We love our worldmark ownership. We have had it since 2004. We travel often and it works so well for us. In addition I love being able to use my points for cruises, airfare and car rentals. Plus for entertainment. My points come back every year which means I dont have to use cash.

I could probably tolerate the horrible 20-year-old booking technology on their website. But, after youre a member, they take your money, signatures, and information, and then they become unresponsive for months without acting on your requests. Were still waiting. Worldmark corporate is the worst.

We have owned trendwest since 2003 we never have gotten to stay where we wanted to stay when we wanted to stay unless we booked a year ahead of time these people then have money buyer credits rent out all the buildings and tell me if I had that kind of money I would do it too and theyre wrong theyre being selfish and were not getting our vacations we were promised you guys are right this place sucks

At first I was skeptical and unsure about the posts showing your sales lead stealing identities. Now that I see evidence I will be moving forward investigating the man shown to us. On many occasions we made reservations, our first choice of resorts were almost always fully booked. Really disappointing.That said, the resorts employees and customer service staff have always been courteous, helpful, and professional.

The resorts are very nice but the companys sucks!! All the company is interested in is screwing people to buy in the maintenance dues are outrageous and its harder than ever to book a resort They sell units to nonmembers in hopes that they will buy in so its impossible to book Hawaii or any other popular resorts

Ive been in Worldmark since 1998 and its changed a lot because Wyndham took over from Trendwest so each year our maintenance fees go up and we pay more fees to book into the resorts. It wasnt like that before Wyndham took over so I wish I wouldve seen that coming. I refuse to buy anymore credits and I just keep what I have which is 10,000 credits yearly. I bought a second timeshare somewhere else and their fees havent gone up and Im thinking about giving my Worldmark to my Son through the Ovation process but right now I am still holding ownership. I pay 218 quarterly just for the maintenance fees. I pay in March, June, September, and December so $218*(4 times) per year. Its going up each year so I dont know what it will be like in 5 or 10 years from now but I hope it will still be affordable.
