This is definitely one of our favorite parks to go to for the number one reason that there is so much wonderful shade. There are two parks, one for younger and one for older children. There are two sets of bathrooms and it’s just a bridge crossing away from downtown Roseville. The only downside is that sometimes transients frequent to the park area, but they almost always keep to themselves.

Beautiful old neighborhood and the park is well kept however this is another park that the homeless love to hang out at.Dont get me wrong most homeless have issues beyond there control due to mental illness and drug addiction, but some are just plain lazy.California is real good at letting the tax payer take care of problems they create.Alot of Moms take there children there to play this is not a good environment to experiment on whether or not the homeless can safely be around small kids especially if there issues are not known.LOVE AND GOD BLESS,HANK

I love this park! But the main reason I Visit this LOCATION is to be there every day in the instance that my beautiful Sisssta! is able to find her way back to where she jumped from my car and ran away. She doesnt have to come live in my car again with me. I know that that is no life for a kitty. Sisssta! just needs to let me know that she is okay.Somebody somewhere knows something about what and where she is.If youre reading this and you happen to live in the Royer Park area please please keep an eye out for my Sisssta! please?!Please see photos.Even if youve seen her dead or alive living a happy warm life, PLEASE reply and just let me know. Its been 11 long months of looking, but it might as well be 11 long years.I will never give up looking for my Sisssta!Ever. So, if you know ANYTHING, please respond.May Gods Blessings Always Be Upon You!

Seams unfinished or like there was no design to amenities and building more functional work out bars would be desired since it is a great park to run up to and warm up and catch on the way home to maybe make time for runners to talk or get to know one another since most ppl pretty much live in the same area and neighborhood.

This outdoor park is wonderful. It has two parts, one for the school-age children and the other side for baby to 3 year old. The equipment is new and clean and has several tunnels slides as well as lots of climbing and running around areas. For the little kids on the left side it has play structures that are appropriate for height and age and shorter slides as well as sand boxes and houses to play in. In the summer this park will keep you cooler because the trees will give you good shade. Theres also a large grass area you can play ball on end run around on.

Review №42

This park is limited on parking and street side parking but it does have great playgrounds for kids of any age.The biggest complaint I have at this park is that it has a lot of dog owners that do not pick up after their dogs. Dog feces can be found in almost all of the common areas and kids, mostly, are suspect to stepping on or touching them. Not only does it smell but it is very unsanitary and nothing can be done about it, legally. This is very frustrating!

This is quite a lovely little park. The grass is perfect. The area is clean. Theres an area for kids and families. The homeless keep to themselves for the most part and stay out of the way here. And RSVL has put in plenty of parking garages and bridges to access that parking. Very well done.

Great park for families to enjoy. Lots of structures to climb, slide and explore. Many improvements are new construction are underway and almost completed. There are so many beautiful trees that provide shade. The park is green, clean and well maintained Although, there are park benches near the play structures, I would like to see more park tables and benches where families can enjoy a meal while watching their children play. We had a very enjoyable day playing in this beautiful neighborhood park.

It looks like Roseville has given up trying to combat the homeless situation here. There’s a lot of trash and people sleeping under bridges all the time. I was OK with the occasional person napping under a tree but it has graduated to almost Bay Area levels. As a taxpayer who lives in the city, it makes me depressed and frustrated.

Really nice and updated! Rated low on stars because half the parking lot is blocked off due to construction and the basket swings for really young children are the only thing fenced off with no access which made our visit a waste of time and there is no reason for them to be fenced off. Stupid construction workers!

This local park is going through some transformations. It was home one time to the citys zoo. Then a ton of homeless would congregate here. Now 3 bridges are being built to open up this park to local happenings downtown. Big oak trees shade play fields, band stand, childrens play area, bbq seating areas, and tennis court. Apart of a bike trail on one side. Meeting hall on the other.
