Ive worked with a number of framing concerns over three decades and Joanne at Eastern Art and Frame is incomparable. While I enter her shop with an idea of what I am looking for (I have collected maps, watercolors, etchings, photographs and wood block prints through the years,) Joanne inevitably guides me to the ideal. Her eye is impeccable. Of course she chooses the best arrangement of mat(s) and frame to compliment the piece but also takes into account where it will hang, and its potential effect in a grouping. She has helped me create a gallery wall in my living space that brings me joy on a daily basis. This is a wonderful and talented person who is a pleasure to work with, a great listener with a ready smile and sense of humor. Her prices are reasonable and less expensive than other framers I have used. Especially now, as we are spending more time at home - have that item youve been meaning to hang framed and begin enjoying it.
