Huge fun for the youngsters! I never saw a bigger grin on my daughters face than when we took her on this when she was small and spun as fast as we could. You control the speed by turning a wheel in the middle of your tea cup so you dont have to spin any faster than you want to. The ride is still fun (maybe more fun) at more moderate speeds. Just be careful if you are tall and have long legs. I keep banging my knees getting on and off.

This was one of the best rides for my two-year-old at Disney world. Its a classic and he absolutely loved it. The line was not incredibly long and other families were able to enjoy the ride at their own speed. You sit in the tea cup and can spin around as fast as you want. I started to get a little woozy but my son was having a blast. Its a must-see at Disney world. Make sure you do not miss it! Ive included a ton of pictures.

The line is usually short. Mercifully also is the ride. You crank then wheel to spin your cup as fast as you can. Then regret settles in and you spend the rest of the ride waiting for it to end. A fun classic.

Did you even go to Magic Kingdom if you don’t ride the teacups? I think it’s a must-do classic ride. It’s fun for people of all ages.

Whilst being a classic Disney ride, the ride sometimes loses it’s appeal after you ride it. Fun for all ages and a great time filler during a long day. It’s easy to get a fastpass but the line is usually never long. The ride does become more appealing during special events such as “Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party”, when special lights and fog are added to give a very trippy effect.

Although I am now in my seventies I still love the tea cups. To me it takes me back to my childhood and I loved it when almost forty years ago I rode it with my daughter and just a few years ago as I rode it with my grandchildren I was in heaven again. Now that my grandchildren are older I will still ride it by myself. So, if you see a skinny old man with a big smile on his face riding the tea cups - wave and say hello it is probably me.

A fun ride for the family... assuming that they like spiny rides. You can find equivalent rides at local fairs but being in Disney is much more fun.

Really neat ride for kids. Relatively short lines and pretty short ride. Alice does her meet and greets right next to the ride. From what I hear, if you are first in line to meet Alice in the morning, she rides the ride with you.

I went on the ride 2x in my life. Its basically the teacups that spin right round like a record as they orbit the teapot. And its based off of Alice in Wonderland.Yet it was the 1st example of Alice in Wonderland I saw.The Boring Factor is medium, as the cups are spinning faster than they orbit the Teapot.Yet theres scientific value. Its kinda like the Solar System. The cups are like the planets and the Teapot is like the Sun.And the cups rotate as they orbit the teapot. The Scare Level: 2/10I read that its gotten a bad reputation for causing motion sickness, and I even read that the cups exert 2.5 g in centrifugal force, which is like going to space on a rocket.Definitely a good ride of its own.

This is a spinning teacups ride, where the main ride spins around, and there are handles inside each passenger cup that can be used to spin the cup much faster. Without extra spinning, this is a very gentle ride. With a couple of people spinning the cup, its very high intensity. The line is typically less than 15 minutes. Various characters also show up just outside this location.

A classic staple of Fantasy Land, its one of the original rides that opened in 1971. Based on the tea party in Alice in Wonderland you climb into tea cups that spin around in circles. It is a slow loading ride so the line can get quite long during the day. However we found it empty after the fireworks show. I dragged my daughter on but in retrospect this wasnt the best idea. She suffers from motion sickness and by the time the ride was over I wasnt feeling that great either. You can really make the tea cups spin fast. I hadnt been on the ride in years but I would only recommend it it if you have never been or there isnt a line. Its the same ride you can find at pretty much any carnival although not as pretty as Disney does it. Its probably best to skip it if you too suffer from motion sickness.

I love watching my family spin in this ride. There is way too much spinning for me, but the family really enjoys this ride. It is a super short ride, but if you get there early in the morning, the line is really short & you can usually ride it a couple of times. Check out the mouse peeking out of the teapot in the center of the ride.

An original ride. Not much of a walk up to it but not a lot of people waiting in line. The ride itself doesnt go very fast so I didnt have a sick feeling getting off.

So a ride for the younger ones, basically the tea cups ride that you would find at any amusement park, but with the tea party from Alice in Wonderland theme. Its a classic ride, dont stuff yourself before getting on. Unless you have a cast iron stomach.Oh, it was open yesterday. It is closed for the hurricane.

25 minutes of waiting in line for a 1 minute ride might seem like a waste, but to be honest if it were any longer then weaker stomachs might not be able to handle it and then youre much worse off.
