So perfectly Disney. Gorgeous theater. Not a bad seat. Good snacks for $4. PERFECT ACOUSTICS. Saw Evan Hansen which is really dialogue heavy and could hear every word. Valet parking was $27. But sort of worth it because there was very little/no street parking. Well worth it to see beautiful modern theater.b

They did a very good job of enforcing social distancing, temp checks, req masks and a reduced attendance indoors. Folks queuing outdoors waiting to enter is another matter.

Awesome venue situated right outside of the heart of downtown.The Dr Phillips Theatre has been under construction for some time, but it seems to be getting very close to completion. A gorgeous, thoughtfully planned out venue with lots of class in its design, awesome theatre layout, great sound & av tech.Only drawback is the parking, but you can valet for about $30... find parking scouring the crowded streets of Down Town or park in some random dirt lot with no security.

The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. We skipped dinner to arrive early and ended up paying $60+ for the two of us to have snacks.Do wish there were a way for them to help prevent the online ticket scalping companies from taking advantage of their patrons.

I love this theater. It is immaculately clean, employees are friendly and fun, and the facility is amazing. We went there to watch the play that went wrong. It was hilarious. Parking is close and convenient. This facility is a hugh asset to the Orlando community and my thanks to those that fought for years to get it built.

Amazing venue to see one of the world’s best humans, Jonathan Van Ness! Parking was simple, parking garage was very close to the venue. Additionally, this venue has the most luxurious bathrooms I’ve ever seen! Oh my gosh, these bathrooms belong on MTV Cribs! Fair price for concessions as well, all and I all great experience. Would definitely go back to see other shows, performers, and concerts.

This concert hall is so gorgeous inside. We saw the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra here, and I cant wait to come back.

The Walt Disney theatre is ok. I thought it was going to be bigger. The seats are quite small and thus uncomfortable. We arrived about 30 mins late and when we entered the staff pointed to the direction we had to go but no one really knew where Door 2 was, it took asking multiple staff members and about 10 mins to find the door and then... the struggle to find our seats, the staff didnt know where the seats were. Then we go to the concession stand and end up paying $80 for 2 drinks, a small sandwich and a cheese tray with 4 pieces of cheese and pepperoni. Honestly I can say I was disappointed. The show, however, was fantastic! We saw Aladdin! It was beautiful and our tickets were $133 each.

A beautiful theater! Ive already seen two shows here and its been amazing both times. The facilities are always clean, and the staff is friendly. The concessions are affordable. Off-site parking is a bit of a pain, but overall not a dealbreaker.

I went to see Alton Brown Eat Your Science. I was amazed at the theatre! Its beautiful inside and out and the seats are comfortable! Nice experience!

The theater staff was helpful and fast, and the venue was beautiful with good audio where I was sitting. The seats were very nice as well, not too narrow. The only downside was that I had to put the merchandise I purchased from the show on the ground, but that was 99% my fault anyway. I look forward to returning to this theater!

Nice venue, found seats & legroom a bit confining. We had seats in Orchestra Row F, seats 2 & 4 - which get you close to stage. Good view from here.

I am not usually a fan of anything that contains the words Walt Disney. However this theater was awesome. Very close to a parking garage you didnt have to walk that far to get to the theater and get to your seat. The seats were roomy and comfortable and thats something coming from me because I have Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. There was plenty of legroom Im also tall so this meant something to me. The staff at this venue was Superior. Not to mention that the concert that I went to see was Joe Bonamassa and it was the best concert Ive ever been to. If you dont know who he is and you like music you should look him up you wont be sorry.

Beautiful theater, beautiful building, great layout. I saw a comedy show here and thought it was a great space for that kind of entertainment. It has a surprisingly good and fair-priced concessions setup. The parking is a bit far away, so if you have someone who struggles with walking or mobility in general, you are going to want to drop them off at the valet loop before going to the garage.

