Very fast service. The show I went was sold out and there was a lot of people but our food and drinks were brought out within 15 mins. Tasty and good portions, and good price for a place located in downtown. Don’t worry about parking, just use the one inside the building and get the ticket validated later. Try the pomegranate margarita!

Place is great. Pretty much a standard comedy club. I liked that they had a special drink menu for the comic.

Was a little nervous about the huge crowd in the age of Covid. Some social distancing taking place, but not much. But its a great venue. Drinks were okay, didnt eat. Comedians were hilarious, a great distraction from life.

This is a real nice Venue. However, there is absolutely no room to move once you are seated. I couldnt even get out of my chair once the show was over until everyone around me had already left. I do not suggest ordering food. There is no room to move your arms to eat comfortably due to the person next to you being so close. It makes it extremely awkward to eat when the stranger next to you is basically sitting over your plate. I would highly suggest the ownership/management remove some of the seating. I doubt this will ever happen. Less chairs means less money. Be prepared for a very cramped and uncomfortable evening.

Fun and drinks were cold. Funny had a blast definitely recommend!

We wanted to go to the show tonight to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary after receiving a promotion email. I had an issue with my phone booking online. I called in and the corporate office handled everything immaculately. We were extremely impressed with the customer service. We had a great time.. the comedians were hilarious and the staff was friendly. Love this establishment!

Ive seen a couple shows here. The venue is nice. Service is great. Ive gone where there was a 2 drink minimum. Food was good! There is a bar next door however Ive never been but it seems fun.

I went to see Gary Owen in September. This was a rescheduled show because of Covid but he was hilarious. The seating is still close to people but not like it used to be. I liked the service of the servers. My server was attentive and brought out our drinks faster than I have experienced in the past. I will be going back to stand up live soon.

Went to see Shuler King! The venue was awesome, and so was the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

The show was great but none of the customers wore masks & so it was REALLY hard 2 focus on the show & caused me to have a lot of anxiety thinking about Covid-19. My husband & I had on ours and I think 1 or 2 other couples did also Well be visiting them again tomorrow for another show hopefully it will be better. If not we wont be back for a LONG while.

Loved the place good vibe just one thing is i didnt make any searches for reviews. I dropped by and bought a ticket at the window even bought VIP. Which is a couple bucks more than buying ahead of time online. The clerk was friendly and helpful. When I got inside the waiter led me to my seat and told me there was a two drink minimum. I was not told about buying a minimum of two drinks when I got my ticket. I dont drink so I said I was ok. Than she was pushy about buying a drink the show would not start for about another 15 or 20 min. When I had just ate next door. Other than that everything was pleasant had a lot of fun. Would advice to be direct and firm with your waiters. Recommend the place to anyone.

Great little stand up venue. My only knock on it is some seats are right under the air conditioner. Have your lady bring a jacket just in case. Otherwise, a great place.

I dont appreciate that the waitress told me this drink was one price but actually ended up being $5 more than what she said it was and the drinks were served in dirty glasses. The show was wonderful enjoyed it a lot.

Went to see Gary Owen! He was Amazing! What wasn’t amazing is the doors are suppose to open at 9:30pm they didn’t let us in until 10pm everyone was literally dripping in sweat standing in line it was ridiculous. Secondly No waitress came to my table for 25 min after we were seated. I had To stop someone to get a drink. I ordered a crown Apple and ginger ale. Took them another 10 min to bring my drink. No one came back to ask me if I wanted Another drink I stopped Someone else asked for another crown Apple and ginger ale they brought me bottom shelf liquor then tried to convince me it’s crown Apple I sent it back!!! This happened 4 times taking up The entire time of the show. It was the worst waitressing experience of my life! Then had the nerve to try to bring a bill for drinks All the drinks I had To send back

The quality of the food was not what it use to be. The sitting was close fit not practicing 6ft distance at all. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

Great atmosphere good drink substitutes for those who dont drink alcohol or cant like me because of valley fever but anyway had a great time.

The venue was pretty packed which made for it to be rather warm. Thankfully about 15 mins into the show they kicked the air up a bit (really did after the comedian made a comment lol). Service was good, very efficient and decently quick. The wine glasses we were provided were a bit grimy and dirty. During CoVID times especially, not acceptable.

Great night, great food, great drinks, great comedians. They required masks until seated and used good social distancing between groups. Will definitely be going back.

