My son and daughter love the games, dancing with Chuck E. and taking home toys that break within the first 10 minutes of play...but they smile doing it. So its always worth it. Food is pretty decent too and they always have some kind of deals and specials going. Good times, good times...and parents.....they have beer. Just throwing that out there.

So nasty in there. They use other peoples left over pizzas and re heat them. The pizza was actually alright though. but in the age of covid, you cannot do that. The games are stupid. and the whole place is a snotty germ factory.

I liked it better using tokens and collecting tickets. Everything is on a chicky cheese card. But still fun winning prize. Need more claw games.

Well...covid happened...sigh. some games were turned off to keep social distance rules...staff with masks under their noses. We were there ~2hours..did Not see staff cleaning equipment/games. Hand sanitizer at the front door and near bathrooms.To management..please clean more frequently...

Hey I remember the Chuck-E-Cheese back in Rockford 2001 they had the voice actor called Duncan yes I still have Chuck-E-Cheese even though Im a 21 year old that has autism my favorite character in Chuck-E-Cheese is pasqually the chef cuz hes Italian I remember what they were singing the song Somebodys Watching Me lady you bring me up when Im down I miss a lot of things at the Chuck-E-Cheese The Simpsons arcade it was like you could put the Chuck-E-Cheese tokens in and I forgot its been a long memory

My daughter (age 4) had so much fun here! Is it loud, chaotic, and somewhat expensive and overwhelming? Yes. Were the staff nice? They exceeded my expectations. Overall, to see my daughter behave so well and be so excited was worth the money. The pizza is decent too.

This particular location is small, and as a result doesnt have as many games as other Chuck E Cheese locations that I have been to. Additionally, their lack of space and resulting arcade selection becomes even more obvious with the opening of Tilt Studios in Cherryvale Mall.

Great deal 15/hr unlimited games (1 pause) on Wednesday. We take the kids for good grades. Totally worth it.

I have been to this location many times over the years and it consistently meets my expectations. The card reader games make it easier for children to use and kids love using them. All they have to do is swipe their card and they are playing. Beats the tokens for sure. Pizza is always satisfactory and unless you are super picky it is pretty darn good.

I have not been to the Chuck E. Cheese here in Rockford for at least 6 years for being dirty, broken, and overall unpleasant experience. I can officially say that it has been remodeled and is being kept up very well. I took my son there yesterday 9/8/2019 and we had a great time. Enjoyable atmosphere, all the machines and games worked properly, and the staff was courteous and on top of their jobs! Complete 180 from last time I was there. Did not try the food this time but will be back for taste test. 4 stars and and happy Father!

This use to be where I could take my four-year-old and hed have a blast playing on the sliding board and getting on all the little toddler toys but they took the sliding board out he was so bored he asked me to take him to McDonalds playhouse not to mention used to feel like my grandchild was safe when we got inside of their but theyre always so short-staffed that when its time to go we standing at the door for about 2 or 3 minutes waiting for someone to come to check out arm to make sure that were leaving with the child we came with two or three minutes is too long someone could just grab your kid and run up out of there and be long gone out the parking lot by the time someone comes to that door its just not a fun place to go to anymore anytime a four year old is so bored that he rather sit and watch the TV instead of running around and playing you know its time to find another fun place to go

Just like every time we go and go birthday party! We have a wonderful time and the holster really nice and they are really good at accommodating And now they have the new unlimited play packages that are so smart to do so the kids can just play and play and play instead of paying $20 to play unlimited for an hour you get unlimited play says a whole birthday party for every single kid And its only $25 a kid instead of $20 for just one hour on a birthday party thats from 4:00 to 6:00 The kids even got to play until about 7:30 when their band stopped working so they had the whole extra hour and a half up to play games! I cant speak for all Chuck e cheeses but the one here is great and it just got remodeled so if you havent been to Chuck e cheese in a while he might want to check out third new and improved Chuck e cheese right on the State Street across from State Street station and taco Bell! Even the adults have fun! And thats whats a party for my daughter 12th birthday party. That how much they have improved over the years. I remember my daughter seen she didnt want to go back there around 8 years old the new games and everything everything change and now she loves going there again like I go everyday and I I think should I get enough! You dont have to pay to give in. And like I said you can order a number one comes with pizza and drinks and and you can pick how long you want the kids to play unlimited packages starter at $10 for half an hour $20 for a full hour and thats with getting a pizza and drinks the number one depending on how many kids you have and if you eat before you go it can be a very cheap and fun day for you and your family! Its a place where the whole family can have fun again they even serve alcohol beverages for adults and of course they all have great food! And you can just let your kids run free without worrying about them going out the door with a stranger or even leaving them their own! they dont wonderful job with security and making sure that no one gets in or out without getting their hand stamped or look at. Thank God because when we were there a little girl tried leaving with a different family but when they checked her numbers they realized she did belong to that group and sent her back to her parents! I love that I can bring my kids to a clean and safe place to play when theyve been good ;) They just had a few new games put in that my kids really enjoyed. Overall, a great experience.

