Recently went to Nickelworld with my son and we had a great time! Fun games for all ages and very affordable. Would recommend to anyone!

Great place but some of the machines eat your money

My 2 girls, husband, and myself had an absolutley fantastic time at Nickel World today. I am SO glad theyre still open, its a fun affordable place to have a family day. We will most definitely be back time and time again. Employees there were great, very attentive, and helpful as well. Thank you for being a great place for our community

Never been here before but took my boyfriends 5 year old to play some games and kill time before another errand. Was immediately asked if i had a mask, by the counter employee who was not wearing a mask..ok no big deal. Paid the $4.50 for us to get in and got $6 in quarters and let little man do do his thing. A few games didnt work. A few ate his money. He was too small to really play a couple. But he had fun for awhile. When it was time to go we still had a roll of nickels we didnt use and i gave them to the counter employee who rolled her eyes at me and told me that people like me are the reason they wont be able to stay open. I looked at her and said said excuse me and she responded that she had to take two dollars out of her register instead of me spending it there and that there used to be lots of people that went there and spent lots of money and now its just a little people spending a little money. I didnt mind spending the two dollars that apparently bent her out of shape, but we had somewhere to be. And unfortunately i think not being able to stay open has less to do with my roll of nickels when i had never been there and more to do with the customer service.

Way more fun than I would have thought. Very inexpensive. I loved all the video game themed painted walls. Very friendly guy working the counter. Will absolutely be back.

Bad customer service and the lady got lipy with my cousins and was very rude when we asked for help and she got snotty

Literally has good old vibe feels. Not to mention found out they price their prizes because they try not to rig their machines. Aka learning the machines is how you get them XD. But even then its balanced. Absolutely love it

Great selection of games and entertainment for cheap! Yes, some of the games are temporarily out of order, but there’s a huge selection to choose from and many free games. I would go back again if in the area!

This place has been around for a long time! I used to go as a kid, now I have 4 of my own. The machines and the set up are almost exactly the same! They are very outdated and there was a weird urine smell in there. Otnjust felt gross. We got a deal on groupon so we paid next to nothing to go but it will probably be the last time.

Fun place for the kids ...little bit dirty and run down looking , but it doesnt hinder children having a good time. Took my kids 2,6, 11 they all enjoyed it

Its ok. Could use updating on games & machines. . Lost some nickels in machines. But kids had fun.More for maybe 5 to 8 ages.

A cool place to play some classic arcade games and ticket games. It was fun to see all the old school arcade games pinball machines and ticket games I spent about 20 bucks and I was able to get almost a thousand tickets.

When you first walk in you are greeted by great guest service and a really homey feel, which I prefer. The arcade has so many fun games, from skeeball to dance dance revolution, which is the main attraction to me. The lack of having only one place to get snacks, a little vending machine has lead to me taking off that one star. Stay yourself nickelworld, youre great!

This place really takes me back. I found some old ticket receipts from years ago and they still accepted them! Got myself a minion plushie.

Family fun time! Yes, the games only cost a nickel and the arcade games along the back wall are free! This is a great place to bring the family on a budget. The owner is SUPER friendly and helpful!

Fun place to take your kids. Lots of classic games included with admission. Pinball, skee-ball and other video games.

I had my sons birthday party there, and I was very impressed. At first I was a bit skeptical as to the quality of an arcade in 2019 that takes nickels, but this place has great gaming and a really good atmosphere, plus its cheap to play the games. Very fun. I hope it stays around for a good long time.

The kids go crazy here and you can too. Loads of arcade machines. My granddaughter hit the jackpot several times. Gr8 afternoon.

Fun & inexpensive place to take your kids! Not too far of a drive either. Although the places seems a little run down, the kids love it. A few machines ate my money but I didnt feel the need to make a big fuss over it since its usually just 1-4 nickels/game. The place did have a weird odor though when we first walked in but seemed to disapear as the day went on.

2016 the best year of my life I do remember hanging out with my childhood friends Brandon and Cody and then my other friends from high school Anthony and Andrew kuligowski that crocodile games pretty fun will you have to hit them on the head I was wondering do they accept $20 bills

It was vary fun and we got a lot of fun toys and candy i really recommend it for children.

Love this place really nice staff! The place is a bit beat up but they make it work!!! The area isn’t the beast their is a lot of crimes in that area! It is a very fun place to go when your bored at home and it’s really cheap. It’s a really fun game and I wish their where more buckle worlds around!!

The best part about this place is the cost. My family of four was able to visit for less than $20 and that money went far. Plenty of games were played. Theres a good mix of retro, semi modern racing and shooting, pinball, and ticket redemption luck and skill games. The main drawback about the place is some of the games are in various stages of disrepair. Many of the retro games on free play have monitor issues. For example Pac Man isnt showing any red, making one of the ghosts harder to see as only a floating set of eyes. But since those games are free and the cost overall is very affordable, some issues can be forgiven.

