Its a nice place but, i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone due to what we have experienced. 1st, the staff dont open any attractions whenever you ask for it. They say that its closed and to wait for 30 minutes but we only have 2 hours left. One time my 2 children got assaulted by staff. When I asked them what happened, they said that they would call the police. They are lazy, and they have poor costumer service. Last week on the go-carts, one of my neighbors got injured. They didnt help, call an ambulance, or gave me first-aid. So please, think twice before going here. Because the safety of our children is 1st priority.

Wow, this place is SO cool! They have a variety of different things meant to keep kids occupied for hours. I brought my two nine year olds to play as I sat and did my taxes on my laptop (because how else am I to get uninterrupted time). We were there for 3 hours and only left because they closed. They had a blast on the ropes course and Trampolines. I was worried it was just going to be another Trampoline park but this was not. It was just filled to the brim with unique things including a ball pit! I gave it 4 stars because the table and chairs were all very sticky and dirty, the shoe area was overflowing that it was impossible to store or find anything, and they advertised bumper cars but they didnt have any.

We had a birthday party here today. The best part was the skyrider. The worst was the Go-Karts how can they be called Go-Karts they kept stopping for no reason the annoying speakers behind your head. Even my 2 and 5 year old thought they were boring. Never once could we go around the track without it stopping. Very big disappointment. Staff was rude and lazy. Also not everything was open at all times with plenty of staff standing around.

Yesterday we visited Urban Air and I never seen my son so happy. He played for three our straight without stopping a moment. There are a lot of things to do more than trampolines, but I think that the Sky Rider is the top attraction for kids. The location is new, very clean, and the staff is very helpful.

Spent almost 300 bucks here, almost every employee had a bad attitude ESPECIALLY the guy at the go-carts. Not only did they have an attitude with customers but they had attitudes with their own associates. Other then the poor attitude by employees the place is fun. But seriously kids go to have fun so have a kid friendly attitude. We will be back to try again someday.

We had fun driving the cars....one of the young employees was a little aggressive in driving...And I got tired of waiting to be served at the snack bar, I ended up walking out, there were only two kids in front of me, but it seems the attendant just could not keep up....crazy. I went across the street to the gas station and loaded up on hot dogs and Coca Cola, I am sure for waaaayyyy less than what I would have paid here... you know, its not a carnival...why do snacks have to cost an arm and a leg??

Be careful my daughter had an accident there and 911 was called. The go kart were very speedy and she needed trip to Er and stiches. I am not sure about safety of my child and not going back. I am still waiting for a call from a manger!

It was amazing for my first time and the kids first times. They enjoyed it. We did not do the platinum with unlimited go kart rides this time around. I enjoyed the parent price $5.99 excluding the platinum which is unlimited go kart rides. Because I didn’t do everything the kids did and I got really tired after only a couple of jumps on the trampolines so I’m really glad I didn’t have to spend a lot since I wasn’t doing a lot as is. I was there to make sure the kids were having fun. That was my main goal. I asked if they would like to come back and possibly do their birthday parties here and they both said yes of course. So we will definitely be coming back.

A. When we first walked in it took over 10 minutes to get checked in even though there were at least 4 people behind the front counter. That ate into our reserved play time since we showed up ~3 min. early.B. The attractions that need staff assistance took, at times, over 15 minutes to get help. Again, eating into our reserved play time.C. Lockers cost $3.00 to rent for 2 hours, they are free at Rockin Jump and Sky Zone.D. Daughter dropped her straw for her icee on the floor and we asked for a new straw and were told,” No, we need to purchase an icee.” We informed him we did already purchase an Icee and she dropped her straw. His response, “no”. Horrible customer service to show to a child.E. We payed for and reserved 2 hours of play time than we’re stopped after 1 hour and told our time was up and we needed to leave. I replied, “ No we paid and reserved 2 hours, the Halloween special” (30% off 2 hr play time). We than were told we need to go to front desk because they likely gave us wrong color braclets. When we got to front desk, waited another ~10 minutes for staff to help us. Indeed it did turn out they gave us wrong color bracket. Another 15 minutes gone from our reserved play time.F. They shut down to clean for 15 minutes every hour or so but do not add that time back to your paid for play time.

