Great experience, all staff iare enforcing mask to be worn. Pool staff following all protocols. Always Clean I feel very safe from contracting Covid 19 while Im doing my work out or in the pool. Locker room and Shower are very clean.

I signed up my daughter (13 mo) to the swim starters parent- child class for 6-18 month olds. Class session was from 6/27- 8/15 (6:25-6:45) there were 7 sessions and 2 sessions were cancelled due to rain/ thunder. Of the 5 scheduled sessions there was not a consistent instructor, there were at least 4 separate instructors, that I can recall. It appeared to be unorganized. At the last class on 8/15, there was no instructor to teach the class. When I spoke to the front desk, they had someone check on it. They didn’t even know that there was no instructor. Then during the various classes the instructors seemed to not know what to teach. There was one substitute instructor who taught more than the others. I paid $96 for 5 sessions. I was using this experience to help guide me on whether I should join as a member; totally NOT worth it. Very dissatisfied. I’m going to try another YMCA location and hopefully I have a better experience.

Please do not let Shantay Hodges sway anyone from signing their child up for swim lessons at the Northeast YMCA. I have witnessed firsthand her belittling swim instructors. I have signed my children up numerous times and every time I feel the instructors are wonderful. She should take a page out of her own book she preaches upon and learn to not down others, especially teenagers doing their best to teach her son who misbehaves. Google needs to do a better job weeding out these uneducated reviewers that make businesses look bad because they want handouts and freebies.

Ill sure will miss the place moved but very friendly staff to ALL people seen young children of all the world enjoying day camp and that gives me hope for this world come on youth please save us!!!!

Came in after work to sign up, staff was some welcoming. I was given a full tour, signed up and registered for a class all within 25 minutes. Just the amount of time I wanted to spend after a day of work. Place looked clean and not too over crowded! Thank you for a pleasant welcome!

I like the programs they have. They have a parking lot, a major plus. Friendly staff and the pool is awesome. Compared to a few others this is the best one

I go every day that I am off. Very clean bathrooms gym pool childrens playground is pretty neat. They have a child watch serves for 2 hours so you can go work out or take a swim. They have family time. You do need a membership though. I believe keystone medical it is free to get in. They have all kinds of special classes. Tumbling for tots.

Friendly staff at the front desk let me run in 10 min before closing to use the shower facilities. They seemed pretty busy at the time and could have easily turned me away, but helped me out instead. Much appreciated!

So I go to summer camp at the Y, and I 100% recommend this camp for your child. If you aren’t here for reviews on the camp itself, I recommend the ymca all together. It is an amazing place and has very friendly staff, clean bathrooms and lots of activities. I recommend a membership and or having your child go to camp. But, this is just my opinion

Im sure who or why anyone would call the staff rude.. I have been coming to the Y for over 7 years, and the staff is fantastic! They always greet you with a smile, make you feel welcomed. I had financial issues and Brian assisted me, and really went the extra mile for me. The facility is always well kept, and clean... if I could give more than 5 stars I would...

Rude,ignorant & miserable.There is one particular lady at the front desk who is so ignorant.Short brown hair,glasses usually there on Saturdays.The way she speaks you would think she owns the joint.Some of the younger staff at front desk are just as rude.Probably (more likely)because their under her demise.No smile.Never cheerful.YMCA,you gotta step your game up.*The lifeguards who work with the younger children are really nice*(except Donna-older lady)

Worst place to send your child for swim lessons an swim instructor by the name of Jared Lord kept miss -saying my Son’s name purposely while supposedly teaching him how to swim , he told my son “he will call him what ever he wants until he learns how to kick his feet” ,then he called my son grandmom. Why would you say such a thing to a child, what an idiot. Like I’m so disgusted with this low class having individual, he shouldn’t be allowed to teach and belittle children anywhere.

Highly recommend. Staff is very pleasant. Plenty of activities.