We still have a piece of paper seeing how many points my son has but we havent been in there hes outgrowing it I would highly recommend it for anyone thats looking for a fun place to take their children at a reasonable price

Half of the games didnt work and the owner pushed me into buying more than I needed my husband and I took his son. We were all less than impressed by the game selection.

Really fun little arcade! My kids really enjoyed the games and winning prizes. The admission fee is reasonable and you cant beat the games being a few nickels! Definitely recommend.

We started coming into Nickel World and my daughter loves it. Staff is super friendly and it fits the budget. Good when you have a bunch of kids and need to let them have fun.

Going to NickelWorld is a relatively cheap way to have fun and make memories with friends and family. Instead of passively sitting around watching a movie or conversing over an expensive dinner, NickelWorld is an experience that doesn’t cost too much. The games at NickelWorld include a plethora of classic arcade style games that can be enjoyed alone or with others. My only complaint is the lack of cleanliness in the place and the poor maintenance on some of the games and arcade machines. I would recommend that the owner adds some newer games and hire a cleaning staff.To people who are considering coming to this location: be aware that the parking lot is a little run down. I would also recommend bringing some hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes as these places tend to harbor many germs, especially from sick kids, and they never get cleaned either.

My kids & I had fun here...only problem I had was there needs to be a bigger parking lot/parking spaces. I understand its a saturday, but we ended up having to park next business over.

Love this place!

It was a lot of fun and while i was terrible at getting tickets, my girlfriend and her brother both got well over 500! They have great games, and they have great prices too. The vending machine is great, $1 for anything in it, candy or soda. The people at The counter were quiet yet considerate. :)

I absolutely love Nickle World! The employes are awesome and ready to help if needed. Great place if you are looking to have fun with a budget. Very cheap to get in and very cheap to play. They also have a entire back wall dedicated to FREE TO PLAY arcade cabinets. One thing to know is that ticket values are cut in half, but the prizes cost a lot less then other arcades.

Its a cool idea, but many 1 nickle games kept taking nickels after about 2 or 3 inserted the game would work, very old games, Im in my 40s & they didnt have what I grew up with like, Iki warriors, golden axe, rampage & many others, I would of paidv25cents for these childhood games. My little ones were like meh, spent 6 dollars all together. If they other great games of the 80s I would of probably stayed longer & spent more.

A great place for young kids to have lots of fun!

Only thing I was disappointed with, was an older female employee who was very rude. To the point I was saddened by her anger. To think she was so unhappy with whatever it was that was eating away at her. Or maybe she just shouldnt be working with children. Over, Done With, Gone.

My experience at Nickleworld was amazing. they have a wide variety of games, new and old. the staff is amazing. i would definitely come back with my family and friends.

Great selection of games, however not all are clearly marked as free to play or require nickels, and some controls need maintenance or broken completely, but still a great time for all ages.

Very cool retro arcade! Old vintage games and pinball. However, most eat nickels and it takes so long to fix that its not even worth Asking to getting money back.. its also already so cheap . Great place to take the kids! We love it!

There is no better place in the area for a large amount of fun for children at that small of a price point. The vintage arcade style and friendly staff are the perfect recipe for a great Friday night. Their party room looked awesome too! The hand-painted walls were super cool.

My son (18) and I had a great time for not spending much money. The variety of old time games brought back a lot of fun memories for me at arcades as a teenager. I have read reviews where some people complain about it being grungy and questionable customer service. Service seemed fine to me. Maybe a little grungy, but for the cost it was a fantastic experience and everyone appeared to be having fun.

Still a great deal. Its fun for kids, and there are even free games. As an adult, its kind of skeevy and smelly and nothing has changed much in the 20 years since I was there last.

It’s cheap and that’s what I love about it but some games don’t even work.

1/2 the machines are broke... the others steal your money or you have no desire to play them. We go back once a year or so hoping its changed and it never has over the last 5 years. They have a lot of friends leaving reviews for 5 stars. No Chance. Even for nickles... its not worth the frustration.

Ageing, very cheap, and fun arcade. Enough redemption machines to keep children occupied. 4 pinballs, a very nice selection of classic arcade games, DDR supernova, and friendly staff. Cabinets could use a bit more maintenance.

Low cost with a surprising variety of different games and such, that actually all work. Bring hand sanitizer and youll enjoy, win a frog candy or something random with your tickets...or give them to someone or leave them somewhere!

Had a wonderful time this evening celebrating my granddaughter Adalines 2nd birthday at Nickelworld. The kids seemed to all have fun playing games and making Easter Baskets .Thanks to Sylvia Lawrence & Fonda Cox & Emily Kittinger for all the work on the party

Im not kidding Ive never been more disappointed in my life...not even kidding I went here as a kid and drove 2 hours to get there....every game....every...one. was broken. They just blame it on maintenance which i think is the only reason they remain. An excuse. Im sure kids dont care either another reason they remain. I left mad but made the best of the day with my hubby. Tried to go next door to drink because frankly after that anger I needed a drink....its a hotdog and soda bar with slots.....i feel like I dont need to come back ever again...