Great club but.... we sat in a table along the wall and could hardly hear the act. Consider adding extra speakers. There was also a camera man that stood in the same spot In front of us recording half the show so we couldn’t see either.

It was my first time here it was nice everyone was friendly.

The comics were top notch! Roberto Rodriguez was an hilarious opener for Steve Trevino and Steve Trevino absolutely killed it! The show was amazing! For big headliners I recommend getting there at least an hour early. Seating is first come first serve and it can get a little tight if youre one of the last to be seated.

They sure pack you in the comedic talent is very good. We were there two Fridays in a row with no big names but had a lot of fun. Not PC! Be ready to handle ruff language. Food is split between a nightclub and the comedy store. One kitchen for both and very good. Surprisingly.

Here for Brad Williams. We were seated and they immediately took our order. Our drinks came in less than 5 minutes. The food- Nachos and wings took only a little longer. They have socially distanced seating currently for Covid-19. The servers are wearing masks. Highly recommend.

Its hard to leave a review for a place like this. You cant leave a review of the comedian, you have to leave a review of the establishment. The wait staff is super friendly and nice. They are always so busy I cant help but to feel bad for them. That being said, I know this place is busy when the people are being seated but Jesus it takes forever to get drinks and food to the table. Its certainly not the servers fault. The bar is always backed up and drinks certainly come out faster than the food. The food takes forever and a day to come out and the quality/taste is mediocre at best. $15 for a plate of nachos thats almost all chips and light on the toppings? My friend got the burger cooked medium and it might as well have been raw. Send it back to the kitchen and now you wont eat for another 45 minutes. I recommend you get drinks at the venue and skip the food entirely.Other than that the seating is great, theres no such thing as a bad seat. The stage is nice though I have no idea why they chose that funky pic for the background. I feel like the comedian is going to solve a cold case when they stand in front of it.The staff is great and they really work hard so make sure you too them well. I think being a server at a comedy club isnt as great as it may seem and they really work hard for the tips so tip them well even if it seems the service is slow

Went with my wife and cousin for his birthday and we had a great time seeing DeRay Davis. Their old fashioned drink was awful but very strong. The fun atmosphere more than made up for it. Definitely will be going back to check out some more of my favorite comedians. Hes opening act, the Polish comedian was great too.

Great venue with amazing line up of headlining comedy acts. Amazing waitstaff made up for the BS 2-drink minimum that should be outlawed. Raise the ticket price like CB Live does, but if you have a minimum, the specialty cocktails and soft drinks should have pricing on the menu; $5.75 for a Sprite is beyond reasonable. This is like charging $20 for ponchos in a hurricane. Also not a fan of having to cut through the crowd to use the restrooms during the show, makes for awkwardness.Otherwise a fantastic place with an amazing location.

Great fun. Hard to move around due to tables so close together. Make sure you dont need to go to the bathroom because everyone in your row will have to get up so you can get out.Our comedian was so amazing...this is why 4 stars.

It has a nice atmosphere. I like the set up. You can see tge stage no matter where you sit. However, our order took a while and the food is pricey because they do not provide combos. But nice location, nice place.

Was really fun coming here. Food and drinks are just a biiiit more than I would normally pay for, but it is downtown Phoenix, so its fair. The comedy was great, service was good, and my sangria was the BEST. I would recommend reserving your seats if you come here, though, otherwise you kind of end up in close quarters in the rows of people and they dont budge on letting you sit in the other open spots, unfortunately.

Post covid19 - The extra seating space between groups was a nice change, typically far too crowded. The menu has lost a few options, and the inability to order cocktails that are available at the adjacent copper blues seems a silly and unnecessary distinction.

Really good comedians. I wasnt familiar with the performers so I want sure who the headliner was. They were all hilarious so I thought each one of them was. Little crowded but nothing to complain about. Its not like I can blame them for wanting to pack the place. No complaints from the service either Im a ten year bartender and I thought their service was on point.

Tonight was great! Bryan Callen/Brendan Schaub killed it!! Loved it! Im the lady at the late show in the coat up front. Lol

Stand up live was great! We tried some appetizers that took a while to come out. When they did arrive, they were pretty flavorful. We shared a chicken quesadilla and some spinach and artichoke dip.

$16 for drinks... Great venue, great act, however, the total for two tickets cost me $68 and the 2 drink minimum cost me $75.... They should be more upfront in their pricing.

If you havent been before, they dont make it easy to find. The venue itself is okay nothing spectacular or different from other comedy clubs. Food is bland, drinks are way too strong and prices are ridiculous.