Beautiful venue, warm, professional staff, and perfectly sized layout. Theres no bad seat in the place. In a beautiful spot in downtown Orlando, conveniently located near parking garage. Bonus- great views on outdoor cafe patio!!

My 1.5 year old and I visited for Paw Patrol Live. The experience was a great one. I enjoyed the option to have a booster away rental for my son. We didnt end up using it as he sat on my lap the whole show. The theater access was easy. The elevator line was long and so we took the stairs. I am a nursing mother and then I asked for a mothers room an attendant informed their leader and quickly made accommodations for me. Ill be returning. We enjoyed the show!

Just saw the FANTASTIC musical HAMILTON, courtesy of tickets received as Christmas gifts from my son & daughter in law. What I loved most about the venue was the seating was very viewer friendly and the sound quality excellent. A wonderful night watching a GREAT show.

Went to Sebastian Maniscalco on Dec 29. Convenient parking at City Commons garage which you were able to prepay for. Valet parking appeared to be a disaster- as we arrived for the 10pm show there was still a hoard of people waiting to get their car from the 7pm show. Couldnt believe what a mess that was. Facility is very beautiful and bathrooms very clean. However this is not a great place for anyone with a fear of heights. Every floor outside the theater is glass railings, glass-side staircases etc. The balcony is very steep and very high up- absolutely awful for anyone with a fear of heights. All the screens are low down to the stage also. Would have preferred the screens to be higher up like at the King Center in Melbourne. Would have helped a little with the fear of heights issue and not having to look down the entire time. I will only go here again if I get floor seating.

Beautiful theater. Nearby garage. Wish there were more dining options in walking distance. As expected balcony seats make it pretty hard to see the stage.

Went here to see Hamilton. Beautiful theater. Entrance was fast and efficient. Even though it was a sold out show it never felt crowded.

Went to see Sebastian Maniscalco on December 29, 2018 for the 7:00 show. We got out at 8:50. We waited 1 & 1/2 hours to get our car from Valet. It was a very horrific experience. They are not capable of organization for getting people out in a quick fashion whatsoever. I would never go back to that theater ever again!!! They are also too pricey even at that. A glass of club soda, 4.00?Valet parking at 24.00? Which,by the way, you have no other choice, because their is no parking enough for anyone who is handicapped. Totally, the worst experience ever!!!!

Had problems buying tickets to an event. It was impossible to reach the appropriate staff member to handle my issues with the purchasing of a ticket. And then my mother and sister went had an enjoyable evening and when walking back to her car she stepped in a crack in the sidewalk twisted her ankle and fell down. My mother is 82 years old. No one from the staff came tour aid or assistance. It was in a shot of the door and security cameras were present. It was reported by my sister to the staff and several months later nearly a year, the crack remains in the sidewalk. This is a significant crack.

Just saw Hamilton here and the theater and the production were amazing. The Arts Center is well appointed and I always enjoy attending an event.

Love amd kindness on the lawn was a beautiful tribute to the 49 and continued for the families and survivors.

Excellent theater, great staff, great acoustics. Saw Ray LaMontagne and our view from Row R of the orchestra section was excellent. Would recommend and go back.

Staff is very friendly also helpful, you want to arrive earlier than event time do to terrible traffic, but nevertheless I had a pleasant time watching Wayne Brady ️

Bizzare anti backpack policy stopped us at the door. We had to walk back to the car and swap for a much less fancy tote bag that was also bigger. Its a horrible inconvenience for patrons, and not one member of staff could give a reason for it.

Ive been here twice and let me tell ya... Its so incredible here. Its beautiful and the plays are beyond spectacular. They truely transport you to another place.

Me and my son had a great experience, the theatre is well designed, comfortable and welcoming and it has the atmosphere of celebrating arts performing in a quality space.

Awesome theatre. Were going to try to get a balcony seat, next time. The nose bleeds have a great view, but it does seem a bit scary if youre afraid of heights.
