Loved the service for my kids and myself! We felt very safe and they are going above and beyond. Bought a large popcorn for my kids and they filled three small bags for my kids. We didnt even have to go and get refills.Highly recommend going to a movie. We are one of two groups in the theater. Keep them going!

Friendly staff, reasonable ticket prices. Stadium seating where you pick your seats. Fountain soda with the smart coke machines as well. There is also a butter machine if you like to control your butter. Nice bathrooms. There is also a bar open for the evening shows.

I love taking my babies to this theater. The reclining seats are the best. Very comfortable and friendly environment. Cheapest tickets so far. The kids snack pack comes with small popcorn, fruit snacks and small drink. You can refill as much as you want. We saw Dr. Do Little and we love it.

This is one of our favorite movie theaters. The positives are 15 movie screens (so plenty of movie choices), comfortable reclining seats, good popcorn (lots of good looking snacks and drinks), some special weekday prices (for the budget minded), a bar for mixed drinks and beer, good parking, and the place is clean. There is only one problem for me. The theatre rooms to the left of ticket taker smell musty, the theater rooms to the right of the ticket taker smell fine(no mildew smell). This probably doesnt bother most people, but since I have mold allergies it does bother me. Otherwise, nice theater.

This is a great theater and the seats are all comfortable. It is clean, prices are reasonable, and did I mention the plush reclining seats you get. Very good spot.

I moved out of the area recently but wanted to let the staff of this Movie theater know I appreciate them. Every time I go the staff there are always moving at a fast as possible pace. Never see them being lazy. The bar tenders are extremely nice. One time I had tickets but showed up too late and they let me exchange for a later time! They didnt have to do that as it was my fault but I am so happy they did. Thank you!!

Luxury wide reclining seats are comfortable for relaxed viewing. All seats are reserved. Its a clean theater and located in a nice shopping center.

One of the best theatres I have ever visited. So cozy and comfortable. The seating arrangements are very nice. Dolby atmos is also available in screens. Full recliner is available in this theatre. Ticket price is nominal and so does the price of food and beverages :)

I hate to do this review, because I feel like I’m giving away a secret fishing spot, but there is no better way to watch a movie than in assigned heated reclining seats, spend the extra dollar and buy in advance on line!! I do Saturday morning matinees with the grand kids so tickets are cheap and I know we are all sitting together

Tickets purchased online, with a swipe of my credit card used at the kiosk, I had the printed tickets in hand! Which was great since we were running a few minutes late! Popcorn was fantastic and free refills on a large is awesome. We always fill up on our way out! Clean theaters and seating, great and fun experience with my 10 year old and I, on a mommy-son date!

Ever since the theater was updated to have better technology with screens and speakers, liquor sales, fully renovated showing rooms and reclinable comfortable seats watching a movie here is a completely different experience. Overall, if youve been here in the past, it isnt the same theater. Great location to view a movie these days!

Went to see Lion king 3D, my hands are full with popcorn and a soda, my daughter had pretzel bites, a water and her blanket... between the ticket sales and the cost of snacks.. it was about $50. As we were approaching to enter the theater, my hands full.. they attendant can’t even hand us our 3D glasses, we had to ask for them.. but they had plenty of time to search our blanket and bags. With the price to see a Sunday show.. this theater should be able to employee enough people to actually hand out glasses, and not be concerned with outside beverages or candy. And no, I did not have any in my bag or my daughters blanket. Not to mention... for a noon showing, we entered at 11:47, the theater was dirty and filled with some sort of group that was “wrapping” up. The movie almost did not start on time. A huge disappointment, I use to love this theater. Going to stick with Emagine theaters from here on out, they treat their costumers much better, and allow their own water bottles, with out searching their belongings!

This theater is pretty great. Their xdx screenings are comfortable and nice. All their seats are leather and fully reclinable. Their food prices are insane, but that’s with every theater. Lines are sometimes a little long though.

Seats are excellent, very comfy. A small mess in the theaters and overpriced food but nothing different than any other theater. Our movie had a bit of studdering but for like 10 seconds and in the middle, havent seen anything like that before so probably a 1 off. Overall 9/10 my favorite theater to attend. Ive also never seen them check bags for food, so smuggling shouldnt be an issue ;)

Recliner seats are good but small and not totally comfortable. The bar has good options for cocktails. There is a $1 service charge per ticket for booking ticket online. Tuesday night $5 tickets are a really option.

Seats are super comfy! My son got to see life of pets 2 for his first movie and he was actually free. We just had to pay for snacks and mom! The smoothies are good and worth it! The mini donuts werent bad, but they arnt state fair.

This Plymouth Grad 15 stopped playing Telugu Movies, which is a Big negative aspect to the Management. Do not show Racism try to publish all language movies, which helps screen to grow with good income.

Love this movie theater. I take my family here for every move we see. Comfy recliner couch style seating plus seat warmers. Expensive concessions but not any worse than AMC or other theaters. Plus they have a bar and hot food.

Some odd shaped screens can make the experience sometimes lacking. Concessions, of course, are incredibly over priced (2 drinks, 10 bucks. One of which was water.) But, everyone knows about that already. Nice chairs, clean, usually a great movie experience. Although in theater 2, you can hear the projector in the back row of seats. Which is kind of annoying.Would recommend anyway.

Seemed a bit outdated but good prices and service

This theater is luxurious. It has reclining leather seats. The arm rests fold up every two seats if you want to get close to that special someone. They keep it remarkably clean. It is rarely sold out, the lines are never long, and it has a bar that serves adult beverages. I recommend ordering your tickets online and checking out the premium XDX theater.

