Jas instituted some,good policies since reopening. Assigned seating(you pick) making sure people are 6 feet apart. Same friendly atmosphere.

Always a pleasant experience, dont leave your extra Pikachu cards at that kiosk. Some people were rude after the movie and helped themselves!

I actually drive past two other theaters to get to this one, the atmosphere and ambiance is to be matched by no other. Staff is always accommodating and eager to please.

Best cinema in the area. The seating is comfortable and they have the best prices. And for those of us who arnt fortunate to have high paying jobs the Wednesday 5$ movies is a blessing. When I lived in Green Bay WI one if the theaters there had a 3 dollar Tuesday, that was like 13 years ago. But Im Glade we have this here too! And its clean!

Always a great experience with this theater. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I am in my early 30s but have RA in both my hands making it difficult to get caps off and on. The staff helped me get my lid off for refill without hesitation or judgement. My kids love the arcade and the whole place is always spotless.

I enjoy going to the Cumberland. I have always found it very clean including the restrooms. They always have paper towels available plus the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of movies.

Awesome theatre: Well spaced and comfortable seating with great surround sound. Movie themed popcorn buckets and cups are an aesthetically pleasing bonus. Hot foods like hot dogs and pretzels are ok, nothing special. The occasional event held in the lobby is actually pretty cool. Highly recommended to all.

Below average to poor. The theater sometimes stink because theyre not clean.BEWARE!!! If you purchase movie tickets as a gift they are not good for new movies. This is shady business. In other words they spent the money and now they need more on opening day. Not happy.I emailed the theater with my complaints with no response. Poor and unprofessional. Go to our local mall. Much better atmosphere and cleanliness.

Clean and large theaters, the prices are great and the seats are comfortable. Just saw Aquaman there. They also have 3D showings.

The staff here is always courteous and smiling. The theaters, rest rooms, and lobby are always clean. Pricing for movies is competitive, as is pricing for concessions. Sign up for the rewards card. Weve earned free movies tickets and free popcorn, and we honestly only go out to the movies maybe once every couple months. Well worth the 2 minutes it takes to sign up.

This is the nicest theater Ive been to. The place is immaculately clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The seats are very comfy. The food has been great and fresh as well. I drive here from Saranac Lake that is how much I like it.

I LOVE C12! Much better selection of movies & times than the other local theater. Seats are SUPER comfortable. Video & sound quality is great. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is better & easier than the other theater. I dont see why anyone would go any where else!

Just the best. They do a wonderful job of not just showing great movies but giving a great theater experience. Just like the theaters I went to when I was growing up in the 80s. Ive never had a bad experience here.

They were very helpful my boyfriend cant walk very well and they brought a wheelchair out for him and back to the car, he enjoyed the mule very much and so did I. If they hadnt done that we would not have been able to go. thanks allot.

Excellent modern locally owned and ran movie theater. Prices are very reasonable, discounts for seniors, military, etc. Daily matinee pricing and Wednesday 10AM $5 all movies. Great place.

When ever I visit my family we all go to this wonderful business. We enjoy the friendly staff. The concession options are great. Everything about this place is awesome.

This theater is so much better than our one other theater in town. Not only do you not have to go to the mall, but whenever Ive gone in a movie there never seems to be more than six people in the theater with me. Also, they have free popcorn seasonings which are other Cinema charges significant money for. My sister knows not to ask me to go to the other theater, not happening!

We saw Peter Rabbit. Hilarious for grown ups too! Popcorn was good. Just enough butter & salt. Once lights came on, noticed that theatre (8) hadnt been cleaned for at least 2 showings.

Twenty minutes of previews was a bit much for Toy Story 4. Volume way too loud for comfort.

Great place for family. Surround sound makes you feel like your in the middle of whats going on in movie. Comfortable seating. Food & drinks are little costly. If you have Aarp dont forget to let them know, you get a discount on total purchase!

They dont take Canadian money which is strange because theyre right next to a camping site filled with hundreds of Canadians....we like movies too.But the people running the theatre are really nice so I change my money before I go or use a card.
