Service is always speedy and friendly. Their accommodative services are a great bonus. They were quick to help me when the caption glasses they provided didnt work right away, and I was good to go before the previews were done! Ive yet to attend one of their sensory accommodated showings, but Ive heard many good things. Cant wait to go again!

Years ago I stopped going due to rude staff. Over this past year Ive made many visits and treated better, finally. So rating is this year: Place is always clean. Staff has been courteous. Food quality is reasonable.

Good general movies theater. Has a rewards program. Also offers unlimited movie pass for $21 a month. Concession prices are high but it is what it is. Theaters are clean and seats are comfortable. An overall good experience. This theater is connected to a mall food court so the option to eat before your movie is there. Have fun out there movie goers.

Four stars, yes. Its a mall movie place. Seen one, seen em all. But this one is a friendly one, clean, efficient, with a big enough venue to have a wide enough selection to satisfy just about anybody.

I stopped going to Regal years ago, its a shop local thing. And they last few times I did go the staff was not great. Not that Cumberland 12 is years ahead but they definitely have that hometown vibe and the owners have ties in both NY and VT

Its okay. Ticket sales line and merchandise line are all the same line. I was ten minutes late to see a movie waiting for someone to decide between m&mS or milk duds

I watched a movie at the cinema and the prices were decent. They had good services and the seats were also very comfortable. The ticket stand was broken but I was able to buy them at the convession stand.

You will have a better experience at the Cumberland head movieplex down the road

Comfy, good sized theater located right in the mall. Staff is always friendly and patient and help you with any issues. Food is pricey as with any theater so thats a given so eat before hand or check out the food court if youre looking to save money. With that being said, if you do spend the money on the theater food, you will not be disappointed by either the taste or portion size of their meals. An excellent theater all around.

Love this theater, my son and I drive the 45 minutes to get here for all our movies. The seats are super comfortable, big and cushy, lots of room. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the price of the food, totally outrageous. It would be a 5 star perfect experience if we could have a nice box of popcorn and a small soda without spending an arm and a leg so we choose to eat before and skip the popcorn.

This is a good place to escape to from Montreal and they have the closest Target store.

I like it better than Cumberland theaters ,the screens feel bigger and open and Im looking forward to seeing John Wick 3

Comfortable and clean...same over priced snacks like everywhere but isnt that how they make the money? Lol Ive also gone here twice for donations and both times they offered free movie tickets towards our fund raiser. Cant thank them enough!

Nice clean..one of only 2 places to see movies in town. Not too cold this time ( I hate freezing through movie) chairs..better than airline seats but still meh. Prices absolutely ridiculous but the world already knows that....sometimes you just have to see it on the big screen though.

The food is over priced. The cinemas are clean. It would be nice if management could find a way to keep other people from annoying the patrons trying to watch the movie.

This place was a little overwhelmed when we went to see a movie. It was also quite cold in the theater. The concession stand was overrun and no one that worked here really made any effort to adapt to a busy time...prefer Cumberland 12 if we can go there instead!

Staff are very friendly. Booster seats for kids are easy to find. Parking is plentiful.

Great staff, pricing and seating. Plenty of showtimes and the theaters and lobby are always kept very clean. If you are going for a specific movie and the showtime doesnt matter to you keep in mind that many showings before 6PM have discounted pricing.

Been years since I went to the movies, popcorn was a bit pricey and sorry wont pay five dollars for water

More expensive than the other theater in town. Some of the seats are nice, but overall its not as great as the real Movie Theater in Plattsburgh. Its not worth a trip to a failing mall to see a movie.

Weve seen about 10 movies here. One of them started about 30 minutes late from technical problems. Another had part of the screen cut off on both sides because the curtains never retracted. Plus they check your bags for safety but its really just to confiscate snacks you sneak in.Go to Cumberland 12 instead. No bag checks, no technical problems, and youre supporting a local business instead of a major corporation.

The staff is super friendly, movie buffs, and quickly get you to your movie.
