In this time of Covid and the necessary restrictions, we found that the staff is still doing everything in their power to make your stay comfortable and safe at the same time...all with a gracious attitude.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Check in was not so smooth and we were not impressed with the pressure to attend a tour to purchase a timeshare as our vacation was only a couple days. The checkin that took 30 minutes should have been 10-15 at the most. Checkout was much smoother and everyone was very friendly.

Nice enough. 3.5 stars really. Rooms were jail gray though. Kitchenette was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

Great location staff was very helpful and assisted with a loaner wheelchair.

It was great! Only issue we had was they turned our keys off prior to the time we were to check out. We were a little way away from the lodge ave we needed to go back to get our cards reprogrammed which was a little bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was great and we loved the condo.

The rooms are getting old. Needs a remodel. Its just fine if you are just there for golf and a place to sleep.

Such a beautiful and fun place to go and relax and enjoy family and friends! We had fun exploring and watching all the deer!!

Accomadations were pleasant , staff friendly , wanted us to attend a 90 minute presentation for a free week stay anywhere in the world. Did not receive out weeks stay.upon checkout I was double billed for the rooms.was told it was a mixup between them and extra holiday and it would be fixed. But, instead of being fixed they billed me for a 3rd time sending my account in to a tailspin.at this point still not resolved , my account is overdrawn and other bills are not clearing incurring NSF charges at 40 bucks a pop.. I don’t even know what to say at this point

This place was amazing... But the heater was very loud and it gave me a headache.

Comfy bed. Happy to have kitchen. Would have liked indoor pool in building, rather than a car ride away. Mini golf was excellent!

We were here 10 years ago and it is as amazing as ever.

Nartissa and Juana were so helpful and kind.. they went out of their way to get us things we needed even tho we were not in the unit they were cleaning! They literally added spice to our lives and saved our breakfast :)Oh and the baby mule deer at our deck in the snow made our day too ♡

It wasnt worth the price. No microwave in room. Queen beds were smaller than normal. TV tiny and picture horrible. Might be fun in the summer, but then how expensive will it be?

Unit 211. Overlooks the river. Spacious, 2 bedroom condo. Large master suite with king size bed, walk-in shower and separate soaking bath tub located on top floor of split entryway. Located on the lower level is the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, full bath, laundry, kitchen, dining and living room. Both levels have a deck with table and chairs. Everything about this place screams class. The stairs may be an issue for some.

Great place to stay for families. Spent the week skiing at Bachelor. A little bit of a drive, but worth it for the value. 2 bedroom condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Everything there to cook you meals including a BBQ. They offer a presentation to buy a timeshare when you check in, but I kindly declined. Very low pressure. We’llbe going Back for sure. Great value!

Had a great time. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had to get new keys every day because they quit working but, other than that it was a wonderful time.

The staff was really great, friendly and helpful! The room was clean and fairly quiet, it does look like its been there for quite a while but all in all not bad.

So far, so good. This is my first time staying here and Im really pleased with it. If you like mountain desert, this is the place for you, especially if you like and play golf.

The stay there was ok it was nothing spectacular but it was not horrible either. the room smelled like bleach when I walked in and I had to open the windows and door for a few hours to get the smell out. the bed was nice and had lots of pillows.

Beautiful remodel of the front desk and very welcoming staff. Wasnt interested in a presentation this time, but had a 1/1 with Jaime and I learned a lot more about my options and how to find bookings. Overall a nice visit...just too short.

I was dissappointed at first to kbiw I needed to go through a.Time Share presentation ar check unlike the times Ive stayed here before. However, the manager.was kind and understanding and I did not have to go through that normal presentation and was.only detained 10 minutes for my conciege to give me an abbreviated presenation knowing I was not interested in buying yhe time share.

We are here for a family vacation, we booked 13 months ago, they put one of our 6 rooms 2 miles away from the rest of us and would not move them over by the rest of us. High pressure sales tactics also . Very poor customer service, especially since I am an owner.

Outstanging place-huge rooms- great grounds-lots of wild LIFE deer every where -spa pools hot tubs beautifull golf course open areas not crowed great staff nice people lots of parking. Check em out on line get a deal there. Awesome condo rentals -hotel restaurant. And a popular knock out hambuger spot. Hotel by the water way.

Rooms are clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful and nice. Beds are not very comfortable but overall good experience and would stay again. Nice amenities like outside and indoor pool and workout room, plus tons more that we didnt get a chance to use during our short stay.

For decades my friend has been paying to be a time share owner. When we stopped in to check the place out, no one could even find him in the system. After about an hour of phone calls they found him. The place is nice and the folks at the desk were helpful. I was shocked that my friend paid them every month, has only used it about 5 times in 30 years, has invested tens of thousands, and they could not even find him in their system. We still have phone calls to make in order to straighten this out. Disappointing.

Beautiful resort, grounds and area are well maintained, will definitely return.

