Should be zero stars. All the reviews are correct. “Guaranteed same day delivery” from Amazon. Two days later, no call, no email, no text, no attempt to redeliver. Amazon tracking states that the package was attempted delivered which is obviously a lie. Will not do same day again. Id rather wait two days and know that the delivery driver is actually capable of delivering my package.

I am a Amazon delivery driver that works with the delivery hub in Durham North Carolina. It is safe to say that if I can find these different apartments and finish a route before 8 or 10 with 200 stops plus safe to say yall can do it too and on that note how can you not access a open apartment that does not have any access code needed just lazy

Contrary to other reviews, today, Feb 16th they were accurate. Delivered same day. I even live in a large apartment complex which usually takes the extra effort to find the right building etc.

I waited all day for my same day delivery package, then my account shows they attempted delivery but business was closed. My delivery instructions clearly state to leave the package by the door even if no one answers. The left no note on the door, no sign that they even actually attempted the delivery. Now even Amazon can’t tell me where or when it will actually arrive. Wow...I received amazon deliveries seven days a week and I’m not sure why they would use a contractor that provides such poor service.

This is one of the worst couriers ever. Every time one of my packages from Amazon in through them, I don’t receive the item. They always mark as delivered, though so that they can say they met the delivery timeframe. Surprisingly, days later, some of the items may show up, which is weird if they were actually delivered. Twice, their drivers have even lied and said that they attempted to deliver, but couldn’t because of the gate code. Great story, but my complex doesn’t even have a gate. This is the most unreliable, dishonest company I have ever dealt with and it is even more frustrating to me that I can not have the choice to stop dealing with them. Amazon says that they make a note and remove them from the list of carriers that deliver to me, but it seems that they never do and I am still stuck wasting my money, every time. I was guaranteed a package Friday and still haven’t seen it.

They delivered a package. I found it slightly under my vehicle. Why it wasnt left on the porch or in the mailbox, I have no idea. Fortunately it was a package I was waiting for & saw that it had been delivered. If I hadnt checked the tracking & looked for it, then I would have run over it with my vehicle the next morning. I dont walk around to that side when Im leaving*** Update. I changed the rating from 1 to 2 because after reading other reviews, at least I got my order the same day.

This is the worst, multiple times, Amazon shows my package was delivered, but no where to be found. this company is just a bunch of people scamming Amazon, they get paid for every time they click delivered on a package even if they dont delivery the package, so somewhere is a room with all our stuff, and Amazon has to send it twice.

Ordered next day delivery through Amazon. Package scanned as delivered, never arrived. Confirmed through security footage that no one even showed up around scanned time. This company just straight up stealing packages, knowing Amazon will fulfill a refund or send another item. Do not place next day deliveries in the RDU area, as these guys seem to only do same-next day deliveries.

Day four, waiting for next day delivery. Call center is not in the US, and no one knows what the local staff is doing, and thereis no way of speaking to local diapatcher.. First day, shipper was unprepared. Second day, wrong kind of vehicle was scheduled. Etc...

Doorbell cam caught driver stealing something from my front porch. When I called to complain and get my stolen item back I just got the runaround. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Amazon packages scanned as delivered at 4:52pm today, but never arrived. Cant blame porch pirates...there were a stack of other packages from UPS with a delivery timestamp of 4:51pm. Apparently this is typically for this company based on the other reviews. Now half my Christmas gifts probably wont arrive in time :(

I order a package from Amazon for same day delivery--TForce was unable to deliver same day because our doorman was not there to let him in our condo building; but, I called TForce the next day to figure out if they could re-deliver the package. I spoke with Miriam; shes based in NY--she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that our package was delivered in a timely manner that day. She even called me back to make sure that I had received it. She was very delightful to work with--from start to finish! Although we didnt receive our package when we were supposed to; the troubleshooting of making sure we did receive it was great! Big shout out to Miriam!! Thank you for all your help!

Shipped an item with this provider twice. Both times the tracking showed delivered with no package in sight. Both packages eventually appeared on my doorstep days later. Dont advertise shipping speeds that you cant provide. And dont display false tracking info to pretend you met your goal. Horrible business.

Never same day delivery , shame amazon use thier service

This company is utilized by Amazon for same day or one day delivery in the RTP area. Every time I use them, I always have some problem happen. First time the package was delivered to the wrong apartment. Mistakes happen, I didn’t worry about it. Second time the package never came. Amazon sent out a replacement because they’re awesome but used UPS, which of course we didn’t have a problem. Two days later this package mysteriously showed up on our front porch..... now third time— we recently installed a Ring doorbell. I got a notification there was motion. I look at the playback to find that he courier who delivered the packing threw it at my door. He simply threw the package towards my door on the solid concrete. I could not believe it! Three more steps he could of sat it down. Thankfully it was not a fragile item. I notified Amazon that this company is not to deliver anymore packages. I will wait two extra days I need be! They put a block on them for delivering to my house.

