The theater itself is definitely a beautiful sight as you walk up, everything was very clean, the people I interacted with were all very nice, and the seats were comfortable and did all seem to be laid out to give every seat a good view regardless of angle or who is sitting in front of you.The few cons I had noticed during our visit: just before they opened the inner theater to allow seating the outer waiting vestibule/concession/etc did start getting pretty crowded (and they were probably only around 80%full based on free seats later), there were no obvious places for lines to form for anything (the waiting area is horse shoe shaped and both consessions and box office are right on one corner) so figuring out where any line ended was confusing, and finding the bathrooms took a minute as they are tucked in the very back on the opposite side from the main entrance.While there are a few cons that all seem more architectural than anything, our experience was great (we went for the 2020 Beauty and the Beast play) and we definitely plan to return for future shows.

Theater itself is good though their Orchestra pit set up is odd. Seats could be comfier and more seating would be nice but the structure is what it is. Last production I went to had some major sound issues which prevents a full 5 star review.

Absolutely the best staff to work with. Everyone was so patient and professional. Can’t give it enough stars. 5 isn’t enough. Theater and stage were clean and every seat was like being in the front row. One of the finest theaters I’ve ever performed in.

Performed in a magick show at the Glenn Massey theater . The staff there was so friendly. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The place was clean and spacious.Would love to go again!

The shape and scale of this theater is truly unique! Unbelievable resonance for music. Truly a delightful venue to participate in!

What an amazing addition to the Valley! It is a beautiful building inside and out and the sound system is awesome. Initially I was taken aback by the snack prices, but the bake goods turned out to be generous and delicious. The family totally enjoyed the evening. If I could give it more stars I would.

Been to 2 plays here now and havent been disappointed. The seating is comfy and set up to even my little one can see if someone sits in front of him. The snacks are super yummy and very reasonably priced. The productions I have been to have phenomenal.

What a fun experience. Space was a bit tight, but we got lost in the scene playing out on stage. Reminded me of our high school plays. I look forward to the next one.

The facility is awesome & new. Lots of bells & whistles the staff is getting proficient in, a ways to go still, but some humorous goofs here & there.

I ushered for JROTC Colony High School on Phantom Of The Opera. The play was amazing and the architecture is really something to look at.

The play I saw was Mary Poppins. Very nice seating. The play was very nicely done. I was impressed with how beautiful the theater was. Fairly priced for the show and the experience.

Beautiful facility, we went to see Nutcracker in a winter, it was absolutely majestic !!We could see performance perfectly from where we were sitting.Halls were decorated beautifully for Christmas season, you can take a picture anywhere and you will still have a great holiday background.