The staff are very nice. But its nearly the end of October and the heated pool is sooo cold and when you get out,the locker room has big blower fans that make it feel like the AC is on! I used to love this place. But when the staff tell you that you have to go complain because when they say something to management they are ignored, it just might be the time to get a new place. When the temperature of the pool makes it unuseable,whats the point of having a membership?

Me and my mother signed up and we cancelled back in Oct we had to go in and fill out the cancellation form yet we are in march and she is still being charged. We called and they cant find the paper work so thats our fault. Called n Spoke to Brian n he said he would cancel it back in Dec and still nothing. Called today n the lady said she had to get ahold of Brian n they will get back to us. So everyone be careful if u cancel check ur stuff n make sure ur not paying for months on end that ur not even there.

Got good selection of classes and services. More family oriented compared to other gyms. Have classes for kids, adults and seniors. Gym area has good assortment of equipment. Never too crowded. Always personnel in each area. Changing rooms clean. Bathrooms clean. Pool is not huge, and always busy.

Love it here. I was a member at a newer Y first and I wish the kids check in area was larger and newer and the locker rooms are super warm. But for the most part I love this gym and the staff is always very nice

I was so uncomfortable taking my Son to this YMCA for swimming class. My son was not getting the proper attention while learning how to swim. He was neglect due to his speech barrier and other factors, which is disappointing and outrageous. I thought everyone is suppose to be treating equally, but I guess not at this facility. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS YMCA

Great facilitys. Very affordable. I have 8 people on a membership in my family and we pay 80.00 and we get childcare while we workout. Staff are friendly and helpful

Poor customer service dirty bathrooms close pool saying lighting but skys where clear never open back up when hrs are 630-915 and said it will open bake in 30 min but never came back for a update or to say a word on not opening back

Diverse cultures with a variety of membership options for every budget. Free child care with membership. Really clean facility and also a family locker room.

The gym is clean and family oriented and there is free child care. My membership is free because health partners pays the full cost. There are programs to join and it doesnt feel like a jock station. This place is great for families and single people. I work out, use the sauna and have a swim. Me and my nephew play basketball and I plan on signing him up for swim lessons and camp here this summer.

Started going here about 2 months ago maybe 3 and I love it! Staff members are helpful and so friendly! Everyone does what they have to do. Judgement free zone and very clean!

I have been a proud member 9yrs now.I love the staff + sooo many of the members, too many to count! I use the pool to workout + its kept me healthy. I like to refer to it as the fountain of youth and for sure I cant forget to mention that I feel safe with all of the life guards they are very compodent + On guard!

This Y is very clean, well run with nice staff. This location is smaller than other Ys Ive been to but lacks nothing and on the Weekends -when I usually visit - its not even slightly crowded. I really like this Y. Cant wait to visit again.

Im giving 4 stars because Im used to go to Ambler YMCA otherwise the facility is good enough.

Pool closes early at 9:30 am, even when other departments are more open to people. But after 8pm start cleaning the pool. The cleaning fluid is sprayed odor even in the pool water to swim there people there. It constantly makes the girl in the uniform of a lifeguard. Please stop is ignored. It seems that people are not respected..

Full memberships will get you daycare (for members who have children- 2 hours maximum per day) so parents can have time to get fit, exercise classes such as zumba and cycling etc., a gym where you can play basketball, a small gym where exercise equipment is available (the machines for exercising) with small lockers (you dont need a lock, they give you one), and access to the pool with big lockers (times for free use of the pool varies daily and you must bring your own lock). I think there are about 1-2 private showers, one handicap shower, and a shared shower. You dont get all these things together as a package at Planet Fitness, LA Fitness people..

Guests are limited from using certain areas but the customer service is great.

Horrible customer service signed my son up for camp came back the next day to get a refund because he couldn’t go they told me no we have to keep all your money. They were so rude to me i canceled my son membership. Never ever again. I’m writing to corporate anyone that will listen. I never was told the policy all the guy did was give me the pamphlet sign here sign here and once i called the lady said no problem just fill the slip you will receive your money wellShe lied never ever again soooo rude
