My husband saw a framed photo from this Gallery at an auction held by his fraternity. He was outbid at the last minute so I found their information in order to purchase the item for my husband for Fathers Day. The staff was amazing to work with and made sure I was able to get the item well in advance. Since I live out of state, they had to ship it to me. The item arrived broken due to an error on part of the shipping company. When I called the Gallery, they immediately replaced the framed photo with no questions asked! They didnt even require me to send back the damaged goods. The replacement arrived still before Fathers Day. Now THAT is customer service. I first met the fine folks at Regency Fine Art through an auction at a celebrity golf tournament when I purchased an exquisitely framed piece of sports memorabilia. It was framed so creatively and uniquely that I ended up taking my wifes Ironman bib and medal to have them create a one of a kind frame that is also now proudly displayed in our home. I highly recommend having them create something for you.

I have used Regency twice before for framing of paintings and was highly satisfied. Thats why I came back to them for my next project. But this time I had a project that required creating a clear box to display 4 beautifully carved cane handles. Lester and I spent about 2-1/2 hours designing the box .When we had finished the design, we were both pleased, and excited. Two weeks later the box was ready. It turned out even better than I had imagined. It looked like a display you would find in a museum. Our time together creating really paid off. Regency does as fine a job of framing, or creating something unique, as anyone I have used over the past 40 years.

I heard about Regency Fine Art and Frame and their ability to make high quality pet prints from a photo. As a Real Estate Agent it seemed like a perfect gift for a client and friend who is also a dog lover. I am very pleased with the quality of the print, frame and matting. Overly high priced and expensive. I was charged $150 for one 16 X 20 canvas print with a no show frame that I could of gotten anywhere else for $40 or less. they originally tried to charge me over $800 for a set of 7 photos. I literally called them back after 15-20 minutes after leaving because i felt like i was robbed and had been taken advantage of to cancel the order and request a refund and they told me it was too late and they had already started the work which was a complete lie considering my order wasnt due to be ready for 3 weeks maybe more. Then they told me they will give 3 of 7 just because of the way everything went down. I waited 3 weeks for the photos to be completed and when I went to pick them up, there was only 1 photo done. I asked them about the other 2 and they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. Once I somewhat reminded them of the conversation they somewhat remember and handed a unfinished print saying this is it. I couldnt believe these guys. I wouldnt recommend anyone shopping here or using their services AT ALL. Total rip off.