The comedian was hilarious! However, the service could have been better. It took approximately 30 minutes to get our drinks and another 50 minutes to get our appetizer which we ordered at the same time as we ordered our drinks.

Employees were get at serving while the show was going on. I really like the burger I got. The bathroom was kept clean. Just an amazing experience.

Went for an amateur comedy night and had a pretty good time supporting a family member. Also got a free special guest visit! As for food, the chicken sandwich is amazing and the one non alcoholic mixed drink I got was also very tasty but $13!!! Thats outrageous for something with no alcohol...I should have complained but given I didnt pay to see the show, I wasnt super upset.

The staff was great, very helpful seating us, waiting on the tables in cramped conditions, and validating our parking. Unfortunately, this did not make up for the cramped conditions. I am a tall skinny guy, but I could not fit in the space allotted for my seat *and* face the performer without severely impinging on my neighbors. As a result I had to push my chair out so far that it interfered with the wait staff getting by me to help other customers. At least the place was air conditioned!Also, I had no idea that you were expected to purchase drinks. I had a full stomach and had just drank almost a liter of water right before my arrival (it was hot out!) and had the person I was with not decided they would get two additional drinks I would have been out I dont know how many extra dollars I could not really afford (I have heard $30? the menu prices looked outrageous) for something I could not use! I would literally have told them charge me for two of whatever is the cheapest drink and then dont bring it to me!I also did not realize that there would be more than one performer. I did not find the first performer funny *at all* although I seemed to be the only one in the house not enjoying themselves. I actually had to leave and get some fresh air as I found a lot of the jokes were bordering on disrespectful. When I came back the second guy was on stage and I actually found a majority of his jokes funny. The third guy I guess was the headliner and he was almost as funny as the second guy.So, unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

Show was great and Dave Atell brought the laughs with a good connection with the crowd. All the comedians were good and probably the only thing I can think of to gripe about was the wait outside, showed up a little too early, but our spot right near the stage was worth it

Tony Rock was hilarious!! The two local comedians were good as well. I guess you cant answer the comedians questions though because I was approached by staff when I responded. In spite of that I still enjoyed myself, why not? I mean, after all it was a comedy show, LOL!

What a blast! The comedians were phenomenal! The only down side is that we were packed into the room so tightly we didnt even have room to get up in order to use the restroom.

Great venue for Stand Up Comedy. Laughs are always had here. Attentive staff, great cocktails, and shows never disappoint.My only suggestion is Bring a sweater because its very chilly in there!!

I was seated right when you walk in the high top tables that could not adj, chairs were so high. I was in peoples way it was a full house and I am a plus size girl. Hannah happen to be walking by and seen me and knew I was not feeling it and moved me and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Thank you Hannah you rock for taking the time out and making sure every guest was happy. Your light shines I wish you nothing but happiness

I really want to love this place because the staff and the comedians are always incredible - BUT - The seating is atrocious. Everyone is packed in like sardines. I know its more profitable, I get that, but from a consumer standpoint its uncomfortable and awkward when youre sitting 2 inches away from a stranger. Also, the two drink minimum is so outdated and such a distasteful cash grab.

We saw Illiza Shlesinger on New Years Eve. The venue was sold out with 600+ people at the venue. It was an awesome night and funny show A+

Apparently, the two drink minimum doesnt include the over-priced food. Im diabetic and I dont drink alcohol, so I ordered a non-alcoholic drink and some food. I was repeatedly hounded by the waiter to buy another liquid drink and was told the over-priced food wasnt enough. They would have rather me spend less money on two beers than what I spent on a mixed drink and food. The haranguing interfered with my enjoyment of the show! The two-drink minimum was clearly posted, though. So, just know that they mean it literally and dont expect common sense to be applied by the business when it comes to being satisfied to make more money by you spending more money by other literal means.

I really appreciate the stand up live exist. My family and friends come out probably once every three months or so to see one of the comedians that they have. The service for the most part is great! The comics that come out are outstanding. I look forward to coming here again.

I went with my boyfriend to visit our friends for the weekend. We saw Deray Davis and he was hilarious. The 1 thing that didnt like was the seating layout. No matter where you sit, you have to turn sideways to see the 1+ hour(s)with a kinked neck. Im 52, and they say a 6ft.man in front of me and a big haired lady behind me

Usually have a good time here. Seating can be a little squished but every seat is a good seat to see the stage. Last experience I had with security here was a bit more confrontational than I had hoped. I get everyone has a job to do but show respect to your patrons or else things can go sideways pretty quickly

We got there early and had a drink at Copper Blues next door and still got great seats when we were ready to head over. We ate prior to going out but the drinks were good and service was fine. I would definitely go back.