Bed very comfortable interior decor look to modern for us, just did have a central Oregon look or feel to it.

Customer service does not seem to exist here. If this was the first year I had problems, I would chalk it up to sometimes stuff happens. But this is the second year, and the problems I had last year and that I brought to the attention of management last year still exist. I would give the resort a better rating if they would address the issues.

The room and area are great! The lobby staff/salespeople, on the other hand, are awful! Extremely pushy to try and get you to sign up for anything. Did not listen to our responses or questions at all. Inconsiderate of our time and plans for the weekend. Told them multiple times we were not interested, only to have them continue to try and sell us more. We came for a relaxing time away, not to be sold this, that, and the other.

Very nice besides the fact that they dont allow young kids in the pool. If you think those old ladies doing water aerobics dont have incontinence issues or 12 year olds dont pee in a pool then youre lying to yourself.

Friendly staff with clean rooms and a great view from every room. So many fun activities for everyone.

Our stay at Eagle Crest was most enjoyable. Having two televisions was great... The hide-a-bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very convenient. A big plus for us was to not be interrupted by housekeeping everyday. The view from the patio - the birds, ducks - were fun. We had a great time.

No washing machine or dryer. Television control slightly confusing. Very comfortable and usable kitchen.

The maid left her cart and trash right outside our door. We were expecting guests and you could barely get into our room. After half an hour I ask someone at the front desk if it could be removed. The cart was removed but the trash remained. After another 20 minutes I ask for it to be removed and it was.

We were visiting family in the Bend OR area, and this resort was absolutely wonderful...quiet, spacious and excellent accommodations. Would love to come back and take advantage of the bike/walk paths and outdoor experience.

Went here for a work trip. The rooms were nice but the staff seemed like because my stay was paid for by my work to treat me different. They werent friendly or accommodating. Very snooty vibe. If your a common person and not rich looking Id expect to feel unwelcome. I defiantly did.

The room was 1 bedroom, small kitchen with a single bath. Room was clean, and quiet.

Eagle Crest rocks! Worldmark itself however, is overly focused on sales.

This is a very large facility and a bit confusing to navigate, for first timers.It was a great value, clean and had an excellent staff. Would use theirfacility again without hesitating. Their kitchenette had everything neededfor an extended stay. Felt like a Home away from home. Very satisfied customer...

WorldMark is always good. Bring your camera. Good views of several snowcaps.

I have always adored this resort!! I have been staying here for probably 14 years and never want to leave when the time comes. So many activities for the whole family.

My experience was good the condo was clean and comfortable. They did invite me to a timeshare presentation but once I told them what a horrible experience I had with a timeshare presentation by Wyndham in Maui, they apologized and didnt ask me again. I would definitely stay there again with the understanding that I am not interested in a timeshare.

Nice quiet, spacious rooms with a full kitchen, view of the golf course and surrounding desert landscape. Friendly helpful staff.Miles of walking/biking/hiking trails, good breakfast at the on site cafe.

Always very clean, ready on time and very professional. We go a few times a year.

The newly remodeled room was great. I wish the bathroom had a fan and the air conditioner was more centrally located, but we would definitely stay here again.

This place is heaven. The food is to die for, the scenery is breath taking and the rooms were excellent too.

The heating/cooling system was not working, we were hot and miserable the first night I called and staff said they had trouble with this previously and there was nothing they could do? Which makes you wonder why they rented it out again ? They did call back and offered to move us but it was 10:30p. The next night we froze.

Its been an unfortunate stay here at Eagle Crest. The first night was OK. We checked in @600pm and went to our room, which was a suite with a King bed. It was decent, but Id hesitate to say it was anything special or over average compared to other local resorts. There is no Continental breakfast, room service or any other services which differentiates it from other resorts. However, there is plenty of activities and different complexes available on the resorts property (I.e. sports complexes, restaurants, etc.).The problem lies in the restaurant. We decided to stay on the resort the second night (Saturday) and had some adult beverages before walking the property to the on-site restaurant. When we arrived, we saw many people there already eating at tables and filling up the bar section.Both my wife and I were hungry and excited to try what they offered. Yet, we were turned away. The greeter stated we are dealing with major problems tonight. We pressed further and he said the chef had cut himself and the computers were down.Ok, things happen, right? We understand. But they didnt offer a single solution or alternative for us. They said a pizza place will deliver to us, but thats it. No compensation or anything? We paid full price for our stay and we are not able to eat on-site? Which by the way, they encourage us to do. If it were up to them, wed never leave the resort. Right? So, why not offer a single solution other than delivered pizza?I come from a retail background and I know first hand what we need to do to take care of our customers. We give solutions. And they just didnt do anything to help the situation.Not happy.

Love this place have been an owner 422 plus years but the sales tactics to even get you to take an appointment to listen to a presentation have gotten such an ugly and aggressive tone these days made my check unpleasant
