I love this Chuck-E-Cheese this is great to bring your kids there and having fun and theres a prize area theyre for redeeming your tickets from the game and the pizza was great and if you planning a birthday in this place the birthday services are great!

Are you kidding me!?! Forget doing your kids parties anywhere but here. This is the childhood I never had. Soooo much fun for kids and adults. For a reasonable $300 we got four pizzas, desserts, and unlimited gaming cards (yes . . . . . I said unlimited) for 8 kids. Everyone, being kids, parents, and grandparents had a lot of fun. Not to mention when your done you walk out. No vacuuming floors, or doing dishes, or any of that. Rohnert Park CA Chuck E Cheese you complete me

The manager is so darn nice. And the foods always fresh and let me tell you, with summer around the corner ill probably end up being here at least once a day for some cotton candy dippin dots♡The pizza is so good, for 5 bucks you really cant beat it. Its better then little ceasars and tastes fresher.

I gave up on chuck e cheese years ago. Recently had family visiting and decided last minute to go. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I like how the token system works now. We chose to purchase the unlimited use cards we were there close to closing so I believe it was a 45 min block of time. Was wel worth. the price, and I will definitely be returning. Cant say anything about the food, we didnt purchase any.

We spent about 3 hours playing. The games are so much fun and addicting too! I took my kids for the first time and we loved it. Definitely going back soon. Although, I wouldnt recommend the pizza. We waited a long time, I thought I wouldnt mind because there was plenty people, but when the pizza arrived it did not look fresh at all. It was cold as if they microwaved it and took it to us. Very disappointing. The rewards from the tickets you collect arent worth the $50 you spend for the card but it was sure exciting to be playing.

My 3 sons loved the place and so did I!!! All staff were willing to help promptly with a smile. Reservations on point on time and all names spelled right AND said right!!! We shall return.

Took my son right when they opened and it was nice. After about an hour it started flooding with kids. We were there for 2 hours and my mom and I shared an unlimited game card and my son got his own and Ive never had so much fun as an adult playing games. I would definitely bring him back. Well worth the $60 we payed on game cards, and we still got to earn tickets and get prizes!Just a hint:Go at opening! The later you go the more youll be swarmed by tiny humans!

Great time at this place which was quite empty on that day, so was rather peaceful and quiet while kids had a blast at the same time. Very nice and friendly staff. And the place was very clean as well.

Salad bar and pizza were way better than I remember! My daughter had a blast at the birthday party we went to and the place was cleaner than I expected

Wednesday night at 6:30 is the best time to go to Chuck E. Cheese. Dont forget to bring your coupons and have fun playing with the kids.

Fun place if youre bringing kids. I went for a friends kids birthday party, but as an adult without kids, I still had fun playing the games, especially the roller coaster simulation. The guy greeting people at the front was completely disinterested in helping people. The pizza was decent too.

My daughter got food poisoning from the salad bar. I believe it was the Thousand Island Salad dressing

Craziness for the adults. but all the kids have a blast. and chuck e cheese comes out and sings happy birthday and the kids love it. great place to socialoze AND THEY HAVE A CHILD BOUNCER at the door so no kids can accidently run out of the building

I took my niece here and she loved it and I would love to take her here again but maybe when there arent so many kids. When the place is packed it smells like the worst gym bag ever. If they some how fix that it would be an enjoyable place.

I really like it since they remodeled. It feels huge inside. I also like that you can buy an unlimited games pass for a specific about of time. Pizzas decent.

Took my daughter there for her birthday she loved it and so did I! When I went in for the first time I expected to be lugging around a ton of tokens like when I had gone as a child and turns out you can buy time instead of using tokens its like all u can play in 45mins+ and its so much cheaper than I thought itd be! And my daughter dropped her scan card into recycle bin :/ I recommend u get the bracelet way more convenient

I havent been there in years, definitely great for family fun, alot of games for children of all ages.

I take my daughter here pretty regularly. She really enjoys the game selection. I personally feel that the food has vastly improved over the years. When I used to take my other daughters there I would not eat the pizza because I truly disliked it. Now I actually enjoy the pizza. The staff is generally very good food comes out pretty quickly.

You can make the most tickets on the spongebob machine.

My son affectionately calls this place Chunky Cheeses and always wants to go there. They use a cool stamp at the front door to make sure your family stays safe. The staff were friendly and patient with my son at the ticket counter and kept the place very clean from what I’ve experienced . I’m definitely going to take my kids back there.

Good experince its a bit updated witch is wonderful had a blast yesterday won lots of tickets n got to let my baby get two good prizes not the lil lil ones was so cool we were thrilled to say the least thanks chucky cheese m my friends for the invite

The greeter could have been friendlier and more helpful, but overall my niece and nephew had a blast. I like the fact to you pay for how many hours the kids want to play and not each game the only thing to beware of is that if you use two cards the time gets split between each cards.