This is a fun place to take your child if they are under the age of seven or so. If you coordinate a party theyre very quick to serve and clean up. Chuck-E-Cheese will come out every so often and interact with the kids which is nice. My only issue with this place is that its a mixed bag. A lot of the games seemed gimmicky without the potential for earnings and they were confusing to learn for an adult let alone a child. I feel like your child has to be between the age of 5 or 7 to be able to maximize potential I guess. The animatronics dont play sometimes and thats unfortunate because theyre one of the few places that have something like that. Overall the staff is nice, the food is passable, and the entertainment is definitely catered towards a preschool to first grade level. If you want to do something fun with your child I wouldnt hesitate to go here. It just might not be something you want to do often.

It was a decent place, definitely cleaned it up a bunch sense I was a kid. Prices are reasonable, but the pizza wich I didnt try is extremely over priced in my opinion. You pay either by time or put plays on a card. I Bout 120 plays for 30$ I think and when my two boys left after about a hour or so I still have 90 plays. So Ill definitely get to go back a few more times for there enjoyment.

The pizza is so much better than when I was a kid! I ordered on the smaller side in case it wasnt good, but I would have happily ordered more had I known Id enjoy it. Still more expensive than some other pizza chains, but the experience was worth the cost. The tunnels were free, kids love those things, and I probably spent the same on food as I would at McD or BK. The arcade area has 2 options, unlimited play for a period of time (30 min for $10, 38 for $12) or you can purchase tokens. Over all I am definitely including it as a regular winter hangout for my young kids and I. (I like arcade games, too!)

Went for a birthday party. The remodeled area was a big improvement from years ago. Staff was friendly and very hands on with the party guests. Food was good and ready pretty quickly. The kids had a great time and it wasnt overly crowded which was a plus.

This is not as safe as it use to be because they are so short staffed that ANYONE could leave with your child! Their food is STUPID EXPENSIVE, so feed the kids before you go! I do like that if you BUY one of their cups and bring it with you every time you return you can get UNLIMITED REFILLS! THE CUP OX $1.79 plus tax but worth if you can remember to keep one with you!!! Lots of FREE parking, and if you get you postcard at the register you get 100 coins for $20, BUT IF YOU GET IT FROM THE MACHINE YOU ONLY GET LIKE 80!!! SO LOAD YOUR CARD AT THE REGISTER EVERY TIME! Oh, and if you have more than one kid you can divide those 100 tokens between them, youll just need more than one card!

Place was extremely busy! Staff did a great job. Everything stayed pretty clean and i like the fact that every parent is checked in with a parent. One thing i learned from this visit is that they sale beer. Good option for parents haha

Everyone who was born in the 90s had a birthday party here. Being older and coming to a childs party here was alot different than the good old days. One thing I would have to say is the pizza sizes and prices are ridiculous. I remember there pizza being bigger and more cheesier! Now its mediocre at best. Even the Chucky E Cheese show was lacking more material! Also why is the animatronic of Chucky the O.G version but the Chucky who walks around is different? Is he chucky jr? My three y/o LOVES Chuckies House! Good fun for a good price. The young man working the prize desk was extremely helpful and made our visit exceptional!

Had a Birthday party there. It was really fun for the kids but our food got cold really quick and we couldnt use their microwave or anything to warm it up.

Very friendly staff and the food is ok. The pizza would be ten times better with more sauce. It was more like cheese bread than pizza.

Fantastic place for the kids to go and play inside where theyre warm in the winter cool in the summer they put on a little show for birthday parties but its nice and having pizza there just kind of tops and Ill for the day

Went for a kids birthday party. I hadnt been since I was a kid. Its much brighter and larger than I remember. The staff was nice, the games werent super expensive, but most of them were ticket games. Even the ticket counter person rounded up. It was clean and the kids werent screaming and crying - thats worth 5 stars right there.

Ive been to a lot of Chuck e. Cheeses, and this is the cleanest and biggest store Ive ever seen! The food was surprisingly amazing, I would go here for pizza rather than Pizza Hut any day of of the week. And dont forget about the animatronic show, they have the extremely rare stage from Chuck E. Cheeses Pizza Time Theatre from the 80s, its the last one left. I highly recommend this store over any other in the area!
