Nice, staff was friendly. I went because I was told the man in the mountain display was there but was told its there only sometimes. I was disappointed but the museum is small, quaint with lots of information. I painted a coaster which I was able to take home with me. Id love to go the next time Im in town to see the other exhibits.
Great small museum packed with great information. NH Grand Hotels exhibition if fun. You are given a person and you follow what they would have experienced, dining, writing post cards, checking the views, excursions, etc. During the school year has great exhibits of student arts that are amazing.
Teensy yet tidy museum. museums is part of Plymouth State. The exhibit was interesting and the staff was kind c and informative.Support your local arts and artists!
Very interesting with local artists art work/ sculptures around. lots of local brochures too for attractions
Fascinating and fun! Learned about the Grand Hotels of the White Mountains. The museum had an enjoyable way of making the visit interactive by assigning a person to each visitor and placing information about that person throughout the exhibit. This is a small museum that accepts donations instead of charging a fee.
Interesting facts & memorabilia about the white mountain hotels. Museum is free but does except donations & is good for visit on a rainy day.
I love this museum. It focuses on the white mountains and its history, focusing on artwork, history and traditions. If you like to hike or be outdoors I highly recommend this museum.
Nice small museum with free admission.
The museum is a short walk from the Plymouth State campus and it changes exhibits every few months. It somn sometimes shows students or facility art.
Friendly staff. Always a good experience.
Great exhibits in a renovated church.
