A friend and I decided to share a Tonys Pizza while social distancing at Max Myers Rec. Brought back fond memories of the 60s when Max Myers had a swirly sliding board in the middle of the field. It was nice seeing so many people walking and talking and riding their bicycles and exercising in the Park area

Love running Here. Super close, and with many amenities. Such a nice place about to get nicer(currently undergoing remodelation) yeeesss. Cant wait.

Good playground, a bit crowd at times and parents do not watch over their kids, they do whatever they want including bullying other kids, bikes and scooters are everywhere and can hit little kids if you are not careful, Tennis court can be a good place to ride scooters or small bikes. Basketball courts are full of kids that rather hang out all night than go home, just like any public parks just keep an eye on your little ones, it does have everything you need for a park including a swimming pool during the hot summer months, it is not a clean park but something to do if you are looking for a place to stretch your legs.

This is not my local park but a place i took my niece and nephew. They enjoyed themselves. 2 playgrounds. Baby park and big kid park. I did not appreciate a random person driving there car thru the feild. Its a playground not a side street

While the pool here is nice and quiet, the lifeguards are NOT. Theres a female lifeguard there rocking flashy gold sunglasses and big gold earrings that was quite rude towards me when i politely asked a simple question. The pool was to reopen at 5, and at 5:20 i asked when theyd be reopening. She was very rude. Not to mention very inattentive for someone who is supposed to be keeping watching over peoples lives. Did her parole officer get her this job? How is she a lifeguard?!

Its okay, theres a swimming pool perfect for the summertime with a playground area for children. The basketball courts are sometimes destroyed and there are cracks in it which could pose as a potential tripping hazzard. Overall its a good place to take your kids out to play.

Since moving to Philadelphia , it’s been hard finding nice areas for my children to have fun in, But coming to this pool was Great , the staff are nice, the rules are great , the area is fun ️ We had a great time

The new playground is really nice , only thing missing is a public bathroom

We go to the park in the morning to avoid the big kids. The park is good l, wish there was more options for the little kids area.

Its a really good place to play basketball in the summer its a good place to swim they also have a camp in the summer but this place helps me get better

I coach baseball here. Very helpful staff. Good place for kids to play. The pool is a good option during the summer and the staff is excellent and always ready to help. They have just broken ground on a new playground. The basketball courts are pretty busy though. Soccer is a major activity there and it is easy to find a game to join.

Not bad at all for a city playground. Has lots of room for activities, a rec center and a swimming pool. Its been there since i was a kid. Could use some new playground equipment and would be great if they added an area for dogs !

Been living here 30 years. This place always grossed me out. Then there’s the bullying.

The worst spot ever they don’t even go by the times on they board, u have to get out every 20, to 40 mins in get back in line just to get in again, they only letting 120 ppl in the pool when it’s a big pool for everyone to get in please avoid this spot they horrible

Big kid swings missing. Found a condom on the playground equipment. Trash and flies everywhere. Ok in a pinch if you really need a playground. Otherwise go elsewhere.

I love this place huge field and every weekend they always have a soccer, baseball for kids and they have basketball, tennis court, swimming pool on summer time near wawa and school.

Nice quiet playground

This is a great place to bring the kids. Has all of the toys built into the playground that little kids like to play on also has four baseball fields several basketball courts four tennis ball courts and last but not least a nice size swimming pool.

Its has everything you need in a local park a place for kids to run around and play, Basketball courts, tennis court, a futsol/hockey cage, a soccer field, and 4 baseball fields. They recently renovated the playground so it looks greats, really wish they would let people use the soccer nets more often.
