any better. There was loud obnoxious music that isnt good for our kids to hear. All the fonts and the looks of the things looked very poor and made with no effort and creativity and just made to appeal to kids. The commercial may seem nice but please do not go here. Ive seen too many dangers that it shocks me this place is still open. You guys are all cowards for deleting the poor persons review and their reasonable explanation. I hope this place gets shut down and youll learn your lessons.

Admission : the week prices are great and the place is ok , just smells weird often, but during the weekend prices are ridiculously high! Snack bar has decent food and pricing. Overall kids will enjoy just wish the pricing was the same week or weekend! Makes no sense to DOUBLE the price on weekends.

We have to wait two hours for our pizza and not only that they ran out of cheese, and then we tried to order nachos and they did have any chips, they where only Accepting cash only but their ATM was not working, The restrooms felt like no one has attended to them for whole day. If I could rate this experience it would be a -10.

Just booked our party with Felipe Nava, he was super helpful and informative. He helped us pick the party pack that would be most beneficial to us and our guest. I’m beyond excited and pleased with our choice to host our sons 8th birthday. Can’t wait for the full experience! Thanks again Felipe

Fun place to take the kids and not to pricey

1.) they over charged us and when explained to the acting supervisor Alexy and Cashier Oscar their response was our machines do not allow us to refund... no refund was given...2.) we ordered 4 hot dogs... just not dogs at $2.90 a piece and took over 40mins.. keep in mind it was slow and hardly any people.When confronting the acting manager in charge and they cashier they refused to refund our food.. they got sassy, rude and laughed.. when asked to speak to the owners they refused to give out information..A bunch of young kids as employees who have no true value of professionalism.. no signs of NO refunds anywhere in the building except the sales receipt transaction which you get after YOU PAY FOR FOOD AND SERVICES. After the “acting supervisor “ realized how incorrect herself and the other employees acted she offered the refund of the hot dogs out of her own pockets... I don’t know what kind of business is run here but they aren’t trained correctly... no management on staff... and it seems they are just in to rip people off ...

Extreme Jump is a great place for family fun. I did have a slight hiccup with the staff and a price situation. But management did come in contact with me to resolve the issue. Thank you for you timely response and understanding of the concerns to resolve the problems. I look forward to bringing my children back to your Establishment from time to time. And see the great new changes taking place for fun activities for all children.

Did my daughters birthday here it was GREAT loved it !!!! Had trouble with paying but gave me extra coupons for my next visit , for the problem they had . other than that it was great and my hostess was making sure everything was good. Thumbs up .

Dirty, felt unsafe, missing pads in several places, just taped on in others. Foam pit smells like BO. Urban Air is close by and much better.

The foam pit at the end of the obstacle course is incredibly dangerous. My son did a flip into the foam pit, which should be full of foam blocks and deep enough for children to jump into, and nearly broke his back. We discovered that it is only about a foot deep. There are swings set up to swing on and jump off into the foam pit which is very deceiving and dangerous. It gives the impression that the pit is deep enough to jump into without injury. It was then that it dawned on me that the entire obstacle course did not have adequate foam blocks to fall into and that the entire facility was poorly maintained. It does not look like the pictures on the website. We asked an employee to get some ice for my sons back as he was in tremendous pain. The employee returned 10 minutes later to inform us that they hadnt made ice today. Amazing jump does a poor job maintaining the facility, the staff is not adequately trained, the foam pits are not safe for kids to jump into and the whole place is dirty. Spend a bit more and go to Thin Air. It is a night and day difference.

This place is horrible. My son ended up with staples in his head due to these idiot teenagers not supervising the play area’s. A little girl threw a Lego at my son’s head and we ended up in the ER due to this. They gave the mom a warning to the little girl as she continues to read her book and not supervise her child. They offered me $100 to reconcile, Like that is going to cover my thousand dollar hospital bill. The owner would never call me to even apologize. As I am explaining the incident to the manager he counts his money and totally ignores me they are very unprofessional run by teenagers very filthy And I would never ever ever ever take my child here again and I suggest you don’t either.

My kids and cousins love the place

This place is sooo dirty makes you itch. There’s dirt, gum and food on the trampolines. The ball pit and playground is disgusting. Never going back. Oh and they don’t open up when they say they are.

