We had the best time tonight with Santa, Mrs. Claus and his elves and made lasting memories! This was the magical experience my daughter needed. From start to finish was joyful, fun and festive! The way the kids eyes lit up and their squeals of delight as the elves came and then Santa made his appearance. Not to mention the North Pole decor was beautiful. I highly recommend this tour for kids of all ages!

This year was the first time my family went. The entire experience was amazing. My girls had a blast and wanted to come back the following day. See you next year.

This is hands down the best event in Alaska to take your kids to for a magical Christmas experience. I love how you dont buy anything extra when you get there. It comes with a toy for your child, a naughty or nice certificate, cookies and hot cocoa, a picture with Santa, and of course the experience with the funny elves and Mr. and Mrs. Claus. You can tell that so much love and care was put into the decorating. I cant recommend it enough!

Such a magical experience. Fun for the kids and adults. Met many of Santa’s elves, Mrs. Claus, and Santa. Singing Christmas songs to light up Santa’s sleigh was fun. The cookie and hot chocolate were so delicious! And last, the picture with Santa Claus! It was a fabulous evening, thank you for putting together such a fun, thought out, family activity for Alaska!

The best experience ever. From the beginning to the end completely interactive from the elves getting you at the front gate to Mr. And Mrs. Clause at the end. There was not one thing that could be improved. My granddaughter was 8 and absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back next year and this is worth every penny. This is definitely along the lines of Polar Express in Mt. Hood Oregon.

We just moved to Alaska in August of this year... and this is a perfect example of why. We wanted to raise our kids in a community that would enrich their lives. The people at the Christmas Factory are that and more. They pour their hearts into making the experience something your kids will remember. I will always remember the wonderful time we had as a family and couldn’t be more thankful! Such a perfect Christmas experience.

This was the best Christmas experience! Definitely more then we expected or could have asked for! Our 1.5 year old was in love with EVERYONE...as were we! So much fun and excitement in the air! We will definitely be making this an annual trip to kick off the Christmas season!! Love, love, love it!!!

We went as a family with my 9yo granddaughter. It was great fun! The entertainers were adorable and it was engaging! And when it came time for hot cocoa and daughter said she couldn’t partake due to lactose intolerance the brought her some water! I thought that was very thoughtful! We will be coming again!!

We won tickets last year to go check out the newest Christmas attraction. The kids loved it! The adults loved it! We even knew one of the elves which made the experience so much better for my kids. My daughter couldn’t believe she was an elf in disguise. Santa really did have eyes everywhere. The old fashion string button spinners they made are still in their toy box. However the best part was when the kids had the private meeting with Santa to see if they were on the Naughty or Nice List. We used the picture with Santa And Mrs Clause as our Christmas picture that year it turned out so good.

If you are looking for something to do for Christmas with the kiddos the Christmas factory is the place to go. The Elves,Santa and Mrs.Claus Truly get into the Christmas spirit. The whole experience is truly a magical one all 4 of my children and even my husband and I Had an amazing time. The amount of work and Passion that everybody put in to making this experience magical is beyond belief. Thank you guys for being amazing and bringing the Christmas spirit to all that come.

This experience was everything and more! Every detail was well thought out and so much love was put in to this event. Each child was paid special attention and extra care was taken so everyone felt individually seen. The elves really made this the whole journey through the factory a memorable one. And Santa was just the whipped cream on the hot cocoa at the end. You felt at home. He looked all the little ones in the eye, spoke with jolly and no question he was the real deal! We will go back every year from now!

Our family had a truly magical experience, guided by fantastic elves, that included many different activities, sights and treats. We got plenty of individualized attention even though there were quite a few others in our tour. The one thing that stood out BIG TIME to me was that there were no extra activities, toys or goodies for sale. The all-inclusive experience made it so much more enjoyable for the adults. We plan to make this an annual tradition.

The entire experience was complete joy. My grandson loved it. We will absolutely be back next year according to him. Great activities in each section, the cocoa and cookies plus visit with Mr & Mrs Claus was a great way to wrap up the hour. Thank you for such a wonderful inter active visit at the North Pole!