Ordered package on Amazon early yesterday AM with same day delivery service before 9 PM. Received notification that package was delivered at 8:17. Package was not delivered. There is no evidence of the package at my complexes delivery room and nothing was left on my doorstep. Extremely frustrated. Called Dynamex only to be told that their “records show a delivery”. Their records are not reflective of the truth. Amazon should stop doing business with them or give customers the option to not have packages delivered by them. I’ll stick to UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Amazon Prime uses this company as a third party delivery service and they are absolutely incompetent! Two times this week I have not received my packages when the tracking says “delivered.” I’ve called and the company does little to nothing to rectify the situation. I am LIVID. Be ware of this company and stay far away. Amazon needs to drop them and do better.

I wouldnt trust this company to transport anything. This is the second time Ive had a delivery issue with them. I expected one-day delivery from Amazon by 9pm. Just before 9pm, I received an email that my order was undeliverable, because the driver could not access the building to deliver my package. The problem was that the shipping address on the package clearly states PLEASE LEAVE DELIVERY AT RESIDENCE, so if the driver could read, the driver would not need to access the office building. The driver either couldnt read or was too lazy to get out of the truck and deliver the packages. Amazon needs to offer the option of informing buyers which shipping service will be used to deliver the orders. If I knew anything would be delivered by this company, I wouldnt order. How are they in business and connected to a company like Amazon? They are the absolute worst.

Multiple times they have indicated that the driver has had trouble finding my house. Yet miraculously they figure it out and it shows up a day or more late. I suspect they are lying about having issues so that they dont have to deliver the same day so they still get paid from Amazon. Glad to know shady business practices are still going strong. Why does Amazon use them?

My order was not delivered to my door as specified in the delivery instructions. I contacted Amazon and was advised they would contact Dynamex and have the driver pick the package up wherever it was delivered (If it was delivered at all), and deliver it to me. That has not happened.

The single worst courier service in the country. Do yourself a service and pay extra to have your packages delivered later; amazon one-day shipping involves these morons being too lazy to even come to your door. I have thrice dealt with their incompetence, and I only used them because I cannot choose who amazon ships with, but were it in my power I would never use them for any reason.

Amazon package delivered broken. This was equipment for our home security system. The driver threw it onto our front porch instead of walking up 4 steps and lying it down properly.

Dynamex threw our package over a fence in front of a model home in our neighborhood - about 1/2 mile from our actual home. Luckily, someone found it on the sidewalk and returned it to us. Terrible delivery service!

TForce /DYNAMEX is a third party private Amazon contractor. This is the 3rd time in a year my Amazon package was guaranteed by a certain date, TForce aka DYNAMEX marked my package as delivered and it was not. I contacted Amazon customer support, they said these 3rd party private contractors sometimes mark it as delivered (to show up in the system it was delivered by the guaranteed date) only to delivery it the next day. Amazon customer service told me itll be delivered the day after it was GUARANTEED AND MARKED delivered. The tracking number from TForce/Dynanax will begin with a DX.Terrible delivery company.

Because of all the bad reviews, I was waiting for the sound of a truck. Try more like 9:19pm and instead of front door it was wedged up at the mailbox at the top of the driveway and left in the rain instead of on the covered porch where the front door is. Even left the xmas lights on to light the way for them too. Worst. Delivery. Company. Ever!!! Delivery attempted to my work on a Saturday but it was closed and they said it would be re-delivered next business day. Every day I waited. Tracking page every day kept saying : Hold scan. I called the company 5 times and no one could help me, saying they sent an email to the local office and no one has replied. Finally I have up and contacted amazon who is trying to help me by re-sending the items. I would give negative stars if I could.

I made a one day shipping order on Amazon, and it has been over two days. Still no package. They say they call, never do, and then email you saying they couldnt deliver it as I wasnt present. I have been waiting all day, and only my normal mail person came by. By far the worse shipping company.I still want my package.

Second time Amazon has used same day shipping with this delivery provider with unacceptable service. Today, their driver/deliver dropped and kick my package onto my doorstep. The package was a fragile glass item. I have the incident on my ring doorbell camera showing this guy dropping and kicking my package. Unacceptable! Contacted Amazon and they filed a complaint with the team for action. I wonder if any action will really come about. Poor delivery service.

