Too expensive, no customer service, decor is cheap. I have been to better hookah bars. I am walking away super overcharged and very unhappy. Will not be back and will never recommend. We went on a weekday. I can only imagine how worse it is on a weekend. The pictures on here are absolutely unreal it does not look like this at all in the pictures.

Best hookah lounge in Orlando, service was amazing, as soon as you walk in you are treated great and with respect, the manager was checking on us and even got us a new flavor for the tobacco. And the best part was the DJ AT, music on point and got us facing the whole night. Got to this place, I recommend it.

First at the door the security told me and my crew pay DOUBLE the door priceSecond the Customer service was NON EXISTENT! They only cater to Hispanics! It was like we were INVISIBLE and ever other non Hispanic had the same issue. I recommend this place TO NO ONE!

Great ambience and nicely decorated/setup. Reasonably price considering the location/city its in. I absolutely loved the music/DJ, getting that old school club classics going on, from reggaetton to bachatta to rap & hip hop! And last but not least, our group was thoroughly entertained and tended to by JAVIER!!!! Great personality and vibe and we had good fun with him! Great way to engage your clients Javier!!!We will definitely be back for other visits!!!!

Horrible service. Once entering, my group asked if a table was available and we were told that it was occupied (it wasn’t). After asking MULTIPLE times, we were finally seated, and had to beg for service. After ordering, we had to pay instantly and were never checked on again. This establishment caters to Hispanics and we did not feel welcomed at all. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Its a cool spot, but I was VERY disappointed at how I reserved 2 VIP tables and all the VIP with birthdays where set up will balloons but my area. Not to mention being the birthday girl and i still had to pay to get in, I thought that was crazy. Yet they allowed other to enter without paying. No bartender come to my area at all I had to go out my way to get service we didnt get treated fearly at ALL. And lets me not leave out how they charged my friend $261 for one bottle of henny 2 red bulls. They are why too expensive. definitely a lesson learned about this place.

As soon as we came in she rushed us through our order and said we should just buy a bottle but didn’t show us any menus or anything then when we asked she’s like okay so what do you want . This place is dope! The vibe is nice! They have nice staff. I will say the hookah is very pricey. You all should also know that they dont tell you that they include gratuity into your bill (which is 20%) So I was fooled into basically tipping twice.(which was another 18-20%) I was Extremely upset that I wasnt informed of everything I was paying for. So be mindful if you do decide to smoke here, ask about EVERYTHING that is included in your bill before you pay. If they refuse to tell you, dont pay until you get a detailed explanation and/or ask for a receipt before paying. They also DO NOT HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE.Overall my smoking experience was decent, until you have to pay.

Im not really into hookah, however this hookah lounge is exceptional. Lol, my friends and I had some non-liquor base drinks there, it was very interesting. The place is spacy, white, clean and most importantly it didnt stink like other hookah places Ive been to. I really like midnight.

We came into town for work and were lucky to come across this hookah spot. The friendliest staff that know how to make good hookah. Best of flavour, great selection of music, clean and very comfortable. Good place to hang out on weekdays and nice party atmosphere on the weekends. Prices are reasonable and then go above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend this place.

The music was great! But the customer service was terrible. I felt scamned, she the so called manger didnt tell us prices on drinks, she just wasnt upfront about it when there wasnt a menu in front of me. She wanted to argue instead of understand where I was coming from as a paying and misinformed customer. I will never go back and I come to Orlando every year, this was my first time at this establishment

Parking is limited. ($5 to park in their lot). Since owner responded and said to park in their lot is free then I guess its our fault we couldnt tell which parking lot was theirs even though it was in the same lot as the lounge. No cover charge. Overpriced drinks (not worth their price). Ok Owner, i guess it is Orlando I should expect that price but I had just left another establishment and their drinks were better so of course I didnt complain about their quality or price which was higher than yours. Good hookah but way more expensive than other Hookah places (again Owner, I was in Orlando so guess I should be expecting this) Charges per person ($25 for 2 ppl). Music was good for like 20 mins then all they played was Hispanic music. I dont mind some Hispanic but dam give me a variety. We even requested songs but DJ never played. And if it was Latin Night, dont expect me to know this on my 1st time there. It should be posted on your site. Not everyone uses social media if that is going to be your next excuse. Service was OK. But they add a 20% gratuity (it was just 2 of us). Our hosts was funny and made it decent but lets just say we wont be back. I dont care how funny the guy was, I still would not have tipped him 20% of our bill considering when we came in and got seated it took him 20 mins just to take our order when there was not even 10 ppl there yet. And if it was posted somewhere on the menu I wouldnt have minded. It is the fact I was blindsided by it. So just post it on the menu and then maybe you wont have so many complaints about it. I would love to come back and see if its any better on another night. If I do, I will be sure to post about it. But for now, 1 star it remains!

This place only looks nice from the outside . this place is disgusting . im all down for fun but the bathrooms here are outrageously NASTY . its crazy like a scary movie . its a small place . and the coaches had throw up on them when i went. Overall this place is low maintenance and low budget . do not waste your time , energy , or money at this place . it was so bad i had to get a refund because no one cleaned the throw up before they told us to be seated . if i could give a negative review i would . sorry guys i cringe so hard in the bathroom i couldnt even take a photos .

This place is LIT! I celebrated my 27th birthday here. The venue is very large. The DJ was playing all of the hottest jams and our server Lisa was AMAZING. She was very attentive and kind. There was nothing but good vibes here and the prices were very reasonable. It’s a great place to chill out or TURN UP!

Nice spot but bad service and horrible drinks. Definitely a rip off. The liquor is overpriced and definitely watered down, so i switched to bottled beer. Bathroom had no toilet tissue. Dj was cool though. Will not be returning.

