Wonderful trail, wide and fairly smooth, there are lots of fast bicyclists here so be aware. We were lucky enough to see a mamma bear and her two cubs as they crossed a clearing. We were so close, it was both magical and unnerving.)

Great place for trail running - all trails are well marked, nice wide paths for the most part, gentle elevation gain, not many people around. Watch out for rocks and tree roots in places. Also to keep in mind no dogs allowed and horses have right of way.

Many walking trails, a small pond, a few creeks. The terrain is flat, great for casual walks or bringing the kids. Highly recommend for a quick nature getaway while still in the city limits.

Nice forested hike. Wide well maintained trails. A few different options, but mostly the same loop. Comparatively flat for local hikes, about a total of 400 ft up and down.

Easy hike with small children or friends. Plenty of parking lots.

Ri
Review №8

If you or your kids want to see horses, you can fold in a hike and horse watching on the trail in this multi modal hike haven. Take note though that in the preserve, the hierarchy on the trail has the horse at the top, followed by humans on foot, then bicycles. And of course, follow common sense and be respectful of the horse (or you might end up spooking the animal).Theres picnic tables out in the parking area by the restrooms. Parking is sufficient (small but theres not a lot of traffic anyway) and toilets clean.

What an amazing place for trials. Trillium trail is one of the longest. Very easy trails overall. Lots of greenery & trees. Carry your water, there isn’t drinking water access on the trails. Most of the trails are also used for equestrian so be sure to put on good closed toe shoes. Lot of horse poop on most of the trails. You may encounter wildlife so be cautious & follow the rules. Enjoy the trials here. It’s very popular with runners too.

The scenery was great and there arent very many people there. Very quiet. The trails arent very confusing either. Would recommend for anyone who wants to run in the forest. Seasoned hikers, find somewhere else--the hills are mostly small rolling hills.

A refreshing area to go walking/jogging/cycling/riding though be warned, posted signs state that pets are not allowed within the watershed.Snake your way through various intersecting forest and wetland trails ( Trails have Maps posted on wooden stands for easy navigation. )Theres almost too much floral and fauna to see so do take your time to be diligent and look around, you might see something new!

For those of us who try to get a little exercise in every day, Coffee Creek is a God Send. While visiting family over the holidays I was introduced to Coffee Creek and the endless different paths and wide variety of scenery and animals. Entranced by the 5K outer-loop I found my self looking to try each of the cross trails and inner-loops. After hours of exploring I had hiked more than 7 miles while very rarely recovering ground. With plenty flat areas, small hills, brick, gravel, sand, and dirt trails, there is something for everyone. For outdoors lovers the streams, woods and fields offer and endless variety of animals to watch and enjoy. For me, this is a new little piece of heaven to enjoy as a sanctuary from the chaos of everyday life.

One of the more scenic trails in the area. The trails are extremely well maintained. Id compare the majority of this system to Paradise Lakes Mainline Trail, but with more elevation variations. I dont believe there are any foot only segments here, either.

I love the trails here. Pretty good parking lot, too. You can get a good hike in for sure. The trails are well maintained and there are parts that are pedestrian only, so you can avoid the bikes + the need to keep an eye out for a horse having passed through previously. Pretty mellow last time I was there.

4 stars for young kids. I took my 5 yr old and 3 yr old here on a hike on Trillium Trail. It was easy for them except the distance was too long. We went from the south parking lot to the pond and back, about three hours for me and my young kids. They burned out a little before we reached the pond. The trail is not paved, but mulched. Trillium trail is stroller friendly, even for strollers with small wheels. The mulch has been ground up finely and packed down. Lots of twists and turns and slight ups and downs, tiny bridges. There arent a lot of places to sit down though. We saw one bench. The only bathrooms were back at the parking lot. Mostly shaded if youre on Trillium Trail. The Powerline Trail looked like almost no shade. I give this place 4 stars because the pond on the NW side of the park was so low it wasnt a pond (in July). Also, it was mostly fun except it got long and arduous for the little kids. Next time well go only halfway on Trillium Trail and well start at the pond so well not have hiked so far in vain in case we burn out early or if the pond is low.

Walked almost 5 miles of what we thought would be half of that because some runners ahead of us spotted a family of bears up ahead of the exit of the parking lot. We had to go all the way back to original spot. So beautiful though and easy walking, dont have to watch for snags as much, so looking around was great!

I love to run here I throughout the year with my family. Trails get a little soggy in parts when the rain hits, but less so than other trails in the area. A variety of trail lengths gives you a great deal of options for a day out. Popular with horse riders as well, so maintain trail ettiquete and walk when you see a horse.

Nice to have some highly preserved (dense forest) green space out here. Unfortunately, no dogs allowed and hardly any trails open to mountain biking = no fun.Its too bad, because it really is a beautiful place to visit. The trails are nice and wide and easily accessible for all rider types looking to enjoy the outdoors on an easier bike ride. I assumed I could do a loop around the park but it ended up just being an out and back along the one trail bikes are allowed on.Id come back for a hike but my dog wouldnt be allowed either...

A great set of rustic walking trails in the heart of Redmond. Nothing challenging here, as the terrain is fairly flat but there are some small hills to get your legs working and despite the location, there is hardly any ambient city noise. Beware the bears though, according to the signs posted at the trailhead. Plenty of parking available at the trailhead also.