The AK Christmas Factory is the absolute best thing to ever exist in Alaska during the holiday season. I’ve had the opportunity to experience this wonderful place every year they have been open (this is their 3rd year btw.) Each year they put a new spin on things and make it way different than the last, there are also many lessons to be learned whilst having so much fun with all the goofy elves. You start your hour long tour at the gate where the tour guide elves introduce themselves and you to the Factory this year you make your way into the bakery first and enjoy hot cocoa and cookies hand made by Mrs. Claus herself, enjoy a little entertainment from our bakery elf she has a big secret!! Make your way to Santa’s sleigh, I heard it needs help with Christmas spirit! After the sleigh you head to the toy room and get to see what the toy room elves are up to!!! Finally you get to see the man him self, Santa!!! Each and every bit is so much fun and brings smiles and laughter to people of all ages. If you are thinking the price is too much let me tell you it’s not!!! The experience you will share with your family is so worth every penny and could become a yearly tradition!!! I personally love the Christmas Factory and everything that the Garvin And Tedd family have done to make this a magical dream come true!

This was a truly charming experience! The staff were really invested in making sure every kid enjoyed themselves and in bringing the magic of Christmas alive for each visitor. My little girl is quiet and shy. The staff went out of their way to engage her and make her feel special. Thanks so much!

What a wonderfully fun night full of Christmas magic! We had the best time hanging out with the elves and meeting Santa and Mrs Claus who quickly made us feel like we were part of their family. A great experience for kids and adults who are young at heart. My granddaughter wanted to go back the next night to be with them again! Definitely worth the trip!

We visited Santas workshop tonight.AMAZING! 5It was so magical. The elves were fantastic. Touring the mail room, the toy workshop, seeing and being able to sit in Santas sleigh, fresh baked cookies and hot cocoa from Mrs Clause.Seeing Santa and Personalized notes signed from Santa.Kids got a special toy made at the toy shop, right in front of them.I smiled the whole time. The kids had a GREAT time.Theyre used to seeing store santas. Which are great. But they know theyre not really Santa. But have Santas magic.The Santa at the Christmas factory, they decided was the REAL Santa!!We will be going again next year!

AK Christmas Factory (at the fairgrounds) is PURE MAGIC It is so much more than a photo op with Santa, it is a small group interactive theatrical experience (entertaining for kids and adults!). They take you through multiple buildings with amazing sets of the mail room, the workshop, the sleigh, Mrs. Clause’s bakery and a special family experience in Santa’s office. This is their second year and our second year going and we will be going every year. It is the spark to our holiday magic. I recommend going to their FB page and booking tickets now.

This was our favorite Christmas experience in Alaska!! They were so personable and the kids LOVED it! Out kids were 6 and 3 and it was perfect! What a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season. Totally worth the drive from Anchorage. Every detail was perfect!! Thank you Ak Christmas Factory!!

The AK Christmas Factory is the stuff of every children’s Christmas dreams! A new family tradition for sure filled with fun interactive elves, cookies & cocoa, and of course, Mr & Mrs Claus themselves! It was truly a magical experience our children are still talking about. I highly recommend making this a part of your festivities every year—and it’s even more fun with friends and family!!

Its great! They worked really hard to set this up. Its very detailed. The “elves” stay i character the entire time. They serve hot chocolate and cookies. Great place to take the kids.

Amazing experience! The host elves are hilarious & the tour is creative and fun. Our 5 year old enjoyed every minute of it. Dress warm!

The most magical Christmas experience you can get during this time of year! It’s for all ages, young and old. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend, and even if you have been before, The Christmas Factory will not disappoint!! The atmosphere is truly something special!

We took our 2 year old grandson who just loved it! The other 6 adults in our group loved it too. Lots of fun and puts you in the Christmas spirit!

The cost was well worth the experience! It included a personal guided tour with from magical elf and ended with hot coco and cookies with Mrs. Clause as we waited for the big man himself. Hope to make this a holiday tradition:)

We took our granddaughter while we were in Alaska. It was a wonderful way to kick off the Christmas season. The elves and Mr. and Mrs Claus were wonderful.

I visited the Christmas Factory in 2018 with my 6 and 2 year old and we all had the best time! The entire experience was truly magical. Every decoration and detail was perfect. My children believed we had actually been transported to the North Pole and that we were really in Santa’s mail room and workshop. My only ‘complaint’ was not knowing ahead of time that parts of the tour would take us outside. But that only bothered me because of my own failure to remember to bring jackets for us. I won’t let that happen again ;) We can’t wait to go back for another visit this year!!