Great place for kids,the young,rude,lazy staff very disappointed in how they yell at kids,stand around and talk,never at there station.I had one employee ask me do I know how much he makes, like its the kids fault you choose a low paying job that you have to be nice!!!!!Overall very disappointed in this place!!!!!!

If you need a break from the kids or just an reason to get the kids out the house, come to Urban Air. Its full of fun things to do for the kids and adults (kind of). Get a pass for the kids and let them run around crazy while you catch up on a book or your Netflix series. Alchohol beverages are served at the concession stand if you like. Hands down best place for hanging out!

We have membership, but you need to commit for a year. So we are going to try it out. Just wish they have one near to my home, I’m from Champlin and I have to drive there for 27 minutes. Right now with COVID-19 they’re only doing reservations. And they Clean every hour.

I will never recommend anyone to take there kids to have fun specially go-cart the guy who work there have attitude try to avoid here

We had a great experience for our daughter’s 6th birthday! There were so many different activities and the kids had a blast doing all the them. Jordan was our party attendant and he was fantastic! He was very attentive and on top of everything. It made it so easy for us to come in and just enjoy our time. We will definitely be back!

Really like this place. My kids freaked out when we walked in. It is a very cool place. The go carts are real world Mario kart. The zip line across the ceiling is something Ive never seen before. Anyone can ride it, the kids and I both rode it. A lot of fun! Great to take kids anytime, but looking forward to taking kids on those terrible winter days.There really isnt a place like this in our part of town, Im glad they decided to make the investment here. The membership in my opinion is well worth it.

You dont understand the size of this park until you walk in! The attractions are so much fun! The staff are friendly and encouraging. My favorite is the Sky Rider and the Go-Karts! Perfect place for the whole family!

Overall we love the place. Our kids have a great time and get some good exercise. One area for improvement is that the lines can get really long on the weekends to check in at the front desk and also to get food. When that happens, other employees tend to not be in any hurry to help out.

Very young workers here who maybe arent properly trained. They are all around probably 16 years old. One put a harness on my niece completely wrong and was going to let her go up to the Leap Of Faith jump, but luckily we were watching and stopped her before going. The kids had fun and the zipline is fun. Just watch your kids and dont entirely trust the kids who work here that hook yours up to the harnesses.

Awesome place. The ball pit was a hit but theres so much more here than any other similar place. We will go here from now on, even though its further away.

Moms and Dads, do you want to pay for a monthly membership only to wait in a line of 15 people every time you arrive? Does watching your 5-year-old buckle himself into his rock wall harness as you stand in front of a sign that says only staff should do it (and there is a staff member nearby - but they are either checking their phone or should have at least one other employee helping them due to crowds) make you squeal with delight? Do you love reading hand-written signs listing the many items out of stock at the food counter? THEN THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!

Great place! The Leap of Faith is a must try! It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! Didnt have any issues. $25 for a whole day and you can do basically every trampoline.

We were here as guests for a party. While the spot is cool with a lot of fun stuff to do, the staff is horrible. The party host was fine but we had a day pass for little brother and decided to order food. The line was 20 minutes long, followed by the staff leaving the register when I got the front. When I asked the second register if the gal was coming back, she said she had no idea and Id have to go to the back of the her line (along with the 10 people behind me) to be helped. I told her I would not... After a few minutes someone came to our register. Rudely took my order (with even making eye contact) . 30 MINUTES later I asked if they knew how long my pizza would be. I was passed between 4 staff who had NO idea. I was finally told by the last person It would be be another 30 minutes. At that point our party we were with was almost over so I asked if I could have a refund. She told be Id have to get back in the 20 minute plus line... I went to management whom promptly gave me the refund. Luckily my starving 6 year old was able to have a few pieces of the parties pizza before leaving.The place was also a bit of a mess. Popcorn all over main floor, dirty tables, dirty climbing equipment.The place has a lot of potential but the standards set for the staff are obviously low. My advice is to get MORE staff and higher expectation of said staff.