Like a lot of other reviews, I ordered a package from Amazon with same day delivery. At 8pm the package was marked delivered, but wasnt actually delivered. The next at around 1pm the package showed up. This company scams Amazon and its customers by doing this so they make Amazons same day delivery. Would not recommend ordering ANYTHING that will ship through this company. Amazon should stop using them immediately.

Ordered 4 items from amazon at same time on same day. Order was split among 3 carriers - usps, fedex and dynamex. USPS and fedex packages delivered on date expected. Dynamex item never came; was returned to amazon, marked as undeliverables. This was after ii had received notice that they were trying to get my package back on track. Someone was home all day, front wooden door open all day. I do not believe the package delivery was ever attempted. This was a very small package that could have easily been left on my ample sized front porch. I contacted amazon and filed a complaint and asked them to reconsider using this company.

Hello everyone , i have had two experiences so far with this company, the first time i placed an order with amazon i got it perfectly. the second time i recently placed an order , they claimed they delivered my item and there was nothing delivered, i checked my steps ,i checked my mailbox and nothing, unfortunately amazon refunded me which i believe they should not have too as they did there job of shipping it out but there delivery company they have selected needs to be dropped as there hired drivers are not doing there job. i had to get refunded and place another order same day ship and i can only pray that this driver actually delivers it and not loose it or even stolen it. i did send an email to the company and they claimed they will investigate it, but i doubt they do it, its honestly more worth just doing two day shipping then to use them , they are very unreliable, i will update you guys if they deliver my package today.

I was nervous after reading the reviews Ive seen in various places online about this company..but I must say they exceeded my expectations. I ordered my item around 1 AM and was to expect package by 9 PM. The fact that it was expected later and the comments I had seen, I just knew I was doomed..but to my surprise..my package was here by 10 AM. This experience was definitely not what I imagined. Happy I was able to give u guys thumbs up! Hopefully whoever reading this have the same wonderful experience as I did.

Only the second time, to my knowledge, that this company has been the delivery service for Amazon. First time, everything was fine. 2nd time (only a day later) I ordered another product from Amazon - same day delivery. Waited and waited. At about 5:30pm we received a notification from Alexa that our package had been delivered. My husband and I looked at each other curiously because we had neither seen nor heard anything. I checked outside both doors and even checked the mailbox - nothing. We contacted Amazon who turned it over to this company. We received an email late this afternoon stating they were still investigating - From the reviews it seems they are doing a lot of investigating and not a lot of resolving - or delivering!There is a reason we chose same day delivery... very disappointed.

Just another horror story of dynamex. They said they delivered my package from same day Amazon 37 minutes past the deadline. Only for me to walk out side, see nothing, check my truck bed, checked my mail box nothing. So I check my security cameras from two hours prior until the delivery took place. Nothing, no cars drove by, no package. Its a shame Amazon hires a company that apparently has a track record of dishonesty. I also tried to call this company with no response as did the Amazon customer service. So not only do they not deliver packages they also dont rectify the situation. Even USPS has a better track record than this service. 0/10 would not recommend.

Ordered a package with same say shipping. Man called and began mumbling. Pieced together that he was asking how to access the package locker, instructed him to walk up to it. He called back again later asking for the code, I told him couriers have to call to get a courier code and he hung up. He failed to deliver. They cant accomplish same day delivery or figure out a package locker.

Zero stars. I, like several of my neighbors, are forced to avoid using Amazon’s Next Day delivery because it usually involves Dynamex, which means you either won’t receive your package, or you’ll receive it days late, or on the off chance it shows up, a driver will call from somewhere on the block and ask if you can come outside, find their car, and get the package from them. Was forced to order something for the holidays and assumed since Amazon has their own delivery service now, that maybe next day would be safe. Wrong. Dynamex. Package never showed up. Sudden notification that they’d attempted delivery. I waited around all afternoon and evening. Definitely no attempt. Amazon never provides a carrier contact for them, and customer service can never reach anyone at Dynamex. Unacceptable carrier.

TERRIBLE experience! I would have given them NO stars! I shouldve gotten my package yesterday, they claim they couldnt find my house! I put a BIG sign out front with our address and they assured me that it would be delivered today by 9pm! My package was marked as delivered, which was not received. Then 3 days later, it was delivered by USPS. Seems like the person just threw it an USPS delivery box rather than actually doing what they were paid to do.

Despite the vast majority of the reviews being low. I was weary when I saw that amazon was utilizing this company to deliver packages. The package was way earlier than “9pm” and was not broken or anything. The only quarrel I have is that the delivery guy didn’t knock or ring the doorbell. He simply placed the package at the our steps and left.