One of my daughters favorite places to go. Lots of games young children enjoy playing and they won tickets on most games to redeem for prizes. My daughter wanted her birthday party here last year, the experience was good. They handled everything and made my daughters day wonderful.... Highly recommended for young children and parents too

Had a birthday party there for my 6 year old. She absolutely loved it! Her favorite part was the ticket tornado! Well worth the money, especially because I didnt have to really do anything but show up!

The staff is friendly and kind! The food is always fresh, and worth the wait. Lots of things to do, even for the parents/guardians. During the week from 11-2 there is an all you can eat pizza buffet!

This is a great, inexpensive rainy day place to take the kids. Its inexpensive and typically $20 in game credit will typically last for almost two hours. They have a black light stamping security system at the entrance (where they put the same stamp on every person in a group and they scan the stamp to make sure they match before you can leave), which makes it a safe place for kids to run. It is one of the cleanest locations we have visited, I highly recommend visiting.

Mgmt said they got rid of the old band characters because they were creeping out the kids. its kind of what i came for.I tried out the new card system that essentially replaces the need for tokens. good thing they still dispense tickets! i loved feeding the ticket counter and hearing it *munch* them up!i hope chuck e. cheeses gets another animatronic band. us older kids really liked the vibe.

Fun place to take the kiddos. Defienitly got lots to do to keep the little one busy. Its a little expensive considering that you spend $30 and you get enough tickets to win 3 fifty cent prizes. There is also a little pizza place inside. Its not the best pizza in the world, but its alright for the price.

Do other Chucks still have stuff to climb on? This one doesnt, except for a toddler slide. Its all video games and noise.That said, its nice to have a place where the kid can entertain himself for a couple of hours while grownups talk, even if thats talking over din.

Much cleaner and brighter than I had remembered. Gone are the ball pits which Im actually disappointed about but Im sure they were huge liabilities. Anyhow my son had fun and for 20 bucks he could play as many games as he wanted to.

It was my sons birthday and we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese. When we came in I asked the door attendent if they did anything special if it is your birthday. He didnt know, so I asked the cashier. I got a resounding no. The cashier wasnt very friendly in general. Actually, the staff didnt really talk to us. The food was good and the games were okay.Last year at the Concord Chuck E Cheese, i mentioned it was my sons birthday and he got a birthday sticker and had several staff members wish him a Happy Birthday.I realize we didnt buy a birthday part package, but I thought they would have something special for a kids birthday in general. I did spend quite a bit of money for the food and games.

Wouldnt eat any of the food but fun for the kids I like the idea that you buy how much play time you want and you get unlimited games for that amount of time

Came here for birthday party and also had my childs party here too. Staff was friendly and kids stayed entertained with games. Great to see parents interacting with their own children through the games. Like the stamp idea when entering and exiting.

For young kids this place is great.Lots of arcade games mainly themed around younger children.Pizzas were fairly good. The quality was between a $5 hot n ready vs freshly made at chain restaurants.

The bathrooms were very dirty and smelled.

I love this place, especially that the guy takes his job serious at the front and checks that your kid goes with you, but I didnt like when we were ordering that my friend with the new coin system was a little slow in knowing what she wanted told her i dont like waiting wich is what hes there for waiting on customers. He helped her and gave her a good deal but we didnt appreciate that kind of service.

Great fun place, kids had a great time. Wished the pizza was cooked a bit better, original bread pizza tasted stiff and really no flavor. But overall had a great time.

Last week i lost my kid in the chuck e cheese ball pit. it took 30 mins to find him and staff was no help, he was buried balls deep in the pit. But at least the pizza was good.

Great place for kids of all ages. Varity of games and the place was kept nice and clean. I was especially impress with one of the lady (Christie) who went above and beyond to ensure my time at the Rohnert Park site was comfortable with her excellent customer service. She made sure I was taking care of and was having a good time. Thank you Christie.

Look, if your 35 and up. Its not the same man! Everything is on a time frame, workers are like robots and Chucky is only out 5 minutes. Pizzas and buffalo wings were 1hr wait. Mind you there was only 3 partys and was not that bizzy. Lemonade was good though!

They give you 75 cents on the dollar. You tell me whether that is good business. This used to be a good place but now it is profit driven avoid this place at all costs.

For the kids it was awsome for me it was horrible. They were so understaffed spent half my time there waiting in line and pizza yea pretty bad not how i remember chuck e cheeses as a kid. All in all though kids had a blast.

I love taking my son here to play games but I am not super impressed with the food. Its OK... But they keep the bathrooms clean and that is also a good thing.