The staff seems like they are all high school students. Most seemed to not pay much attention and one was more hands on in a weird way with the harness for the climbing stuff let alone yelling at the vikings game that was on the TVs. Didnt need to rush up to my son and start grabbing when I was already there helping him. Only real down fall is the go carts. If my son and I are riding in the same cart I dont understand why you have to buy multiple tickets? Staff said its about 5 minutes per ride so almost $40 for me and him to have 5 minutes is extremely steep. On the plus side all other attractions are awesome and worth a visit

If i could give ZERO stars I would. Pay $40 per kid and the staff does not pay attention or help kids while on climbing wall. They are attached to harness just waiting to be unhooked. Ordered $60 in food and 45 min later I asked about it and they didnt make ours. I do not have more time to wait since we are now hungry. They are now charging my card more to refund the only the food and not the beverages. In a positive, the building is nice. Would not recommend to friends until they can hire someone adults or a manager to actually train staff to care!

Fairly new location. Lots to do. The staff is hit or miss but perhaps with more training, theres room for improvement. We bought memberships for the older kids and have been several times now in the summer months. We plan to continue through the winter to burn some energy. Even the 4yo loves coming for the ball pit and jungle gym area. There is a trampoline section for the little ones so they are not getting bounced around or run into by older kids. The rock climbing walls are unique and fun. Theres trampoline basketball, a dodgeball area, a whole area for those who are super jumpers and flippers, a zip line, a ropes course, a go-cart track, and, as I mentioned, a ball pit course. They have concessions and the food is decent. It has never been super packed so far this summer but I expect it will be this winter. The bathroom needs more monitoring with paper towels or hand dryer or something. We usually put our shoes back on to use the bathroom so we dont get our socks wet. Overall, clean facility.

I brought my two granddaughters (7,4) to this Urban Air Adventure Park in Plymouth this morning. I can’t believe what a truly awesome and exciting place this is for kids of all ages! I would have given them “10 stars” if I could have! My granddaughters had such a fun and amazing experience doing all the different attractions. The oldest one was able to go on all the activities, including the go carts and zip line! The management and staff were so fun and helpful! We also had their pizza for lunch....it was delicious!!We will definitely be back! I bet I know where they will want to have their next birthday party?! Thanks again for the wonderful adventure, Urban Air!

Deceptive advertising...promoted a winter break special and stated it was a BOGO...50% off. However, it was only 25% off...definitely not a buy one get one. Also, we purchased it anyway only to find out it was weekday only...buried way in the fine print. We were here on a Sunday. Many people in line with the same situation... Manager could care less...said take it up with the advertise company.So deceptive to get you to purchase and then you are there with the kids and have to pay full price.Might want to clean your bathrooms too...no soap and service date was yesterday...Not coming back.

Place was fun. Kinda over priced, and dirty. There was overflowing trash that didnt get changed the whole hour we were there.

Kids had a blast! Fun winter activity. Too spendy to visit on a regular basis, but definitely will visit again. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. All around a good time.

Urban Air is a really fun place really kind people all sorts of fun activity’s to do while there. Jada is my favorite staff there she is very nice.

Go carts were a little disappointing. They did give you a good long ride though and constantly open. We went on a slower day so they rotated the attractions that were open. I figured I would want to race gocarts but wasnt super fun. I did enjoy jumping on the trampolines and things with the kiddos. Next time I will just do the parent pass for me.