Poor management, can never find an employee when you need one. Pretty ghetto place. On one of the trampoline if your kid climbs to the top then they can fall down in between the two trampolines. And its a free big drop. Had our sons 6 birthday and I regret having it there. We got a party host and was never to be found. Such a horrible place go across the street and go to Urban air, so much more cleaner and so much better.

I was here for a birthday party today October 20th 2018 and there was a little girl in the lego area that hit my son with in the head with a LEGO. He ended up having to get staples. Yes my four year old got staples! No staff was around and the mother to the child was given a warning to watch her child. She continued to read her book and not supervise her child. Another adult had to tell the little girl to stop as well. I spoke to the manager who said they were overstaffed that day and one of their party people actually said they were understaffed that he had to work multiple parties. They are nothing but liars don’t go here and they are understaffed and they don’t watch nor care what happens to your child. That women should have been kicked out so her “angel” wouldn’t hurt anyone else!!! Also I wanted the cops to see the video and the place said they did not have the password what general manager does not have the password? Lastly, In the waiver that you sign it says you cannot build higher than 5 feet in the Lego area I was there for a total of two hours and there was multiple structures built higher than 5 feet. Where was the stuff then?

My daughter was suppose to have her Birthday Party on 2/3/2018 and we get a call saying they are having to close down due to the Fire marshal‘s shutting them down! That’s ridiculous honestly and they still have yet to refun my money for the deposit! This would have been our first time there and now I never want to go! So I’m giving a 1star! Due to everything that has happened had to hurry up and fine a place the day of her party thanks to this place!

I looked at the reviews and wanted to give them a benefit of a doubt and judge based on my own experience with them. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here today to have a little fun with my son. I get there after driving 15miles. They are closed no notice on the door or anything. Very unprofessional. Another lady came at the same time and she had a party already booked and put a deposit down. They didnt call her to give her a notice of closing. This is ridiculous. I will never come back here again. Please Beware!!!!!!!

I just moved here and my kids love this place. Theres plenty of room to jump and thw Manager Felipe was really helpful with some issues I was having with my groupon. Id recommend this place if you just need a chill place to bring your kids to.

It was good for the price. The lighting was very dim and darkish. The kids had fun and thats all that matters.

Needs a better brighter business sign. The recent one looks small and gloomy. Other than that the accommodations are great and the atmosphere is comfortable. Jump all you want.

This place is continuously finding ways to take money from you. I pay for a locker to store items, since your not held liable for lost or stolen property but I have to pay you every time I access it. Its not kid friendly what so ever. Kids shoes were stolen at last visit. Definitely will not be going back

Kids always have fun here! Food is good and it’s way cheaper than other places!

This is the most sloppiest place ever if youve made a reservation no point they wont have you set up they said we didnt call the right number but when they confirmed the number it was the correct number the workers there just didnt do their job...besides that they will have you thinking your at fault which is sad then to speak with the manager and she was of no helping assistance at all.By far the worst place Ive been to in years.Got thrown around like a rag doll pictures below are the picutres of the set up.... smh.Btw its the previous childs birthday party set up....

I love this place. It is very fun and inexpensive. They have a big ball pit for the little ones and two separate trampoline basketball courts. One for 10 and under and one for the older ones.

They charged me twice for a payment of socks & as they said they canceled the payment I still haven’t got my money back. I emailed and called, nothing!

Fun place for all ages. My kids had so much fun and parents enjoy the cool AC. Best place in San Antonio! Its always busy. Outstanding customer service. Snack bar offers a variety of drinks and snacks. My kids party was really cheap. I will definitely do it again!

Great trampoline park for the little ones and grand parties

Kids had alot of fun. Im glad there was staff in all sections of the play and jumping areas cause kids tend to get unruly when theyre unattended and alot of parents didnt watch their kids. (At least when I was there). The pizza was ok, priced at $14...20 wings was $16.99 (decided to eat somewhere else at that price later)The music was extremely loud, similar to a club and made it difficult to try to communicate with your kids in the play areas. The trampolines were awesome, they stretched across the room for about 40ft or so. It was alot of fun watching the kids have fun.The party areas are sectioned off, not private rooms but with half walls to keep the kids in your party from entering other party areas.We were able to bring in a cake and cupcakes but other outside food and drinks are not allowed.

We received such wonderful outstanding service given by the Manger Felipe today we love coming to xtreme jump, its such great environment for the kids to come out and have fun very clean the attention from the Manger and staff checking to see if everyone is having a great timeI highly recommend bringing the kids to come out and jump.......
