Ive been twice. Both times the rooms were missing parts of the game being correctly set up. One time it cost us about 10 minutes before the person watching the game noticed and fixed it. The second time the final clue was given to us off the bat which messed up everything and it wasnt until most of the game was over that the person running the game bothered to put down his book and look around the corner to notice.**Major problem**Gave no warning about PTSD noises except to the person who scheduled the game. Nothing was said to the group before hand. One person spent most of the game on the floor unable to function because the staff couldnt bother to tell us this before the game.Afterwards, no apology, no asking if they are okay, literally just looked at them and move around like nothing happened.

This place is awesome. The staff was super nice and made us feel welcome. We did the hardest room available and needed a couple hints... Which were obvious and we should have seen them, but its so exciting you overlook things easier. The actress was really cool. The room was done very well with cool gadgets and doodads. Just remember brute force is never the answer.

It was a great experience! We were in a group of five and we did the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde room and we very much enjoyed the puzzles and unique features in the room. There is an employee, in character, in the room with you to give you help when you need it. We thought that would be a little weird but they ended up being a great addition to the experience. We definitely want to come back and try their more challenging rooms. Would recommend to anyone who likes or wants to try an escape room!

The Escape Room itself was fantastic! The man at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming. However, the woman who was in the room with us was EXTREMELY rude and cold. She never smiled at us, barely ever gave us hints when we asked for them, was condescending several times, and overall made the room less fun than I expected. I truly hope to not get her again IF I do decide to come back. Her attitude really makes me hesitate about returning.

Blitzkrieg was the 1st escape room we ever did. Weve been to 6 other escape rooms since. Expecting the same experience. Not one of them met our expectations. Labyrinth escape games was hands down the best escape room experience weve had. My family asked me what I want 4 christmas. I said an escape room trip, but only if i can get a booking with these guys. Seriously the best thanks, Jewellz H

My escape room group recently did the Mutiny room on the hard difficulty. Were experienced escapees, so it took us about 30 minutes. The props and atmosphere were top notch and really added to the experience. I previously was at an event here where I got to see some of their other puzzles. I think they are very professional and I would recommend this place first among Portland escape rooms

Absolutely incredible experience! The staff were very professional, and the escape room we tried (a pirate-themed one called Mutiny) blew us away with the production value of the rooms as well as the quality and inventiveness of the puzzles. I highly recommend giving their escape rooms a shot, and see if you can beat our time of 40 minutes on Mutiny!

I took my employees here for part of our Christmas party last weekend and Labyrinth did not disappoint! We did the Blitzkrieg room. Were engineers, so we were hoping for a solid mental challenge and we got it. We came close to getting through it, but fell probably a minute or two short. We did this in the mid-afternoon and spent the rest of the night talking about the escape room. A lot of fun and something that will really test your mind.

We booked an escape room for my brother’s bachelor party and the staff were very helpful with all of our last minute adjustments. The theme of our room was WWII and it was so much fun! We had a group of 10 guys, which while a little tight in space, worked well for us. The puzzles to complete were challenging and the staff (dressed and acting in character) was very funny and helpful.Highly recommend!

We had a group of 5, and only one of us had done an escape room before. We chose the most challenging one and it was so much fun! It was great to find things and how they correlate with other things in the room. With younger teens I recommend the intermediate or beginner, but I being the young teen in our group actually managed to help out with some things about as much as the adults! We finished with 10 minutes to spare. So much fun, I recommend it to anyone. Side note: It is dark in the advanced one and there is another person there. The person is nice and helps you out, and the room is dark for a reason. Nothing is scary and the only thing that moves without you touching it is some doors that slide open. Again, super fun and I recommend it.

Dinner service ran later than expected so my group was late. Since we were of the last group of the night, they were accommodating of our start time. The puzzles werent too difficult for the easy room. Make sure you have a sober person who can read well... Hints were mostly along the lines of read better.... Oddly enough, very helpful...

Did the WWII escape room, and it was a tough room. The more difficult escape mechanisms were well camouflaged in the room, making it hard escape challenge. We brought a 1st timer (my Dad) to the room, and he had a great time because the puzzles were mechanical and electrical in nature. Really a good fit for a man that likes to putter in the shop making things. Even the next day he was talking about the how of the way the the room was designed and constructed.