As a trampoline and go cart place for little kids, it’s great. However, if you choose to buy the go carting for 40 dollars and you are a serious driver/need for speed, I wouldn’t suggest purchasing the premium pass in order to go racing. They can go fast but only if the person operating the go cart station has the key to increase the speed ,if there are no kids under a certain age group(very rare as all the kids want to go on it) and if there are too many people riding they will kick down the speed(very common) All these factors will take your 45-50 mph desires to a slow 15-25 mph on a track that was meant for those cars! Place was clean and not many people during the day but still enough to slow down the go carts to a dreadful speed. Again, don’t go here and pay 40 dollars expecting go carts to be the main attraction and fast rather purchase a cheaper pass as everything else is pretty good and will keep you entertained.

Cool place, my kid enjoys the activities but dont go during off days/hours (Weekdays). We went on a Monday and the few sections were not manned (like Sky riders) and it took me 2 reminders to get someone there to open it up. The manager gave me an eye roll when I asked the 2nd time and said what did I want open again?? I get she got busy but also forgot what I asked 10 minutes ago (on a slow night) so obviously the skills were lacking. In general - good place but resources lacking during off-hours

I wish I wouldve known before I brought my kids that you have to sign up for a membership on the website. (This only applies if youre going with the membership option instead of the once-and-done route.) If youre signing the kids up for a membership, you cant do it here. Or any other UrbanAir. So, I sat on the sad little bleacher seat for 20 mins while my 3 boys were going wild so I could fill out the membership stuff on my phone. We all had a great time, but the new member registration needs some attention.

Our almost 7 year old daughter loved the birthday party she went here for a classmate. It seem well organized, staff supervision was excellent.

Love this place. 21$ for practically everything. Its got a area for parents to hang out with tvs, beer, wine and the food isnt bad either. Not too expensive. 20$ a month membership for everything and you get a free piece of pizza and chips every time you come cant be beat. Should have joined sooner.

This is a fun place to visit to hang out. It has a wide variety of options of things to do. However, it is a little pricey to get in and get a wrist band. It is worth it, though, Definitely check out the warrior course (likely based on American Ninja Warrior).

Fun place, but improvements could be made - 1) More workers at food line and have pizzas ready to go. We stood in line FOREVER and once we finally made up there, there wasn’t any pizza ready (even though you have a special including pizza), 2) More places to sit for adults and tables to sit and eat that are not reserved for birthday parties, and 3) places to put shoes, coats, etc that you don’t have to pay extra for (it already costs enough just to get in), and 4). Do we really have to have your specific socks?!? Why? $$$$

Urban air is the best place to go to with a group of friends. It is so fun and go carts it amazing. The kids that work here are so kind and all are very nice. Easily 5 stars

I went in to Urban Air Plymouth with my grand nephew to ride the go-karts on a dreary Minnesota Saturday..The place was packed with activity! I wasnt so sure I would enjoy myself but seeing the fun time my grand nephew was having doing everything along with the go-karts made my day! Urban Air was the highlight of our otherwise soggy weekend! We will definitely be back again soon!!

Been coming here since you guys have opened and I always have a blast every time I come in. The staff is always joyful and happy to help whenever needed. I recommend urban air to everyone. I promise, you wont be disappointed whatsoever.

Terrible customer service! Bought unlimited pass, and get to the go karts and the employee leave the line of kids waiting saying, “Sorry bro, I’m on my break. Find someone else!” When we go to the counter to ask about staffing, someone else is complaining that no one is attending to concessions. When I ask why no one is staffing the different areas, the employee got aggressive and told me “I couldn’t talk to her that way.”It’s a fun place for kids to use the activities when they are available. I hope ownership gets staffing levels correct and improves training. I would like experience the facilities again if run the way they could be.

So what part of this event is supposed to be sensory friendly? There are huge groups and bday parties. It is very loud because of all the people. The flashing lights are still flashing on the climbing stuff and the staff is uneducated about autism/ sensory processing. It was unorganized at check in because there was so many arriving for birthday parties. You cant just call it a sensory friendly event and not actually limit the people and noise. While it was nice the music was off thats really bthe only thing that was different. Also, we brought our own socks from another jump place and were not allowed to use them even though they were exactly the same except for the color. I would absolutely not recommend this event to sensory families.