I used to think they were decent doing same-day/one-day delivery for amazon. Until yesterday, I needed an air mattress immediately, and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, it delayed, so I had to sleep on the floor. Whats even worse is that I got a notification saying the package was delivered at noon today, and I didnt see any package a my door. further checking the status, I found that it showed delivered at apartment office.I went to apartment office one hour after delivery, they told me no body delivered packages earlier.So, either my package is lost or the assigned driver is dishonest.Contacted Amazon and asked for the refund. Amazon should seriously consider dropping them as the carrier.

I feel obligated to leave a review. I ordered an item from Amazon and got same day delivery. The delivery driver called me confused about how to access my apartment. After explaining how to get to the elevator I waited close to 10 minutes for the knock on the door. When I didnt hear anything went to look for the lost driver. I found my 200 dollar package down the hall in front of a different door. It seemed like the driver just got to my floor and threw my package in front of the first door he saw. It is sad that Amazon is using a company like this to deliver its packages.

**UPDATE**Upon 2 calls to the carrier it was determined that they no longer have my package and that it was lost. This required a 3rd call to the original vendor for replacement.****My package was ordered with 1 day shipping at midnight, delivery was expected at 9PM. After it reached 11PM and still not received my package I called their help center who informed me the drivers had already returned for the day and their office was closed for the night.2-3 minutes after calling my ordered was updated to show the delivery date as 2 days later - which would be 3 days for my order with 1 day shipping.I wish I could just go pick up my package from their distribution center which is ~10 miles away instead of waiting for their 1 day shipping.

Ordered something off Amazon for next day delivery and Dynamex marked the package as delivered but I never received it. I called Dynamex, and they said to call Amazon.

This shipping company, in quotes because Im not convinced they actually do that, has a habit of fulfilling 1 day Amazon Prime orders, and marking packages as delivery attempted without ever attempting. I know this because on the delivery dates in question, I was home all day, never heard a knock and never got a phone call. They have yet to successfully get a package to me, as it seems that somehow USPS ends up making the delivery. Regardless, dont expect these guys to do anything other than make your package late.

Still do not have package. Delivery has not been able to come because they claimed to not be able to access a public university that is open to the public at all times. Had to call three times to get the actual phone number to the Raleigh location only to be laughed at when describing my frustrations. Hopefully it will get delivered but probably wont. Very upset with them and Amazon.

I think this is my 5th (next day delivery) package Ive ordered through Amazon, that hasnt been delivered. They keep delivering to the wrong address! I was proactive this time. I opened a ticket yesterday, explicitly telling them they keep getting it wrong. Ive found some of the packages, having run from building to building, to find them. Ive a chest infection and its cold. Im not looking this time.The item was delivered 24 hours late and not to me. I sincerely hope they either get some quality control or go out of business. I guess whoever received the latest package can consider it a Christmas present from Amazon!

I have ordered many items that were delivered by Dynamex and every one of them has been delivered on time and in excellent shape. Furthermore, the regular driver who delivers to my house is kind and very friendly. He even remembered once that my dog had surgery and asked about his recovery! I highly recommend this company.I would also like to note that - although the negative reviews may have merit - I imagine that there are also many people who have had positive experiences here but dont realize that Dynamex is in charge of delivering their packages (as opposed to UPS, USPS, etc.) and therefore have not left positive reviews.

If I could rate 0 I would. I ordered a package from Amazon for same day shipping. It was listed as delivered on the same day and wasnt. I called Amazon and they linked me with this company who said theyd get in touch with the driver and call me back to figure out what happened with my package. They never did. I ordered a replacement package from Amazon which arrived 2 days later. 3 days after that my initial package was delivered by this company. So basically they lied about delivering my package and delivered it 5 days late. Terrible business.

The worst delivery service. I had two seperate orders, and paid for one day shipping. Both times they said they could not deliver the package because they could not access my front door because of a gate or a access code to the property. Well, let me tell you that i do not live in a gated community and my driveway is wide open without any gates or access codes in the way. I do not recommend this company and i will do my best to avoid doing business with them in the future. Come up with a different lie to tell people as to why you did not deliver their package on time like they paid for.

