Nice park very clean..but we got nonshade..advise to come in early when its real cool or late when sundown..

The park was nice. It a nice place to get a run in. The track nice a big for a city park. It opens early and closed at 8pm. There is a green patch on the center, fake grass, but nice. There is a walking dirt track and it has 2-port-a-potties. Its pretty easy to see from the streets.If you go, be aware of the school traffic. It can be a beast. There are 2 schools that bookend the park.The parking is free and it only street parking.

My kiddies practice here twice a week, very nice track that wraps around the synthetic field. They also have a wider track that extends all around the park. Double tracks, grass and synthetic options, volley ball court and workout stations throughout. Crowded after 5pm.

Great for jogging for now. Cant use the exercise equipment. But its okay given the situation we are in.

Clean park and beautiful. It’s maintenance is well done . I love walking in this park.

Paramount should make this park more accessible. Salad Park has limited hours for people who need to avoid the sun. It would be great if they could open the park at 6AM for those looking to get an early morning run and stay open until 9 in the Summer when the sun doesn’t set until 8.

Cool park, I come here to get a good run in. I found out about it from a boot camp I was attending. There’s also volleyball courts and an area to do dips and pull-ups. Water fountains are also in the park.

Nice park. Its clean and have different options for exercise.

Clean, not crowded and exercise equipment seems to work well. Wish there was more parking.

Good place to walk and run

I like that place since it is close to my house and I like to go there for my morning runs. The only thing I dont like about that place is that the equipment is all old and worn. Another thing I dont like is that there are there are electric towers and it could be dangerous especially for children if they decide to go inside the tower.

If it wasnt for the occasional Riff Raff this would be a perfect Park.

Excellent park! I used to come here in 2014 and now again since I moved back to the area. Place and equipment is always clean.

Always a great relax time

Very nice place to go and take a nice walk. Parking is difficult to find but worth it. Alot of people there too but no biggie there plenty of space there for everyone.

A decent place to run although the grass could use a little TLC.

There are different tracks to exercise on. The dirt track is fairly large. A turf track is smaller. Its clean and nice. Larger than how it appears from the street view

Very nice park. Well kept and clean. Great place to run/workout. Theres even track turf in the middle for sprinting.

Its a nice park. Alot of people go there to walk and work out on the large track. Its a good place for soccer and foot ball personal games too

Very nice park, they have nice a field to walk, run and even some excercise machines. Great place to take kids and do some light exercises. I my self take my soccer team to practice there.

I just love the idea of a park to workout. Would be nice if the track wasnt used for a soccer or football field & if they actually took all that unused area/land to build an area dedicated to those sports

Family Friendly park with lots of things to do from opening to closing time

Not very shady, but the best place to run if you dont have access to a school track.

I love this point I worked out there every day for about 3 months and I appreciate it. I would suggest going in the morning if youre able because later on today its a little more crowded but its definitely a great place to site see as you walk and get your Fitness.

This park is GREAT!!! My coworker told me about it so I went over at lunch. It has two tracks, lots of exercise equipment and it just very pretty. Being out there made me feel good. I love it there.

Its great but need more light for at night people that walk

Nice place to exercise cool little turf and dirt track, exercise equipment and a big grass field. It just isnt any shade trees or restrooms.

This is a wonderful place to workout HOWEVER this is not a dog park and people always bring their dogs here and have the nerve not to have them on a leash so if you are afraid of dogs do not go to this Fitness park.

Nice small community park. Has a running track with exercise machines throughout, soccer fields and kids playground.

Love how its all about working out whatsoever best park to go and workout but they close to early!! But love it other than that

BEST EXERCISE PARK IN PARAMOUT. PEOPLE NEED TO LEAVE THE KIDS AT HOME IF THEY CANT CONTROL THEM. ITS NOT A PARK FOR KIDS TO PLAY.