Young adult playground is a dream for parents and kids. Ninja warrior courses over a pool filled with plastic balls. Climbing walls and structures, ropes courses, zip line, padded play place, go carts, and last but not least trampolines! Parents can play or work on computers with free WiFi and picnic tables. This is great exercise and perfect for extreme or bad weather days in Minnesota.

I love having a membership for my son but I wish it could be a household membership and share among siblings. My son who has membership has a broken toe he did at urban air and now he can’t use his membership and it will go paid and unused.

Very disappointing. Abysmal customer service. Poorly and inaccurately informed staff. Neglected to accurately depict cancellation policy despite my reluctance to book until confirmation that two friends could make the date. Refused to book on the weekend. When I attempted to cancel six weeks out, neither I nor their corporate office could get mica general manager to respond. When finally reached, three weeks ahead of event, my money was only partially refunded because “that’s their policy.” A policy about which I was not informed when booking. General manager finally left a condescending voice mail telling me that there would be no consideration in refunding my money. Very poor customer service. Very clear they have no desire to keep our family as customers. Short-sighted. I have never written a negative review in y life but felt this was necessary to forewarn others. Also, proving is outrageously high and definitely NOT worth the experience given. We won’t be back.

Go karts are very fun! This place is great for kids! If you go once and they like it, you should get a membership. You save tons of money! There is also dodgeball, mega trampolines, trampolines, dunking, ball pit, and foam fighting pit.

The park looks amazing and fun, but my students experience was absolutely horrible. The staff were rude. They hounded our students for doing the same exact things as other children. They underminded the authority of teachers and were very rude to us as well. They complained about the amount of children we had in our group (24) the moment we walked in the door. They showed zero care for our childrens safety by allowing other children to harness our students to do rock climbing. One of the staff caught that another staff did not properly harness one of my students to do the zip lining. When brought to his attention he said well there is too many of them so I cant get them all right. Then left and had the students harnessing themselves. I told the manager. And she spoke to ones of the staff about his behavior. He apologized to me, but followed with excuses as to why he hounded our students and said nothing to the white children who were actually breaking rules. I will never go here again. We paid $610 for this 2 hour field trip. And it left our students feeling embarrassed and defeated.

I brought my 9 year old daughter there and she wanted to move in. So much fun!! Rock climbing, trampolines, ninja warrior course, and so much more. Her favorite sky rider, my favorite the goat carts. The staff was very professional and helpful. Cant wait to go back!

$60 for me to take two 5 year olds on ONE go kart ride. You read that right. I was there once before an they didnt charge me to drive my son because he didnt meet the height requirement to drive his own. This time they did. Team Lead Crosby was pretty sure that was the policy when pressed. Shame on him if he didnt know, shame on Urban Air if thats the actual policy. I had 2 crying kids in my car. The most parts are for kids around 6-13. The Go kart is pretty good for big kids.

The only reason why I gave it one star was to get it to post. I trusted them with my 11 year olds birthday party and they completely screwed it up. I have paid for probably 20 birthday parties between my 2 kids and this was by far one of the most expensive and least worth it. Nothing worked, the party planners forgot about us, all promised attractions were not delivered and they refused to comp us to an acceptable level. They were completely over their head and poorly managed. What a nightmare. DO NOT EVER trust them with a birthday.

The people where rude. They had an attitude. A worker came up to us and assumed we were high and asked if we were on drugs. All we were doing was jumping and having a good time for my friends birthday. I don’t know if it was because we were older or what but the workers were absolutely rude with everything they said to us.

Good attractions for kids but the waiting lines are just unbearable for go karts and zip liner especially when you pay $40 for entry. My kids waited over 30 minutes for go karts and then they have pushed birthday party group and my kids missed their line go. When I have told staff member that my kids were waiting longer and it was their turn to go, the member of staff told me rudely to calm down...

My kids went to a birthday party there. All they talked about the rest of the week was how much fun it was.
