Unable to attend due to pet emergency with poor ending from every respect... minimal credit toward future event and pet had to be put down. Sorry never had the experience and doubtful will get to try again.

I had to cancel my reservation for our family because my mom got sick the day before. It was for five people! Michelle gave us a full refund! She could not have been nicer. I hope we get to try this another time.
