Best bowl I’ve ever skated. It’s awesome to skate something so many legends have! I was here early at about 8:30-9:00 am and stayed for probably 3 hours and it wasn’t crowded at all. It’s crazy that such a nice park didn’t have a larger crowd! The people here are friendly and encouraging to beginners and didn’t hog the bowl. Helmets are required

I love this skatepark!!!!! But we have been yelled at before because other people in the park weren’t wearing helmets. Recently I tried to go about at 5:30 ish. And some person (probably worked at the fair park) came up to us right as we got there and said the park is closed! But it says on google it closes at 10pm, and on the fair park website it says it closes at 6:30. They also had the park closed during the COVID and recently opened back up. It is really frustrating because all the other parks were open. I do not think the state/fair park are handling this park well. Some of the rules on the fair park website are very dumb. I really do love this park but I think they are not handling it well.

Weve been looking forward to trying this park out. We have a mix of scooter riders and skate boarders in our family, 12, 16 & 47 years. Guess we wont be going there. I think its great that they set an age limit, because we are all sick and tired of parents letting their little ones kamikaze around the parks. Yet, I think its super lame to not allow professional scooter riders, and young people who are leaning in that direction, to use the park. Looking forward to Woodward opening, because they are inclusive to all. At the very least, they should have scooter riders and BMX riders use the park on the same days. Pretty lame to leave out the scooter riders, Utah State Fair park.

State of the art concrete skatepark located in the Utah Sports complex state fairpark. Its awesome that vans came out and built this park for a contest, and left it for public use after. If youre a big vert skater, this park is heaven for you. Lots of fun lines and varations to skate and play around with.

Typical, opens up after it gets colder. Different days for different mods is also typical but not as good as sharing it like civilized society should be able to do.

The park is fenced in and there is a no trespassing sign. Ugh.Update - no trespassing signs are removed and the park is open during daylight hours.

Bowl is great but some guys on a golf cart came and yelled at everyone to put on helmets.....so I guess bring a helmet. He said the park was “Private yet Public” whatever what means.