This place was ok, not sure if Ill go back. Drinks are overpriced and weak. We were polite and did not receive the same service as others, who received great customer service. The hookah flavors were good though. The DJ was had good music but didnt let the songs play long enough to enjoy them.

Horrible experience. Bathrooms were worse than any gas station off I 95. And the place was raided by police while we were hosting our event there in turn our event was a flop. Didnt seem like they had there liquor license in order.

Horrible service!The worst service ever! The bartender ignored us and when he finally took our order, he was completely unprofessional and rude. There werent many tables available so I asked him if he could tell us when one became available. I swear to go God this is what the guy said: feel free to look around the room and see if you can find one. If not you have to stay at the bar.Also, I believe he was racist because he treated the white people better than black. Black people would come and go because of his attitute and horrible customer service.Worst experience ever at a lounge!!! Its a shame because the place is cool, but they need to get new bartenders who understand how to properly serve people! Really sad!

I had great time here...!!!! I’m from Texas and the music was live. The bartender Joesph was A1 the drinks was on point. I really enjoyed myself. It was very laid back and the music kept you moving from the time I walk in until I left.

This place has so much potential, it’s unfortunate. I don’t understand how the location is perfect, looks decent, (minus dried puke stains and pieces on the wall near my 2ft square box they had me sit on when there Were MULTIPLE couches empty ..) somehow it was pretty much empty on a Friday night. The staff aren’t very exciting or inviting. They stare at you like they want you to leave. Their energy made the place feel more empty than it was. Music was fun, drinks were disgusting. Leaving a tip isn’t a choice here sadly. Seating is awful, no food. Not even a nacho chip or vending machine. Prices reflect ego more than quality. But the bouncer had awesome energy, made the night fun, encouraged us to enjoy in spite of the pretty yet useless gargoyles.

Andrew is great. Mingles with clients and is super nice. Great music and drinks. Staff is great. Definitely recommend hitting this place up if in orlando area.

In town with the family and my daughter and her friend decided to check out Midnight Hookah Lounge. They ordered one hookah with one hose for $25 but when they closed their tab they were charged $50, $25 each. The menu even states $25 but the server was adamant that the policy is per person. We have friends who own hookah lounges and frequent others at home and when traveling and NEVER had to pay per person for one hose with two tips. When they questioned the server they were told this establishment charges per person not per hose, which I find hard to believe. Ive reached out to the hotel concierge at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, who recommended this place for the ladies to drop by for a nice evening with people their age, since Im sure they were not aware that this place takes advantage of out of town young ladies. We also had someone call and ask the price and was told $25. Very shady!

Its the first visit. But Im sure its a great place for Alhookah fans. The place is beautiful, the service is fantastic and the staff are friendly

I never been to A place where I’m asked to pay using cash app.I was told when It was time to pay that the credit card machine was down and i can pay square cash or walk next door to Denny’s to get money from the atm.I tried to send money via square cash but wasn’t alloowed.I thought maybe it was was something with my card so my friend tried to send it and it gave her the same error message.I was told that they will take the 3$ charge i had to pay to use the atm off my bill but they didn’t .Then they tried to add other stuff on and when I caught on to what they were doing they apologized .bill.Nice scenery inside but be aware of this place.Menu prices doesn’t match what they try to charge you .

This place is average. Not a lot of space inside to sit, and kind of empty. Industrial looking floors and bar, the prices were OK. Overall Im not a fan.

Very appealing place inside. Used to be a paint spot I believe. The decor is very upscale, nice white couches and tables. Unfortunately if you do not get a couch or sit at the bar then you get stuck with the tables closest to the entrance. Those seats are not comfy and are extremely low to the ground. Wish they had a better tracking system for people to move to the couches. We had spoken with a hostess regarding getting a couch once someone left, she told us it would be no problem. After about an hour the couch freed up and by the time we could get a hold of our server the couch section we were waiting for was given to guests who came in about 45 mins after us. Was not a good experience. Drinks tasted horribly so dont go there expecting a good beverage (even traded it out for wine which still had a weird unappealing taste to it). Hookah was great, had a great flavor and the atmosphere was pretty dope. DJ was on point. Cool little hang out spot and open late. Also, be prepared to pay for parking as well.

Owner is very rude. He will nickel and dime you and make you buy things. He stood in the section I was in and made sure everyone in my party was buying something. One employee told us that the cover was 10 dollars if your not smoking hookah, the owner told us it was 20 because it was a slow night. Just very unprofessional people. I brought two waters which on the menu said .99 he charged me 4 dollars for two waters, and when he was questioned about it told me that the menu was old but would not honor the price. I kinda felt like I was being charged extra for everything because the night was slow. I will not be returning. Its a beautiful place but just not ran very professionally.

This place is the worst hookah lounge I’ve ever been to! The guys who run it make it very uncomfortable, my girlfriend and I went to this place and they wouldn’t keep their eyes off of her. Especially one of the younger chubby one with a beard(His name was like abe). I expected the second time it would be different but he just keep staring! When owning this type of business hookah should be your main priority not looking at every woman like a piece of meat. Everything else just didn’t seem right. I would never go back to this place and the employees/management can’t be TRUSTED!

Amine and the midnight service team created a great experience for my party and I would 100% recommend this location. And the alcoholic beverages are not too pricy!

The hookahs has to much water and didn’t smoke well. It literally took us 30 minutes for our order to be taken and another 25 minutes for us to receive our order. The food was good and our smoothies were a bit watery. Our server didn’t have a good attitude and it felt like he was annoyed every time we asked for him(twice). They have a very nice place and the potential to be a great place but the service is very mediocre and they don’t have well trained staff making the hookahs.

Amine was our server highly recommended.atmosphere is A1 if you’ve never been there this is a hookah lounge to be.
