Over the last 4 years we have spent a lot of time at ninth state and have loved the experience. The fitness classes are excellent and always fresh, with motivated instructors and wide variety of ability/experience levels accommodated. We have also participated in the dance portion of the studio taking several years of ballroom dancing with Chris. It is a great way to spend an evening whether you are an experienced ballroom dancer or a novice. He is able to teach to several different levels, making it fun for all! I couldnt imagine the Plymouth community without them!

We just joined and are having a very good experience. I joined the gym and enrolled my 2 kids in classes ( karate & dance). I was impressed with the amount of classes they offer for a small mountain town. The gym has what I need and is a coded entry. It is clearly designed for 24/7 convenience and does not have an attendant on duty - which works great for me as my schedule is always changing.

As someone who has been going to the Ninth State for at least four years now, I can truthfully say it is a great place. It has consistently improved over the years where new classes and equipment have been added to make the experience there even better. I personally take boxing and karate and in both cases the instructors are dedicated and take a genuine interest in seeing the skills of those they teach develop. While I do not participate in the dance classes myself, I know many people who do and have only heard and seen good things about them. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a new sport, to pick up dancing, or simply wanting to stay in shape.

My experience at the Ninth State has mostly centered around the Boxing program. The coaches at the Ninth State offer a tremendous amount of experience, skill, and patience to every athlete at any performance level. Whether your interests center around general fitness through a fun and different modality, or whether you are pursuing a competitive boxing experience, The Ninth State Movement Complex can guide you, support you, and inspire you towards fulfilling your personal endeavors. To those who are already involved in boxing and those just beginning, I cant recommend to you enough this gym and its coaches.

A HUGE thank you to NINTH STATE and their TEAM. We had A BLAST! Those instructors at Ninth State are warm, welcoming, non judgmental; they are simply amazing!!! Cant wait for our next family class AND yes, spinning! I think I may be a SPINNER now;) ADULT ZUMBA is AWESOME. What a way to dance, have fun, get fit and just let loose!!!

The Ninth State has been a fantastic outlet for our family! They provide quality dance instruction while maintaining a very warm and welcoming learning environment. Zumba classes are also professionally taught and tons of fun! The Ninth State is an important community resource that offers priceless opportunities for our youth as well as adult population! Our family has participated in a variety of classes and workout opportunities since the Ninth State opened their doors. They have consistently grown and added new classes and ways to exercize. There is something there for everyone and the 24 hour workout option really expands the opportunity to workout, regardless of hour or weather. Keep up the great work!

Gym is good, lots of equipment. People are rarely at the desk, have to email a certain person if discontinue membership. No one ever calls or emails back when you have a question or request a change or end of membership.