Love this stuff!! My sister and I had done these before so we had an idea on what to do. Even though we were told it was a harder scenario and it was just the two of us we almost solved it! As always, the staff was very nice and had answers to all of our questions - though they might not share what those answers are.

SO. MUCH. FUN!I had never done an escape room. My buddy and I decided to try it out for my birthday. And what a fun experience. I definitely recommend you trying it if you never have. And the people who run this place were awesome. Since my group (Just me and my friend) was pretty small we got paired up with 2 other groups of 2. This worried me at first however, we all worked very well together. Ended up solving the room with 14min to spare. This place has a few different themed rooms. We went with the Dr. Jackal themed ones but I now want to try all the other ones they have to offer.Basically if you havent tried escape room DO!And I would seriously consider this place as they were awesome.

My family of six explored the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde Room. We thought we would be at each other’s throats. This was our first one, and everyone was ecstatic at the end. What seems at first to be a fairly unremarkable room kept us all busy examining each detail. I loved how the props/clues were all in keeping with the medical theme and period of history. Several things that happened astonished me. Afterwards they walked us through how we solved the mystery. Everyone played a part in some critical part of the puzzle. I love it even more than I thought I would! I would absolutely go here again. I trust them to provide an interesting and thought provoking experience.

We had a phenomenal time! The preparation, creativity, and attention to detail blew us away. The room design of the Blitzkrieg was awesome and the puzzles were challenging enough to keep everyone involved. This was SO MUCH FRIGGING FUN! I will be bringing so many friends and dates here, dear lord! I had never done an escape the room puzzle before and this was so much more fun then expected. I really had no idea what I was getting into and Im so glad I tried it. Any of the rooms would be fun (and Ill be back to try them!) but the Blitzkrieg room was phenomenally dark, action packed and engaging. Beautiful space, super fun and knowledgeable staff, perfectly executed concepts. And a great location! DO THIS FOR DATE NIGHT.

Ive been to Labyrinth Games twice and both times have been a really fun, exciting adventure. My girlfriend and I just duod the at-this-time-new Mutiny game on its third day debut. Very fun, very immersive. There a few minor mechanical things that will be ironed out as they keep playing the game, but I HIGHLY recommend it. We had a group of 6. We did the Tesla and DaVinci story. What a blast! It was challenging, well thought out, had a fascinating story and the guide was fantastic. They have someone in the room with you who will give enough hints to make it fun, but not spoil anything. The story was fairly intriguing and took several different kinds of problem solving. The technical aspects of the room were top notch. We were down to 3 minutes when we finally finished. It was frantic and fun in the last few minutes and challenging and pensive leading up. We had a BLAST! It was two 40ish folks and four 18 year old in out group (my wife, our son and his friends). We were all very engaged throughout the experience and everyone was able to add to the solution. Very highly recommended!

If youve never been to an escape room...this is pretty good. If youve ever been to an escape room...this company is very average. Their best asset is their location. They have the most centrally-located escape room in Portland. Its a shame they arent better.Rooms are always 1-room only. Weve tried 3 rooms, and none of them were above average, and 2 had malfunctions. (All escaped and all under the max-number of people, and one of their brand new rooms had multiple malfunctions. Ugh.). Of our 3 experiences, Id say one was good, one was average, one was bad.If you want a better escape room experience in the Portland-area...(Hour to Midnight, Portland Escape Rooms, Escape PDX, Escapism, In Search of an Exit, Mental Trap). After that, try Labyrinth.

While there is still room for improvement, the two beta rooms were challenging enough to keep you scrambling the entire time and different enough where each felt like a new experience. The larger and mixed group the better. You want people thinking from different angles. I went with friends that didnt think they were going to be any help and thought they would be just standing around. They ended up being the most active for reading and searching for clues. There is something for everyone to do.The owners are very personable and actively seeking to make the rooms the best they can be. Definitely worth the money to experience something new in my opinion.

If you are trying to decide which escape room venue you should visit in Portland, look no further. If you can only do one location while youre in town, this is it. The rooms are well thought out and heavily themed. Puzzles have historical Easter eggs hidden throughout which youll love to discover or enjoy learning about after the fact. I dont typically like employees on the room with us because I feel like it breaks immersion. However, the GMs in this instance were an essential part of the environment, and Im glad they were there.
