Brought my kids to ice skate and the ice skates were horrible. We spent more time exchanging the skates then actually skating. They asked for my ID while we borrowed skates. I returned skates and forgot to grab ID back. Then, we went back and the guy who worked there was so rude to my daughter’s about grabbing it for me. Altogether, it’s really not worth it to go there. Save your time and find a better place.

(updated review) The way the rink is set up this year is much better than the previous and has become well organized whilst adapting to covid-19 needs. Its a nice rink, and I always have fun when I go there. though Ive heard the rental skates arent very good, not much ankle support and no padding. (lucky, I have my own.)

I called ahead of time and was told I would not need to purchase tickets for the ice rink until I got there. After arriving, I was told I would have had to purchase tickets before coming. Disappointed to have brought everyone out to just be turned away. Poor communication between departments.

What a terrible experience. My feet hurt so bad after skating here. The skates have no stability and the rink is poorly maintained. Everyone I went with had a similarly terrible experience. Find another rink with better reviews this isn’t it.

Do not bring your family here, go to the one at the Ace’s Stadium. All 7 family members we brought complained about the shoes! The shoes felt terrible no matter the size. The line to return skates and leave was as large as the line to come in.What a rip off!