I appreciate the fact that Amazon, by way of TForce/Dynamex, has expedited shipping. However, I dont appreciate the unpleasant service I have received.I ordered a textbook on Amazon & paid for Saturday, expedited shipping. The company lied and said that they came to my apartment, but I was home all day and didnt see them once. Further, they claimed that they called me to say they were at my apartment, yet I did not have any missed calls from them. I concluded that the company did not ever come to my apartment because: (1) the company said that they used an access code to get into the security gate at my apartment but the time at which they claimed that they came, the gates are not closed, and (2) the company said that they used an access code which doesnt exist.I hope to never have to use this service again because my textbook did not arrive on time and I ended up having to drive 30 minutes away to PICK UP my textbook in order to avoid further headache & frustration. Hopefully Amazon will use a different carrier service but until then, I wont be utilizing expedited shipping.

Awful, awful, awful. The last 3 packages have been delivered to completely the wrong address. Im tired of complaining. Ive put in support tickets. No resolution. Stick with 2-day free shipping on Amazon, instead of these cowboys.

Delivery, from Amazon, thru Dynamex arrived 2 days late. Received emails after 8:00 PM on prior two days claiming driver had issues performing delivery while other companies encountered not a single issue.When item was delivered, box was slammed against front door.

I received my order today as promised . My only problem with this company is that my order sat outside for almost and hour before I checked to see if it had been delivered. Three cars in the driveway and not one knock or doorbell ring, had I not checked online it would still be out there.

Ordered a package from Amazon Prime and it was handled by Tforce/Dynamex. The driver lied about having delivered at our address and the company story changed every time. First, they claimed it was marked as delivered at 12:04 PM by accident and was still forthcoming. Next, they said it was delivered to the front office of my apartment complex, but it was not. After no response for hours, I called customer service and spoke to a very rude, but apparently completely helpless representative. Suddenly, despite the original story of it having accidentally been marked as having been delivered at 12:04 PM, they changed their story and said that it actually had been delivered, that they had GPS proof of this, despite us having no package to show for it. I asked to be able to contact the delivery hub directly so that I could find out what happened, but the CS agent claimed that email was the only way to contact the hub and they were not going to share that info with me. The agent then hung up while I was mid-sentence. Tforce/Dynamex successfully completed the triple crown of bad customer experience: deceit, incompetence, and rudeness.

Worst ever!

Same experience as many others. This local courier service was the designated delivery partner for my Amazon 1 day order. Day 1 order placed at 9am, delivery promised by 9pm. Day 1 came and went without delivery. New updated delivery day (2 days later than original) also came and went with no delivery. Finally, after day 4 of the same, gave up and asked for a full refund (which Amazon quickly granted). From these reviews, Im convinced that a Dynamex driver or supervisor just has a horde of all the stuff that was ordered as Amazon 1 day delivery in their house somewhere. Dynamex / TForce, awful experience. Stick to two day Amazon shipping.

Not a good shipping company- reconsidering any fast shipping services through amazon.

I have order a few things from Amazon and Amazon uses Dynamex. Each time I have had problems. The first time they said my address did not exist the second time they delivered it to the wrong address 15 minutes away and now they are saying that I live in a gated community and cannot get in the front Gates. My address does exist because I get USPS, FedEx and UPS when I order items. I have lived here for 3 years. And the address has been here for at least 6 years. Not sure how they delivered my items to another home but they drove it to us and dropped it off. And if there is a gate I guess I run it over daily because I apparently cannot see it! I HATE DYNAMEX and the drivers are rude!

I ordered an Amazon Echo for same day delivery. Driver arrived, never knocked on the door or rang doorbell. Instead he stopped at the steps, threw the package on the porch and walked back to his car. The only reason I knew the package was there was because I heard the sound of the package slamming to the porch floor.

Amzon need to drop them. Believe all the other negative reviews. You wont get your package on time if they deliver!!!!

Ordered same day service and my package was not delivered! The company came up with the excuse that they did not have an access code - my apartment complex does not have access codes and my door is outside (not inside a building). Horrible company with bad business ethics.

Id give no starts if it were possible. Ordered from Amazon and chose next day shipping, didnt come. Im not sure why Amazon still utilizes this delivery service being that many are making the same complaints. Such incompetence.

I tried Amazons Same Day Delivery service for the first time. This was the delivery company they used. I never received my package. I think Ill stick to Amazons two-day or more delivery schedules. If this is the company they use for my area, I will never use same-day shipping again.

After reading soooo many negative reviews, I was scared Ill never see my package and ill have to go refund process with Amazon. However, it was delivered when it was supposed to and the driver even called me to clarify where my door are.

Package was to be delivered same day as ordered. Im on day 3. It was out for delivery at least on day 2, but they didnt show up. Terrible.

It’s a shame Amazon has to catch the flak from the customers because of these guys. The reviews are true. They are unreliable.
