Shopping was fine until checkout. Spent more time in line waiting to checkout than it took to find the items I came there for. Might be a better idea next time to order online and use their pickup service. I got three items, my wife was done with grocery shopping at the same time as I got done buying those three things. We began at the same time.

I went to Michaels to have a picture framed. The team member who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job of explaining the options and costs to frame my photo.

Art supplies for everyones needs

Fair variety of craft items and with coupons most things are reasonably priced.

I go here when I need some craft supplies quick or same day, but Id rather shop online to get cheaper prices. Its too annoying dealing with paper coupons for deals on certain days on certain items.Generally, overpriced without the variety. Half of what I go in for is never in stock.The employees at the registers are friendly, but on the sales floor half of them act like youre ruining their day when you ask a question.

They have such a great variety of items, and always sales! There are always coupons available online, as well.

Always fun to shop here. Just wish they carried mosaic supplies.

The store has a nice variety of things being Its on the smaller size. The store could however use a little more customer service. When we were checking out a man asked the associate where a certain product was and her response was I dont think we carry that. My mother who I was shopping with then told the man yes they do the last place I saw it was...... The associate may of just had no time to check given she was the only one on register but she didnt even take the time to fully understand what the man was looking for or try to help. So a little more customer service could help the store a lot.

They used to have a great selection of stuff for beaders but now they have very little and a lot of what they do have is premade things that you put on a chain or earwires. I dont really consider that type of thing as making jewelry and certainly not beading. There is a much better selection at other stores.

My favorite local craft store. Can find deals daily. The employees are always helpful when I need it. Just wish sometimes they had a better yarn selection.

Great Place to do business. Anyone who says they have racist employees is just a troll who leaves feedback at places he or she has never been, and makes things up! My suggestion, look at the people who leave bad feedback and see what they do, lets get these people who give us HONEST reviewers a bad name OFF of the Maps.

Michaels is an amazing place go for any kind of crafty hobbie. This location in particular is very clean and the employees are always ready and willing to help. I definitely recommend it.

They have a lot of nice items but honestly the prices will put you off crafting. Making things yourself is supposed to be relatively inexpensive and yet getting all of the supplies you need for a project will cost you between $50-$100.

Love Michaels definitely your best arts and crafts spot around and almost always have a good sale or coupons available. Wish they had a greater selection like some of the larger store locations but for the size store awesome stock.

Love all the great products...but Ill never have anything framed there again. I was told it would be ready in 24 hours. When I called 28 hours later someone actually laughed and said No .It was a Sunday. Maybe Tuesday. We dont work Sundays

Usual store. It was clean and organized. Almost everything was in stock, barely any open space on the shelves. The staff were nice during check out, but we didnt see anybody during our hour browsing of the store. Ample parking outside and public restrooms.

Wide selection for everything arts and crafts. Many entry level products at fair prices. Be sure to check web site or subscribe to their emails. There are usually big discount coupons however for only one item and not their Everyday Savings or Value items.

Found what I needed easily.

I would give zero if I could! The cashier with blond hair with streaks of brown was the meanest and most duscusting cashier I have ever meet. And to top it off she just threw my glass jars into the bag, she didnt even wrap It! I hope other people had a better experience then I had.

Im a big fan of this store. Employees are always helpful and nice. Most of them are pretty knowledgeable about the crafting items and are able to give suggestions when needed and they dont seem put out when you ask which is nice. They have a pretty decent clearance section which is fun and micheals always gives coupons to members so its pretty rare that I pay full price for much.

My go-to for art supplies, dont forget to visit their website for a daily 40% off one item coupon, if youre not familiar with Michaels you also get one with your recept that you can use within the next few days.