I have always enjoyed coming to this theater, its comfortable and not unreasonable prices Id usually say its very clean but I was shocked to see that the employees dont clean behind their seats on my visit this evening. I did speak with a manager and he said he would address the issue and seemed to appreciate the information. Hoping to see it clean next time I come. Otherwise the movie was good and I had a great time.

This is a great movie theater, heared stories of people coming even even if it means driving 30 minutes, and I see why! Seats are very comfortable (electric recliners), theater is clean (at least before the movie!) And theres a bar service. All for the same price of a regular ticket.

This movie theater used to be such a clean, maintained theater. As of recent (including today’s showing), the theater we entered was dirty; candy wrappers all over the floors & seats, musty smell when entering the movie theater. Seems the AC isn’t on so it feels like dead musty air, no movement. When we arrived the parking lot was quite empty & the theater was quite empty for our showing too- would’ve thought it’d be more tidy with less people. Quite disappointed as this used to be our favorite spot!

Wow. I have never been treated so badly in my life before at a freaking movie theater. I came here with my younger siblings to see the re-release of End Game. This was our 9th time watching it in this specific theater. My family has been coming to this theater for years.We picked up our tickets (they were bought previously online) and walked over to get snacks for the movie. I spent exactly $62.19 on popcorn, snacks and beverages for the 4 of us. As we proceeded to the ticket check person, Josh B. We were carrying a ton of snacks, drinks and popcorn and our hands were full. We each brought a little blanket because the theater gets so cold. Josh B. made us put all of our stuff down and shake out our blankets because he wanted to make sure we werent bringing in any outside food. Um... We literally just spent $62 on snacks for a movie. Why would I do that if I was bringing any outside food? Also, how can we sneak anything in through blankets if our hands are full of snacks that were purchased at the theater? I told him that it was ridiculous and that we have never been asked to do this when we have been coming here almost weekly for the last 5 years. He said, Well, thats policy. Whatever, I wasnt going to argue with him. We shook out our blankets and picked our food back up and walked through. We turned around and say 6 other groups of people, carry blankets, that were not told to shake theirs out. What was the difference between them and us? They were Caucasian and we were black. After watching all of these groups go through, I asked Josh B. why he didnt ask the other groups to shake their blanks. He said he didnt think it was necessary for him to check them. Um, no. If something is a policy, it should apply to EVERYONE and not just a select few. Hes young and probably a high school student but that ideology is absolutely unacceptable and very racist. I will be going to other theaters going forward regardless of how far I have to drive. Please avoid this place.

Fantastic theater. Great value tickets. Cheap in comparison to AMC. Went to see Avengers: Endgame and the theater was clean. Spotless. Parking here is good and there are good food options in the area.

I have never had a bad experience at this theater. Management is nice, the service is excellent despite a pretty young workforce. Theaters are always clean, the seating is extremely comfortable and the screens & sound is fantastic. Its definitely our move theater of choice.

This was one of the first theaters in the northern suburbs to get stadium seating. It was the first to get 3D and XDX. To this day, it continues to be ahead of the competition. And having the seating set up as love seats where seats come in pairs and you can lift the arm in the center up for prime snuggling makes it thee destination for lovebirds (my first date with my now wife happened here). The only reason I knocked it down a notch is because concessions are insanely expensive and the concession sign is misleading. When it says you get a free refill on soft drinks if you buy a large for 7 dollars THAT SHOULD INCLUDE ICEES! They need to offer a refill on Icees or change the sign that says you get one for free. That complaint aside, this theater has been and remains at the head of the pack. But its competition at Willow Creek does offer free refills on Icees of any size. Just sayin.

Great experience, Nice Bar great choice of drinks. This is one of the top Movie Theaters in the area. I dont usually eat concessions so cant give you any personal experience however I have never noticed long lines even when it is busy.

Its a great movie theater. You can buy your tickets online and select your seat. So all you have to do is just get there scan the code off your phone you get your tickets and go watch your movie. They also have $5 showing on Tuesdays. I used to go to AMC, but I went once go this one and I prefer it. And the employees are always so nice.

Love the comfortable chairs! The food was way over priced and not very satisfying. I wasnt greeted by any staff, most of them looked like school kids wondering around lost and talking to their friends. However, one staff member named Samantha was very helpful and I was happy to have her at service!

The young man did not give us the option to see Alita in 3D.After realizing the movie was not in 3D, and going back to pay for 3D ... the ticket ripper failed to give us 3D glasses. That was another trip back.2 stars for great milk shakes!

Disappointed. Service was barely ok. Only helpful person was the ticket selling person. 8 people wandering around not doing anything. Had to go another cashier, because the 1st one we went to, there 4 employees just standing around chatting and not taking orders. Took 4 people to get our popcorn and pop. This is 1st time I have been to here since the remodel and the place still smells musty...

Comfortable leather recliners, large screen and good sound. The bathroom I saw was clean and very well maintained. The place was packed when I went, with barely any open spots in the lot (Saturday evening). The other surprising thing was that I came 10 minutes after the show time, and the trailers were already done and the movie was already started. I dont know if thats normal or not there, but the movie started very quickly.

If your looking for the perfect place to watch a movie with excellent audio and visual quality and have minimal background noise due to the fact that the theaters are nearly always mostly vacant, youve found the right place. Super comfortable seats and quality refreshments even add more reasons to make this your next motion picture viewing destination.