Great downtown comedy club. We generally come down once a month, if not every other weekend. Some times 2-3 weekends in a row - depending on the shows...Many national performers cycle through. Typically 2 shows a night Thursday through Sunday.Decent food and drinks, shared kitchen w the bar next door.Occasionally, discounted tickets or almost free tickets for exceptionally good performances.Parking underground w validation. Might have to pay an extra couple of dollars, but nothing crazy.

The comedians were great, and I liked how close you feel to the comedians, theres likely not a bad seat in the house.That said, the 2 drink minimum is nonsense and should be for food or drinks. I didnt like the servers coming by mid joke asking what our next drink would be. Still that was hardly an issue compared to the waiting. Our tickets said the show started at 930, we got in like at 845 and didnt move for a full hour and the show didnt start until about 1030. There seemed to be a lack of organization and we werent told why we kept waiting.

It’s great having a really good comedy shop in town. And this one is really great. The comedians are headliners and/or extremely funny. Food is really good, you won’t be disappointed, and the waitstaff is on top of it with short wait time for your food and drinks. What a great night out to laugh until you hurt!

Had a good time. Laid back atmosphere. Decent food pricey drinks but theyre strong for 2 drink minimum. Our waitress was bumped into and spilled our entire tables drinks.. she was frustrated but did eventually apologize and found a way to accommodate us. Good venue, they started show at 10:45 rather than 10. Not sure if thats a trend or a one time thing made for a late night which is ok if your not an old fart like me. 2 drink min. very pricey drinks.

The only thing I enjoyed here was the actual comedy show. The comedians were great. The seating was awful, the stage was located at my 4 o Clock angle, very uncomfortable to view the comedians. The whole seating arrangement makes no sense, having couples sit right next to one another elbow to elbow when theres perfectly good seats open with better views and chairs. Next I ordered some buffalo wings, tasted okay, but the chicken was burnt and tough. Ordered 4 drinks due to their 2 drink minimum. Thats 2 drinks for me and my girlfriend each. Their menu said the drink my girlfriend ordered was 8 dollars, they charged 16 for each one. It said my drink was 9 dollars, they charged 14. The drinks were good but way too small for what we paid. I really enjoyed the comedians as best I could but my neck was hurting after 2 hours of craning to the side to see the act. I would never go here again.

A lot of great talent comes here and it’s good for a night out. That being said, it is pretty expensive, you need a ticket and there is a 2 drink minimum. The menu is good, not a lot of options but that’s to be expected for this kind of place. They have a large drink menu; If someone big does a show they have a special themed drink menu. If you get one of the designated driver drinks you get a free ticket to another show so that’s cool. The venue itself has a lot of character, but they really pack you in there, not really sure how it meets the fire code. If you get seated in the middle trying to get up to go to the bathroom is hell. The service is okay, it’s loud and crowded in there so it’s hard to catch the servers attention.

Always a good variety of top line comics. Typically packed and overpriced, but service is pretty good. Food and drinks are of modest quality, at best (think Applebees), but its about what youd expect. A fun time, overall.

Visited Stand Up Live for the first time to Damon Wayans.Damon was awesome of course.As for the venue, typical comedy club layout. Tight seating you are sitting shoulder to shoulder. Which is uncomfortable if you are weary of being too close to strangers.Theres a 2 drink min. Drinks a little pricey($7 and up) but if you keep it to your basic glass of wine or beer youll be fine (mixed drinks are more expensive).Menu looked appetizing however it was way to crowded to enjoy your food if you really wanted to chow down.If you can get beyond that, nice place to go to get your laugh on.I will be going back to see Marlon..

Tickets said the seating started at 9:15, the show at 10, and we didnt go in til 10:05. you basically sit in each others laps and on another note there is a 2 drink minimum where they make you buy 2 of their over priced drinks. very terrible place to go. would not recommend.

Nice spot. 1st time new to the state . the comedy show was great seating was tight but i was still able to see the stage comfortably. The bonus was that I noticed after the show was over there is a club connected. So if you catch the late show and dont want to end the night you have options

I can always find a great deal on tickets. The venue is small and intimate. I have had the immense pleasure of seeing some of the greatest perform at this club.
